"If you are looking for new windows please go literally anywhere else and don't get involved with this highly unprofessional company. Their work is incredible for how sloppy it is. We had a shower window and our large picture windows replaced by them and their work was so atrocious from the moment they arrived. Our bathroom window frame is scratched, warped, and had random unfilled screw holes in it. It barely slides open and it needs to be shut very hard. Our large front windows: When we met with the salesperson to go over our plan we specifically requested multiple times having our windows set in a certain way, and it is our fault we accidentally signed the contract that had the error in it that stated they would be inset windows. The actual installation of the windows was done by two people. One seemed like he knew what he was doing, the other one was maybe being trained, but was unprofessional in my home and made me feel very uncomfortable. We have wooden window frames; the wood had so much caulk smeared across the wood and were installed so poorly that when my husband saw the work that was done he was completely taken aback. My husband is very knowledgeable about contracting work and we had a lot of faith that the finishing work that would be done by Open Enclose would be very neatly done. My husband called to express his concern, we were told nothing and had no response from OE. They needed to come back to install more glass because the first time they came they had broken two of the four windows they were installing in the front. When they came back they also told us they needed to reinstall the shower window as it had been done incorrectly the first time. Surprisingly, the second time they came out they replaced everything including the poor woodwork/finishing they had done. We hoped it would be redone much better, but alas, we had no such luck. The caulking was just as terrible, all over the wood and would take hours of tedious work and money to fix the wood trim, the shower window is warped, barely slides open, is leaking some kind of black grease, and there are empty screw holes inside that were drilled into our brick window frame. We had put down a 50% deposit months before when we had placed our order. For a long time after we had considered not paying the other 50% of the cost. My husband wrote them a letter expressing our concerns at how terrible their work was when we sent in our check. They cashed the check and we have heard nothing from them. However they called my husband every single day and sent letters in the mail demanding payment for the few months we were debating payment. The windows have been in place approximately 6 months. One of the glass panes has already broken in the front window, we believe from where the crack started that shoddy workmanship is what lead to this crack. The shower window was dinged up and left a mess when they installed it. I highly discourage anyone from seeking work from these people; they have excellent customer service until they actually come to do work. Then, no service whatsoever and horrible work.Edited to add:I was bullied by the worker who came to our house the first time into signing a paper stating their work was "satisfactory". I told the worker I didn't want to to sign and he said "you need to sign and then we will come back to fix everything" and I repeated my refusal but he wouldn't leave until I signed. I was very uncomfortable with them working the entire day (the other guy at our house was a total creep) so I wanted them out at this point. I signed away my ability to have repairs."

"My experience was with replacing house window glass only, no autos, etc.Vista was the only company I called that offered a free estimate - the others required a service charge. The estimator arrived on-time and quickly measured the windows and got us a quote on the spot. It was close to the same price as the other forms, but they were able to do the tinting as well.They needed about a week to have the glass delivered and contacted us to do the install when it came in. They were here in a day or two.It was a cold day and the caulk was stiff and the installer broke one of our existing windows - they replaced it for free (which I'd expect).When he was doing the install we noticed several additional windows that were leaking, so the installer got us an immediate quote with a great price so we ordered the additional glass.So far we are very happy with Vista - they have been very good people to deal with. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the window they broke - accidents happen, but accountability....I will update the review if there is anything of note in the 2nd set of window installs."

"Benchmark Tucson contractor. We ordered about 20 windows from Apex. Installation happened on time, crews worked cleanly and were very respectful in our home. Pricing was more than competitive after comparing estimates from two other contractors. One constructive criticism: communication. Some windows had errors in them, cracks, wrong design, etc. and nobody would tell us until after the crews were here or had already left. Willing to overlook because the rest of the experience was entirely positive. Even had a slight discount for paying upfront.Strongly recommend."

"These guys were highly recommended by my contractor so I decided to give them a shot. I actually had a customer service issue with a singular employee and was going to go with someone else but decided to bring it to Tom, the owner's attention. Not only did he listen and care, he personally handled my order. I think everyone should be considerate and not be quick to judge a business by one bad apple. Clearly this was the case here. The install was amazing. I forgot the technician's name but he was super meticulous and spent the entire day working on the install. The shower was for my addition and it wasn't fully finished. He worked around unfinished construction and fabricated minor solutions to make the glass shower perfect. He even took the time to speak with me about window care and answer all my questions. The technician was really the cherry on top--professional and exceptional at what he does."

Truth be told, I had called two other glass companies, who we had dealt with before, both saying they had emergency services, with no answer and no call back, whatsoever. This is a situation that could have easily forced us to delay the opening of our store that day, though when someone tells you they'll pick up the phone in the case of an emergency... and does. Or, tells you that they'll be there within the hour and... they are! Use that company! They live up to their promises and that's just not easy to find these days! I was THRILLED with the work done by the technicians, Jeremy (and the other gentleman, I forgot his name)!  These guys were great, not just from a technical perspective but also a customer service perspective.  They were very careful with making sure the door was closed so the cats didn't get out, made sure with the windows open that the cats wouldn't want to try to get out of the space, cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly fixed the problem!  We had plenty of rain over the weekend right after the work and had no issue!"

"Wonderful service. I got a great reference on this company and went with them to replace my shower door. Eddie, the owner, came out and gave me his estimate and I hired him on the spot. I already knee his price was fare and with the wonderful reference from his prior employer I just went with it (he left that job to start his own company). He showed me doors and and I picked one. He also recommended having the glass treated (very reasonably) and was I glad I did, well worth the little extra. The door came in quickly and installation was set very fast. Install went smoothly and it looks great. Eddie is honest and very personable, his employee who did the install was also very nice and very good. Overall if I could give more stars I would. I would also use his again in a heart beat."

"You have seriously got to be kidding me! These people are crooks. I wanted to get a slab door installed on my storage room and they wanted to charge me $1432 to do it. The first sign of trouble is they will charge you $85 to measure the door. This is non refundable. The slab was $760 and the labor to install it was $680 plus $77 for hardware. To put this in perspective if I was to replace all of my interior doors it would cost me over 11 thousand dollars for 8 doors. It's still too bad that I can't leave a no star review."
