"Let me get to the principal point! Recommend: Boy oh BOY do I!!Visited this restaurant twice in as little as a month, and traveled almost 45 minutes to get here. This restaurant is pricey, but I will note, you absolutely get EVERY dollar's worth as the food in ravishingly delectable, full plates no matter what you order and cooked to absolute perfection. Their customer service is beyond reproach, the owner is always walking about and the decorations throughout including the restrooms are impeccably unique to the southwest theme and charming particular points of interest like the saddle in the middle of the room. This restaurant exemplifies professionalism, remarkable taste and welcoming ambiance to an amazing degree. This has become, one of my TOP THREE restaurants in the Tucson area. You will not be disappointed!"
"Service: Great. We loved our server. She was very personable. She was literally wearing rose colored glasses!Food: Yummy. We split the prime rib. Cooked medium rare like we asked. Wine: Not much of a selection. We wanted Cabernet Sauvignon, and at first we were told they ran out, so my hubby picked the Merlot. She then told us that she found the last of the Cab and brought it to us. Pretty good.We loved it. Felt good inside. Definitely a cowboy/cowgirl vibe. I'd eat there again. I would describe the food as good comfort food."

"It's still delicious here! I came to Alloro with my family, last weekend. As far as hotel restaurants go, sometimes they can be on the generic side. Most offering traditional American fare consosting of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Most of the time, that's perfectly fine, but that won't draw in many locals. Alloro on the other hand, is a very fresh concept. The quality of Italian food they offer here rivals many higher-end Italian restaurants that I've patronized. On the Sunday we came in, we were the only ones there besides someone at the bar; that's a crying shame as this place absolutely rocks. The service was prompt, friendly, and informative, and the food is out of this world. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, and grilled chicken. For a relatively simple dish, they did a tremendous job. Also, try the Alloro spritzer.I cannot wait to try all of the other things the menu has to offer."
"I was at the Apple Store handling some repairs on my AirPod Max. Wanted a good steak and I came here for the ribeye Cajun style. It was awesome, perfectly rare, totally tender and deliciously seasoned. I got the deviled eggs and they had pieces of bacon and pepper in them and they were amazing as well a nice whiskey to wash it down and I had an amazing meal. It was totally worth what I paid for it."
"Stopped in for an anniversary dinner. We were seated promptly and drinks right away. This location has a great view of the valley. A perfect place for our dinner. The food here was exceptional. We had the Steak and the Fish. Everything tasted great. I would recommend this location. A view of the valley below is nice."
"So our visit to the Bistro was very 50-50. The ambience was nice and the servers were very kind. My French onion soup was delicious but my fish tacos were very bad. It had zero seasoning, not even salt. The fish was fresh I could tell it was fresh fish - but it tasted awful and so bland. The veggies were the same- zero flavor. The other thing that was a disappointment was the bathrooms did not have a changing table so I had to change my son in the car. You would think going into 2025 all restaurants would have at least one Koala Kare changing station. I would only want to come back for the French onion soup since it is hard to find good French onion soup."
"We've been going to El Corral for years! It has a great western ambiance - nice for special occasions or for taking out-of-town guests. In addition to steak options, they have chicken, salmon, and salads. As far as sides, I recommend the mushrooms and tamale pie (definitely got to get the tamale pie! ). The quality of the house salad ("table toss") had gone down but I was happy to see/taste that it had improved the last time I was there (included mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and a tasty dressing!)"
"We eat here every time we're in Safford. Good, large drinks, decent steak, lots of menu variety. Local patrons are friendly - and had us join them for dinner!I took off a star as most of the steaks were overcooked on this visit."

"Shooter's has been owned by the same family for decades and the place has stayed true to its roots for as long as I can remember. When you first visit you can't help but notice the exterior decor isn't exactly what you'd expect for a dive bar & restaurant - it once was a Moroccan restaurant before it was Shooters (long before I ever knew it) and they've kept it the way it was all these years.Inside, they've got all your favorite bar games, strong drinks, and whatever game you want to watch on the TVs. Food is exactly what you'd expect - it's good bar food without trying to be pretentious or fancy. It's a killer spot to grab dinner and drinks before walking the Winterhaven Festival of Lights too!"
"First time there and not very impressed. My patty melt didn't even have onions on it. Reuben was okay. The others said the burgers were decent."
"This place is truly one of a kind. And it's Important to know what to expect before you go: writing all over the walls, like everywhere! License plates from across the country strung up on the ceiling. A casual and regulars heavy type of vibe. A gravel parking lot. An outdoor grill. Indoor and outdoor seating with live music offered in both settings. Delicious food, that's priced on the slightly higher end, in my opinion, but worth it. The first time I came here, we had a terrible experience. After ordering our food, the server came back and said they were all out of sirloins, which is what everyone in our party ordered. We left without eating anything and didn't return for about 5 or 6 years. We recently moved really close and decided to give it another shot as it always seems crowded. We've been a few times now and they've definitely made up for our initial bad impression. I typically go with the sirloin and it's been seasoned and cooked perfectly. It comes with a simple house salad and unlimited beans, garlic toast, and salsa. All is so yummy! Service has been friendly and accommodating. I know we will be back!"

Cowboy western vibes are always on point at Hifalutin. We love to take out of town guests here because of the decor! The blue corn muffins that they serve to every table are delicious and a unique touch! This most recent visit my husband had the 10oz prime rib with basil mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. He loved the meat and mashed potatoes but felt like the mixed veggies were hard and not cooked enough. I had the steak fajitas with flour tortillas. The fajita meat had spice to it but the lemons they served with it helped balance that out. It was a huge portion that tasted great as leftovers!

This is the restaurant inside Tucson's east side Hilton. Our party of 3 went for dinner last night. We made a reservation but is was not necessary. We got the calamari appetizer. The calamari was fried perfectly and it was not tough or chewy. The tomato dipping sauce (pomodoro?) was excellent. Husband had the beef short rib dinner (with broccolini and polenta) and our friend had the beef short ribs over pasta. Both of those dishes were very very good. I was looking at an outdated menu on yelp before we went, and I had picked out the spaghetti and meatballs. It was not on the main menu any more, but I found it on the "extra" menu, so I ordered it. It was disappointing. Husband enjoyed the spicy margaritas. The service was friendly but slow. I would be willing to try this place again and I wouldn't hesitate to eat here if I was staying at the Hilton and didn't want to go out.

Early weekday dinner at Copper Steer Steakhouse. Have not been to this restaurant before. Looked for a hostess or server when walking into entrance. No one here? Walked to the BBQ pit and was advised to sit anywhere. One hard working server was there. We ordered a Mac and Cheese App with Gouda Cheese. It was tasty. Server steered us away from boneless wings unless you like chicken nuggets. Had the 14 Oz NY Strip with a side of brussel sprouts swimming in maple grilled syrup sauce, and a loaded baked potato. Food was good, steak was very good and much better than expected.Four stars based upon food, portion size and hard working honest server.

"Came here with 3 guys from work. We had drinks on the main strip and came here for dinner. It's just far enough away from the tourists to keep them away, but close enough to walk. Everything we had was great! The jalapeño appetizer was homemade and excellent. The mac&cheese was amazing and the steak is worth coming back for. The dining room seating area / divides is kinda an eye sore, but the rest of the decor is pretty awesome. The main bar area is really cool. Definitely worth coming here, I highly recommend and I will be back!"
"We came here on a Saturday night at this place was hoping! You can smell the delicious BBQ from the parking lot and know you're in for something good! We previously had called to get reservations, but since we only had a party of 4, reservations were not an option. (They require a party size of 6 or more for a reservation.) They quoted us a 45 minute wait, but after about 20 minutes we got the text that our table was ready! We got seated in Dorian's section and he had the best recommendations creating a fantastic experience! We had the burnt ends and the baseball steak served with the hot stone! It was all so good! We will definitely be back the next time we are visiting parents in the Casa Grande area! Hope we end up in Dorian's section again, too! Cheers!"
"The burgers are great! I had the one with blue cheese and bacon. My husband brisket burger. I had the sweet potato fries and there were a lot! We shared some okra which was also good. My husband got the Mac n cheese and was disappointed because it wasn't honestly it was more like Mac n cheese out of the box. The tomato on the side of the burger were green, not a fan unless we are eating green fried Tomatoes;) Overall everything was awesome! We will def be back to try the other burgers and other sides. Come with your appetite, because you won't leave hungry. (we will share a plate next goal around as we had leftovers)Service was good and it was very laid back. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I forgot my phone so I didn't get any pix ;( next time!"
"The best steak I have ever had the baked potato was amazing the chili the queso and chips salsa all perfect and the price amazing quality"
"Food, service, and ambiance were all very amazing. Seats were very comfortable. Definitely highly recommended."
"This diner is a welcome relief after a day of exploring the backroads of the Chiricahua Mountains. The menu has lots of options for burgers, Mexican food and greasy diner favorites! I had a chili cheeseburger with fresh onion and my husband had the chicken fried steak covered in white gravy. The food was amazing and so was the service. You're going to love this place!"
"Affordable, great food and the staff were so friendly. I was glad to find this gem. Definitely worth it!"
"Good food, service a little off today and she wasn't real sure about the menu, wasn't offered refills or if we needed anything, but we will go back!"
"If I have this correct, the restaurant closed a while back and is now remodeled and serving. We had a very nice experience. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was quite excellent. My wife had the ribeye, which I did have a few nuggets and I will verify it was excellent. My plate was a chicken taco enchilada combo. Really quite nice and we will return."
"Double S Steakhouse was suggested by a local. Really welcoming ambiance with lovely cozy Western decor. The workers were super friendly and helpful. Ordered the Steakhouse Burger with curly fries. The burger was made with angus beef; it was super juicy and flavorful. I also tried the French Onion Dip sandwich with steak fries. It was pretty good, but not the best I've had. The onion dip paired really well with the sandwich and the fries. I liked that they had a self served salad bar (not unlimited though). The salad bar is a one time access, ordered either as a large plate or included as a side with an entry (smaller salad bowl provided if it's a side). Good place overall with plenty of options. I recommend Double S Steakhouse for anyone staying in the area or passing through craving comfort food."
"Delicious food, great cocktails, and very reasonable prices. The butternut squash hummus was delicious, and the fish and chips were spot on. Will be back soon."
"What a view! Service is good, but however the food is not. Pulled pork sandwich with maybe a hit on bbq and very little portion on the sandwich itself. The pulled pork sandwich was all bread. That bbq pork sandwich needs a revamp."
"Very good falling off the bone ribs. Just what I have been wanting. Half an order was plentiful. Sweet potato and veggies the best. Happy service. Lots of good food!Yum"
"I've been to many many Brazilian churrascarias in different parts of the country, and this one is pretty mid.The meats were fine, but despite the long list of selections, they seemed to only be circulating the same handful of meats. Some of the options like the hearts never came out, so I had to ask for them. Maybe they're less popular options, but if I hadn't gone through the list, I wouldn't have even known about them. Also, a few of the meats tasted a bit gamey.Though the set up with the lights and all for the salad bar looked really beautiful, the food itself wasn't anything special and the selection wasn't very vast. On the upside, the servers were very nice and came by frequently. Also it's very busy, so there's a nice vibe."
"I eat here a lot for lunch because it's close to my office. Service is always good and food is solid. The brisket is really delish!"
"I've raved-reviewed Horseshoe Grill multiple times, but I need to do it once more, since I ordered something newish on the menu and definitely new to me at Horseshoe. Every weekend offers a rotating choice of surf-and-turf specials, like steak and lobster, steak and scallops, steak and shrimp. The diner can choose from two sizes of top sirloin, ribeye, porterhouse, t-bone, and New York. I've even gone off label and had their succulent mesquite-smoked ribs with lobster. We most often show up for steak and lobster. In the mood for a Horseshoe steak, the hub and I went Saturday night even though lobster was not on the menu. Hub had the top sirloin and a loaded baked potato (not sure what they do with their bakers, but the texture and flavor are the best!). I was thrilled that the salad bar had been reinstated and it was full of freshness: a bin of Romaine and one of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, black olives, two kinds of shredded cheese, cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, a corn mixture, cucumbers, beets, carrots and a few more I can't remember; plus at least nine pitchers of different house-made dressings. (Should have taken a pic of the salad bar.)The special was steak Oscar, and it was incredible. My top sirloin was perfectly medium rare as ordered, and was topped with crab, Bearnaise, and asparagus. The crab in Bearnaise was so delicious, so luscious, so decadent, that I did not leave a drop on my plate. SO GOOD! Reservations are a good idea, especially on weekends. Service was friendly and efficient, as always. But that Oscar! OMG."
"This was my second visit to this wonderful restaurant. This time and last I ordered the Top Sirloin. The meal came with salad, steak and two sides for under $15! The service has been top notch both times I have come. The servers are so hospitable and really make you feel at home. My steak was over-cooked and within minutes they had corrected the problem and gave me and extra side. This is also the second time I ordered the bread pudding. Its delicious. Super moist and covered with apple sauce. Its soooo yummy. I reccomend driving long distances to eat here."
"The Carne Asada and the salsa were delicious. The staff tried to make up for the smoke filled restaurant and the very slow drinks and food service. I need a shower and to wash my clothes. My poor asthmatic friend had to wait outside."
"I really enjoyed the vibe in this place the moment I walked in. I wished we could've gotten the bar / front area but it was filling up fast and we just missed it. Luckily they gave side room la with plenty of seating. I got a chicken sandwich because I wasn't hungry thighs for a steak, but I know that's what they're known for. Next time... My friend got the house burger and loved it. Although the bun was meh, she said. We split an order of green Chile cheese fries, which she loved - the fries were nice and crispy but to me the green chile sauce could've had more flavor. She loved it tho. Great salads. Will be back."
"Back on track One of the best kept secrets around. Oops let the cat out the bag if you go ask for Lilly she's the best they got"
"The Sirloin Steaks were the Best tasting we have had in a long time. The meals are always prepared to perfection, the staff is always friendly and efficient, I have to rate this Steakhouse as the best in Tucson. It is quite apparent that they are committed to to Excellence without Exception, they consistently deliver this type of Dining experience."
"Decor was good. Food above average. Unfortunately server spilled our tray of alcoholic beverages and my husband got quite wet. Server was VERY apologetic."
"We just had another GREAT Tucson steak dinner here! Mike was our server and was simply the best. NY strip was cooked to perfection They have horseradish in two separate intensities if that's your thing Be sure to order the mud pie!Note to manager. Please consider signage saying "Users of electronics MUST wear headphones to not distract other diners." There was a clueless family whose child was watching an iPad with sound on. Rude but can be managed with assertive action. Thanks!"
