"What a great post office! Everyone here was cheerful and chatty with all the customers entering and waiting. The line moved quickly and I doubt I was there even 5 minutes. I was, yet again, mailing dirty clothes home from my trip to Arizona. I almost always bring 'some' packing supplies, but need to pick up a Priority box. Got everything in that medium flat rate box. The postal clerk helping me was funny and made this a good experience. You could tell this team actually enjoys working for the usps. Other post offices could learn from them!"
"Old Time Tucson US Post Office still in use. A small post office with standard mail box lobby and full services during the week. It is just a neat place to mail items and it is usually not busy during the day except lunch and sometimes end of day. Pick up is stated to be 4pm so if you have something needed quicker then you should try another post office. In the lobby there is a small display case of photos of the post office from back in the day. Not a place to make a special trip, but if you are mailing something just look on the walls facing the counter."
"The employees are helpful, but your day is not necessarily going to be better (or worse) after you come here. Not really sure if I should rate the post office as A-OK or "as good as it gets", because I've always had the same standard experience at all post offices. I've never been here with a wait less than 15 minutes, but I think that's fair of all post offices. I'm grateful for their services and sometimes fail to appreciate that I can mail a box of candy across the country in less than 2 days for just $8.They're full service and have everything you need in terms of mailing and shipping supplies, priority mail boxes, gift cards, stamps, money orders, etc. Thanks for the good work, US Postal Service."
"Remember the post office has got several handicaps for staffing. All of the post offices managers and supervisors get bonuses if they cut back the number of hours that their frontline employees are working and get additional bonuses if the number of overtime hours are under their allocation. So if you have to stand along the line sometime remember it's not the front line people that are causing the problem. From the postmaster general to all supervisors get bonuses and perks. The other handicap has been handed them by a federal law that says that they must pay for their retirement costs including retirement health care in advance. So this makes them lose money every year. The eventual goal is to try to privatize the post office and sell off the most profitable part of it to corporate cronies. So you should know those couple of facts before you really give and evaluation however having said that this particular post office is a really clean modern place with great customer service. They have the typical things that were post offices have I also have a nice selection of little bigger boxes that you can buy and they have a really nice big card selection for that one card that you might need. I was happy with the attention and service I got every time I've been to this post office."
"One of the cool things to visit in Bisbee is the Old Post Office. It has been modernized to take care of today's business but, there are still some remnants of the old historical parts if you look around especially behind the counter. This was the gathering place back in the old days. There is even an old library that occupies the 2 floors above."
"Quick and easy in and out! Went there around lunch time midweek and it was only one other person there."
"This post office is very convenient for those of us that live in the Rita Ranch area. There is rarely a line and the people working behind the counter are always nice and helpful. They can take care of all your postal needs."
"This post office seems to not be run very well. During the holidays I'm sure they are dealing with cranky folks, but they sure are rude and nasty themselves. There's no signage outside to tell you where to go depending on what you're there for. There's just a giant (totally expected) line and an occasional employee walking out screaming at people as if we can read minds. There are different lines depending on if you're picking up or dropping off FYI. While I was waiting to pick up items on multiple days, various employees were pretty much the same. Rude, unfriendly, and condescending. I am a front line worker myself, and Covid sucks, but it doesn't constitute treating people poorly!"
"Moved from out of state in September of 2021 and started getting mail here via a PO BOX. Since coming here, I no longer dread going to the post office. This is a small office in our very small town of Vail and the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. You are in and out in no time at all. I frequent this office because I ship a lot of items to my four grown children (3 sons are all active USAF) who live all over the globe. Thank you to the staff (a gentleman and young lady) who are always friendly."
"I've had no issues or concerns with this location. I've used this post office for mailing products for small business as well as wedding invites and holiday cards. My mail has always reached the destination and no issues with returns. I've used other sites to prepay for my labels just to make it easier. All of my packages have never been returned or charged additional costs to the receiver or myself. This location can get busy but there are many options for quick drop off which include outside for mailing letters and inside for small boxes in a blue pull down bin. If you want to deal with human interaction you can wait in line and the people have always been helpful and fast. If you didn't prepay and print a label at home you can do so on their kiosk just inside the building."

Every time I go to this post office the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any help I need with choosing the best option to ship my items. Sherri is the sweetest and explains everything so well and makes sure you understand, Kitty came out from behind the counter to help me choose the correct box for what I was looking for and took the time to hear what I needed which was awesome! It does take a while to get through the line at times, but that's just the process of sending a package, no complaints from me!

I have had my package disappear at this location. I submitted a service request and this request was closed without my being aware. Upon calling USPS I was given this information. Now I have to go onto USPS and onto their website to file a claim.

I drive the extra mile just to go to the post office. Has some of he best staffing. Although they are overwhelmed at times they do there best to try and keep the line moving. If you have an issue and you already waited they'll let you go back to front once you are done fixing whatever issue you had. Most get frustrated with the line if it's a longer just keep in mind they usually are short staffed and be patient. Pro tip lunch time usually is the busiest so if you want to avoid it try going early morning.

Nice little post office right in the heart of Bisbee. I love that it's in such an old historic building.. but then again, this is Bisbee! The guy working the counter on Saturday when I went in was very helpful.

Updating this review for the customer service at this post office. We've had some trouble lately with mail and the folks at this location have been very helpful. It's nice that you can actually speak someone over the phone and in person locally. While it's not ideal for packages to not get delivered, they were proactive and that helpful.

The post office is actually just a tiny corner kiosk in the bank. I can't imagine that this particular location has all the amenities of a full-scale post office building, but I've never actually tried anything other than putting stamps on an envelope. For example, I don't recall seeing any flat-rate boxes. It's convenient and the staff are courteous enough.Don't forget you can buy stamps at most grocery stores so you can accomplish most of your simple mail needs outside of the post office.

I use this post office at least once a week and I've never had to many problems but unfortunately the lobby seems so old and dirty and in desperate need of upgrades to most equipment.

"Seems like an efficient post office and I was quite impressed to be able to duck in and out so fast and get quick service. There were at least 2 staff in there and I sped right through and got my stuff taken care of. Post office service varies from location to location; when I'm in Sahuarita I'll use this one, might be nice to avoid some of the lines from the bigger cities!"
"I needed to pick up a package I was unable to have fit in the gang box at my apartment. The staff is always so friendly. Every visit, there is a person just to move things along, if you are only picking up a package, or something like picking up vacation mail. They have a wide variety of postage. For summer last year I saw the dragon stamps and picked up a sheet for my parents and one for my sister. My sister was unable to get those at any of her locations as they had sold out. It has been my experience in the past, stamps on the wall are nearly always sold out, so why bother looking at the display. They always have what I need and the line moves along smoothly. I usually just pick up things and on occasion have shipped packages. So far I have nothing but good feelings."
"I just needed to mail one thing. And today was a holiday. I'll. Be back tomorrow to send it. No signs anywhere saying closed and the gates are open."
"This is a good post office, helpful employees and all. However, what kind of post office don't have doors you can push open!!! I really hate having to go to this post office because it is so inconvenient when I have a bunch of heavy boxes in my hands. This is on reason I can't stand coming here. If they fixed that, id love it :)"
"I have had my P.O. Box at Kino for 23 years, and I was thrilled when they moved. Lower Miracle Mile which is now Oracle is a mess. The new facility is clean and mostly hooker and crack head free. Here below is a snip I found online. After 44 years of offering mailing services from a building at 2051 N. 13th Ave., west of North Oracle Road, the Tucson Kino Post Office has moved about three miles north and a little east.Residents with post office boxes at the former facility can now pick up their mail at the new location at 3655 N. Oracle Road, Suite 101, north of Prince Road. The former facility once housed letter carriers that served the 85705 ZIP code, but those employees were relocated about two years ago, said Rob Soler, spokesman for the U.S. Postal Service. Two employees were working in the building that used to house about 75, he said.A little more than half of the new facility's 1,070 P.O. boxes are occupied and the rest are available for rent, he said. A grand opening for the new site is in the works. To find an available post office box, go to www.usps.com."
"Came in the day after Memorial Day, and while I knew it would be busy, there was ONE clerk behind the counter and the line was out the door. I was picking up a package and was told there was NO ONE available to help me. Never had a good experience here and am filing an ADA complaint."
"Amazing customer service. Thank you! Very attentive and detailed. Gave my issue enough attention and kept me informed. Amazing"
"I'll only come here because I have to. 15 mins to closing I'm in a rush as I'm sure these workers are. Ask "may I borrow your tape?" Instead I get "you can purchase". I'm like what the? Never paid for tape before... So she asks what box do I have etc... 8 mins later... The frustrating part was she almost starting arguing with me about this. I end up using the same dang tape I started out with in the first place. Clerks are dingbats. Unprofessional and just helpless. Seriously!!! 2 stars for knowing how to ring me up and letting me borrow your tape in the long run.6/3 Monday 4:45pm shift 2 female clerks."
"We get our mail and our packages delivered to Mail Well Shipping because of where we live. Roger, the proprietor, is a great guy and always helpful. The location is convenient for us, the hours are better than a post office, and they accept UPS and FedEx deliveries, in addition to USPS. We're glad this business is here!"
"I needed to get fingerprints and called to make an appointment. They said I didn't need one so I dropped in during the lunch hour. They took me right away and were super fast and efficient. Note- you can park in back and ring doorbell on back door to get in. (Parking is a little tricky)"
"Great little Post Office located right off the main hwy. Easy in/out. The clerks are very friendly and helpful."
"I recently needed to get a large, heavy and bulky piece of equipment packaged up and crated for shipping. I turned to Pak Mail and super happy I did. When I walked in, not quite knowing what to do, they reached out to me said it will be all right. And they took wonderful care of me and my equipment getting it all packed up and ready. I worked primarily with Sabrina and Chris at the Broadway store and they really went above and beyond! I would not hesitate to go back and use their services again and highly recommend you do as well. We're lucky to have these people here in Tucson!"
"Clean and efficient. Social distancing is enforced. Line grew while I was there. There were about 12 people in line upon arrival. Probably 30 when I left. All social distanced."
"I ran over to this place this afternoon because I was in need of getting a fed ex out before cutoff. The gentleman who helped me was AMAZING!! So kind, so helpful, and super cool. He took care of what I needed and also did a favor for me that he didn't need to do. I will absolutely use this place for any shipping, packing, etc going forward. It's so unusual to encounter people willing to help others and to do it with kindness. Thanks a million for helping me today!!"
"This is a very large main Post Office location. It is always very busy but, it is well staffed, there were four clerks today. They will get you in and out quickly."
