The owner of this little shop was so sweet. I'm going to be honest, by the name of this place, I inherently would not have bought anything from here. I'm kinda a tin hat conspiracy theorist and personally wouldn't buy anything that says "cabal" on it or anything with the all seeing eye. But I enjoy going into olive oil stores and looking around nonetheless. Well I gave in. The lady running the shop was so cool and personable, I really enjoyed talking to her and listening to her. I love how she added some cute things in her store to do for people who aren't doing wine tasting. Games and cards and coloring. Very smart. I would go back to say hello for sure!

Just gave this place a 4 stare because prices were higher then other places. The server was very nice and gave us good pours. They had hot sauce and barbecue sauce you could buy as well as different types of oils. It looks all remodel and they have a bathroom you can use. So nice. Lol. The prices weren't super high but higher then the place a few buildings down. 15 bucks if you don't keep the glass and 17 if you do. And free wine tasting if you buy two bottle.

Stopped by Tombstone unexpectedly and found Cabal Cellars on a whim -- so glad we did! Wine is local to AZ, flavorful, with a wide selection of options. Service was also wonderful; friendly and informative. Great to see they are still in business post (during?) Covid. The tasting room itself is small(ish), comfortably fits 4 or so parties. Tasting is $13 for 5, wine is $25-$55 a bottle. They also have local snacks (peanut brittle, toffee) and apparel and cowboy themed wine bottle and glass holders, and wine bottle candles. Would recommend if you are in the mood to step out of the dusty or crowded street and want to enjoy a conversation on wine and conspiracies!

The service here is astounding! Zandra was so sweet and so helpful, plus they stock a little bit of everything. Wine, hot sauce, candy- you name it. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

The wines here are great! Sampled 10 between 2 of us and didn't find a bad one. We came home with 6 bottles, 5 different kinds. Great service too!

Went in not expecting much, but I love wine, so I had to check it out. I wish I had asked the name of the guy who was working there, he was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. My daughter and I and our 2 small dogs felt very welcome. Onto the wines...there was not one bad wine! Between the 2 of us we tasted 10 wines. Obviously we liked some more than others, but I was shocked and delighted that every single one was good! We came home with 6 bottles, 5 different types. Shared the first one last night with a friend who isn't a fan of wine and he loved it. It was the sweet zin. Can't wait to open the rest!

Granted we came close to closing time but we were referred over by their sister tasting room across the street. The server seemed annoyed and didn't offer anything. I mentioned the three of us were interested in the white blend and would share a bottle. She bagged up a warm bottle for us to go even though we wanted to have it there. Given the unwelcoming vibe, we took the bottle and went elsewhere. We still have yet to open it so I can't speak to the wine only to the service.
