"I have nothing but thanks to Josh and Erica for their unrelenting efforts to help me get out of a toxic unprofessional real estate agent relationship (I asked for help) and then they helped me find and purchase a home in a safe pleasant neighborhood, at the end of the pandemic in late 2021, when the housing stock was practically non-existent. Josh's kind persistence and his professional relationships with other realtors helped us to land my present home, and we even brought down the price $7000. Since the purchase, they both regularly send personal greetings and check in on me since this is my first home purchase. My next real estate transaction will definitely be with Hoffman Group. The height of ethical professionalism!"
"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE RUDE, SCAM ARTISTS! When I told the office that I was going to put in my 30 days notice, they sent me a letter saying I owed almost $1000 in HOA fines for weeds in my yard that hadn't been cleaned up after multiple notices sent. When I called, I advised that we have never had a problem with weeds, we never received any notices and if it had been like this for months, I didn't understand why they wouldn't have called. The woman said that she has driven by the property multiple times and the HOA had been inspecting the home weekly since the first notice was sent and we had failed to comply. She also stated that she had called my husband but he was "always sleeping which explained why the weeds weren't taken care of." I assured her that she was seriously mistaken about the weeds and about my husband. (We are military and had a newborn at the time. Very little sleeping going on over here.) After speaking with my husband, he said the only time he had ever received a call was to advise him that he had to bring written notice into the office of our 30 day notice if we were going to choose not to renew the lease. Additionally he was at work when he got the call, not sleeping. I asked the office for proof of the notices sent to us as well as any inspection documentation they had. When they sent it to us IT SHOWED AN ADDRESS ON THE SAME STREET, DIFFERENT HOUSE! I went into the office and demanded my full security deposit back and they refused stating, despite the lack of proof and the different address on the documentation they did provide, they knew it was our house and they were not giving us our deposit back. While standing in the office, I called my husband to tell him what they had said and he asked to speak to the woman I was talking to. When I asked her to speak with him, she said she was busy and heading to an appointment so she would not talk to him. I told him what she said and then she said, "oh. So you're just going to stand there and lie to him?!" And walked out of the office. In the end, I had to write a final demand letter and send it certified for them to send me my deposit back (which they promptly did). Throughout this experience i was also communicating on and off with one of the owners. He always reassured me he would take care of the situation and then completely ignored my husband and I. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"
"Pretty nice ladies that work here. They will connect you to the right apartments."
"If you need a Management company for your rental property or you're looking to buy or sale one SUburban REG was great for my wife and I. Back mid 2015 we moved out of state and decided to rent out the property until early 2020. After which Suburban was there to help with the sale. We were out of state, moving overseas, and the members of the company we always professional and understanding. To no fault of Suburban there were a few speed bumps with the COVID pandemic, but the team at Suburban didn't let that slow them down and didn't their best to keep my wife and I informed. John Malozsak, our Realitor, knew when an email, a text, or a call was needed and if we ever find our way back in southern Arizona looking to make a home, we will be reaching out to them for help once again."
"We did some remodeling of a 4000 square foot home in west Tucson in the spring of 2015. Our plan is to sell the home, but It's hard to describe the unique layout. Our real estate agent suggested Floor Plans First and I'm glad he did.Pretty quickly a tech came out and measured everything! House, pool house, and five car garage with every detail. We received a JPG and a PDF copy of the plans, twenty printed copies, and a copy mounted onto foamboard for display.Best of all, the plans revealed the size of the home was under-reported by 81 square feet! While it won't change our sale price, the price per square foot will be even lower for the buyer.I'll do this again for any other house I intend to remodel. It would also be perfect as plans for securing building permits on larger layout changes."
"Wow! I had stellar service working with Erin D. From Tierra Antigua. She made the entire process of buying a home so enjoyable and easy! She is extensively knowledgeable about the community, the different home builders, and community concerns. She is up to date on the latest strengths and weaknesses of an area or home development. She also has a wealth of knowledge and resources available. She works hard to get to know her clients so she can help you find exactly what you are hoping for. She responds quickly and gets your questions answered in a timely manner. Excellent service!"
"After failed attempts to reach this service on the advertised phone number ending in 3115, I found the cell number on the internet. Mike Answered, and demanded "who is this". I said I was referred to him for an appraisal by my realtor and read his web-site. He said well I have been doing this for 30 years when I asked why his advertised phone was disconnected. I said it is a fair question because I am out of town and I need to know I have a good business to do this. I told him the location of the property and he said he does not appraise in that area. I said your web-site indicates that you do, is that incorrect? He said, yes that is incorrect. I said OK, thank you. He did not hang up and I thought he was still talking to me, but he was talking to someone else and repeatedly referred to me with derogatory swear words to the other person describing my questions and our phone call. I would not recommend this business at all based on that."

I rented a house through Cobb Realty's property management division for one year. For the most part the experience was good, except upon moving in and moving out- which completely negates anyother positive experience I have had with the company. The house I rented had not been rented out before and the people living there right before us were the owners. The house was clearly not cleaned or inspected by Cobb realty before we went to pick up the keys. I called to state that the property was not proffessionally cleaned as I had been told it would be and they sent someone out right away, which was good, but they did a terrible job, which was bad, but I just needed to move in and move on with my life so I let it slide. During the course of the year we lived there, any concerns we had were promptly addressed, I will give them credit for that. So if you plan on never moving from the property you are renting, maybe go with Cobb. But if you ever plan to move out, beware!Once we turned in our notice that we would not be renewing our lease we began being asked to show the property to prospective tenants, on our own, with no representative from the company. I am too nice, so I agreed to it until my husband spoke to Cobb and let them know we wouldn't be doing that anymore. It just seems really unproffessional. On the day of our move out inspection I returned the keys and the house was inspected. I had the home professionally cleaned and the yard completely beautified. The next day I received a call asking for our forwarding address to send our security deposit to, I asked if we would be receiving the full deposit back and was told that we would. Now a week later I have received a call telling me that the house wasn't cleaned well enough for them, stating items that I watched my cleaning lady clean, were not clean and that items that they had not told me had to be cleaned, like can lights on an at least 16 foot high ceiling (which were among the many items left dirty before we moved in) and that we would be responsible to pay for the cleaning of these items. Ok fine, whatever. But then they proceeded to tell me we would be responsible for replacing some blinds that were already damaged before we moved in and I am quite sure I marked that on my move in inspection, although they said I did not and also that we would be responsible for paying for broken outlets that were broken when we moved in..... and so on and so on. The hassle that I am going through with this company is worse than any property management company I've ever rented from, I have never not received my whole security deposit back. I was a very good tenant and to be treated like this now that our business relationship has come to an end is just plain rude.

Extreme lack of communication and Embezzlement of 3-4 months of rent monies due me, the property owner. I am completely surprised at how this company operates. We are likely going to court. When it comes to property management, stay away from Tucson Apartment Locators.

I've worked with John and his team for almost 5 years! They are the very best, when I first met John @ Suburban he managed the rental of my house, it was such a relief to have it with Suburban, they took care of everything and every time I needed something I always had great service from anyone that answered my calls, after some years of renting my house, I decided to Sell my house and again John and he's team at Suburban helped me to accomplish that, even though selling a house it's kind of stressful, with their help I got it done, then again after that, John helped me to look for a new house, going out of his way to meet me all over Tucson and surrounding areas to look for my new home, and after seeing so many of them , with Johns patience I found my new home, and John was there every step of the way! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and he's team !!

Great company to work with. They came up to Scottsdale to do house measurements. Very accurate and gave me 4 or 5 different output which I could use to printout the version i preferred. Also very responsive to any of my questions. Very professional. I would use them again.

This is the Tierra Antigua's Northwest office located on the corner of Oracle and Magee on the Northeast corner. The office is beautiful and the staff are quite helpful. We began working with Mike Sturgis of Tierra Antigua recently and I must say if you're looking for a professional who has your best interests in mind you needn't look any further. Mike has been nothing but exceptional throughout the looking/offering process. He is always responsive to calls, texts, and emails. I'd recommend him and the staff at Tierra Antigua group to anyone.

Worst property managers. They fail to perform the services that they are hired to do and are unresponsive to issues. The broker always has an excuse for his horrible performance. Due yourself a favor and find a company with good reviews.I left them and have never been happier!!!

"Update: Since originally posting this, there has been way more effort on Veronicas behalf to keep in touch which is much appreciated. Understandably, Tucson has seen a crazy monsoon season which has left the restoration companies busy.Owners and Renters do NOT rent from these people or have them manage your property. This is on behalf of a family member who lives at a property on N. Walnut Ave. that is managed by RPM. On Friday, 7/2, their duplex property was hit by an intense Microburst resulting in the carport (which is attached to the home) to be ripped off while damaging about 2/3 of the roof. The carport landed in both neighboring properties resulting in property damage to both. My family member was able to get in touch with Veronica who asked to provide pictures as we were on our way home when this all occurred. Upon arriving we found multiple leaks coming from the ceiling on the interior of the home and also through light fixtures. We called multiple times to try to get in touch with Veronica, but it seems she had left for the day, leaving my family member and the neighbor to deal with the major property damage. With understanding to certain protocol in nature (IE Property management must relay all issues to home owner directly) there has been Little to no effort to put forth any line of communication, expectations etc. All the while, the property has been sitting with water damage to the interior of the home as well as potential fire hazard with exposed electrical. Edit: this review was drafted the week after the damages had occurred. Since then there has been considerable rain and water damage to the interior with no resolve. All attempts at getting any information from Veronica has been dead ended with vague information. There has been no insurance agent as promised. There has been no clean up crew as promised and there has been no timeline set forth from RPM for any potential repair work. Even temporary repairs. As of today there is water leaking from the kitchen sky light, walls, and down the hall way. The carport debris is still sitting on neighboring properties as well. Still including all of the original damage. The couple of times Veronica has reached out, her call was missed but returned in under 6 minutes with no answer from her. Email communication is inconsistent at best. The only option that was given to the tenants has been to break the lease. Which they'd rather do than to provide any immediate assistance to renters. All of this during a high demand market. If you own a home go elsewhere and if you are in the market to rent, run!"
"My fiance and I took the time to view one of their properties. We ended up deciding we loved the property and decided to put an application in for the property. I was called several times asking me to put in this application and pay an application fee of $25 per applicant via their website. The website also charged a $4.95 processing fee. Well, after going through an entire process of putting application in and paying the fee. I get a call the next day telling me the property that I put an application in on isn't going to be rented. They wanted to show me other properties. Apparently the owner of the property didn't want to re list the house with the realty company but they did not bother to check with the owners before attempting to rent it. I asked a refund my application fee which they were willing to do but they would only refund the $50 and not the $5 processing fee. Five bucks is five bucks its not the end of the world but the point is they, should have given all of my money back especially when this was something that was their mistake. Also, the representative didn't act like this was a big deal. He wasn't apologetic he was just very matter of fact. I would have considered looking at other properties the company just owned up to the mistake. Long story , I'm in a great property now with Sinclair Realty and everything went very smoothly."
"When my tenant gave notice this winter that he was leaving to buy his own house, I was in the middle of a health crisis. I am lucky that Grijalva Realty came to my rescue as they helped organize and supervise most of the needed renovations in the condo. I truly can't imagine what I would have done without them. The entire team is helpful and responsive, especially Laura and Celeste, and I will always be grateful for their caring response."
"As first time buyers Michelle Knight with Stratton group was a pleasure to work with. We were under a strict timeline in order to attempt qualifying for the Pathway to Purchase Program down payment program and she was patient and understanding with all our crazy and anxiety throughout it all. Michelle was easy to coordinate showings with. She never said no to showing us a home. We looked at 3-4 homes at a time and she was always able to accommodate us, often with short notice. In one instance we had to get an offer in on a home at 9pm on a Sunday due to the home getting multiple offers. She was there for us over the phone without hesitation. She never ignored a text, email, or call. I was always able to get in touch with her, even after the closing of our home. Stratton group and Michelle also agreed to help pay part of the buyout fee for breaking our lease, a huge financial relief. We highly recommend Michelle and the Stratton Group."
"I spent a lot of time touring the property, and I thought it looked very nice. I haven't rented here, but you never know...."
"STAY AWAY!! There is a sales man named Chris that is harassing my husband and I! Be aware! My husband and I went down to Clayton homes to look at manufacture homes and we ending up finding one we really liked. we started the paper work but didn't have the full down payment for the application which is 1000$ so we told Chris we will have it in two weeks. A week and a half later Chris calls my husband and asked if we still were interested, my husband was busy at work at the time so he told Chris "sorry Chris, can't talk now, super busy, call you back later" and hung up the line. Chris texted my husband and said "wow...fucking rude". When my husband called me and told me I couldn't believe it. Then Chris tries to call me and I ignored it, then he called AGAIN so I Ignored it again. Chris decided to text my phone now and said "WOW....rude". I then called Chris back and told him to never text or call my mine or my husband phone ever again, Chris starting laughing at me so I hung up the line. He then again texted my phone and said "lol" even after I requested a verbal no call. I contacted corporate so hopefully something get resolved. This up coming Friday we were going to have the full funds for the deposit but they just lost my business, stupid guy. STAY AWAY! Not worth it, don't wasted your time because these people are clowns."
"We recently hired AZ Flat Fee to sell our Tucson home and had a wonderful experience working with Kehaulani, MJ, and Bren. From start to finish, the AZ Flat Fee Tucson team provided a professional and supportive experience. This included setting an appropriate and competitive price based on market values, taking fantastic professional photos, coordinating showings with easy-to-use and convenient phone app, guidance with evaluating offers and negotiations, and then closing the sale smoothly. Because of their flat fee model, we saved over $13,000 by hiring AZ Flat Fee, and we received top notch service that exceeded our expectations! Our experience was so positive, I give AZ Flat Fee my strongest recommendation. I will recommend AZ Flat Fee to all of my family and friends as the best real estate service at the most competitive price. Thank you Kehaulani, MJ, and Bren!"
"We had the privilege to work with Louise Riley at Tierra Antigua. Her patience with us was unrivaled while we made up our minds over the period of a year. Not once did she falter and once we made our decision she and her staff guided us along to and through the closing. If you want to purchase a home in the Tucson/Green Valley area I would highly recommend Louise!"
"First five star review for a property manager. I rented with them from July 2013 through July 2014, and I had no complaints with Acacia Partners. Every issue or necessary repair was resolved promptly and professionally. When I had to contact Acacia, I received a response in a timely manner. Furthermore, I received 100% of my deposit within two weeks after moving out. (Please note that I did clean the residence and did not cause any damage to the premises.)I wish my current property manager was as good as Acacia was."
