"What a great experience! Christine is a wonderful person and did a wonderful job! Her pricing is soooo much better than I would have thought. I will never use anyone else again! I cannot praise this company enough!!"
"I have used Saguaro Data Systems a couple of times now and finally decided to leave a review. I was searching for a reliable and reasonable service to use to help me with my PC issues, which occasionally pop up. Well an issue popped up and I called Tom. He was able to remote into my system solve an issue I was having with my printer. I switched to panoramic Wi-Fi and the issues began. I loved his calm demeanor and how he related to me at my level without using computer jargon which can have a tendency to confuse. I would recommend this company to anybody needing help with computer issues."
"I needed a written repair quote for insurance purposes and this is one of the few places I could find that would offer one. They were quick, friendly, and gave me what I wanted - without even charging! They are a tiny tiny brand new store and are too nice to go out of business. Hope to do more business with them in the future."
"This company has excellent customer service! The gentleman that helped us was very informative and very friendly and did a great job servicing our computer and setting up our website. We would definitely work with this company again and would highly recommend this company to friends."
"On October 17 2023 my computer had 8 cups of liquid dumped onto the tower. I asked the owner of this company to evaluate the damage. He told me the motherboard was fried. After some confusion on what to order, I gave him a motherboard, graphics card, and ram to test to see which components were working. I also gave him $200 towards expenses. It took him two months to tell me the entire system was fried. I was sad but said ok and that I would like my computer back. He said my data was not salvageable. Initially I did not get my 1 TB SSD card from him. When I asked for it, he was strangely rude. He did eventually get it back to me two days after I requested. I think took the system to someone else to be evaluated. Turns out the only things that were actually broken was as follows; the motherboard, one stick of ram, and potentially the power supply. Literally everything else works. I'm using my old CPU and SSD to write this review. Also the working stick of ram. One can only wonder what he was doing with my system this entire time. It looks like he didn't even get into my hard drive. So what was he doing? Certainly not diagnosing it like I had asked. It took less than four hours to diagnose which parts were broken with someone else.I wasted $200 I will likely never get back, plus $800 on a new system since he said mine was broken forever. I also had two months of my time wasted and he was so rude to me that I felt unsafe. I would have never known what a liar this guy was if an ethical professional had not stepped in and assisted me."
"I had a cracked phone screen and needed a fast, competent repair but I got even more. The night before I scouted Yelp for the higher rated repair facilities and sent estimate requests to several. Two replied promptly that same evening. Quick Fix was among the lowest at $169 (iPhone 12Pro screen). I later discovered a check-in discount via Yelp of $25!I went in the next morning shorty after they opened at 10am and met Brennon, their newest technician at this location, and a gem of a human being - kind, patient, and informative. While I could see several jobs pending in trays at the back of the lobby -- and as the only employee at that moment he also had to answer two phone calls -- Brennon assured me he could get the replacement completed in less than 90 minutes. Barely an hour later he called (my backup/work phone) with the good news that all went well and my iPhone was ready. With the Yelp bonus and after taxes, it came to just over $150. During the "tablet spin" I happily added a $10 tip for the tremendously personal and fast service. Their work comes with a warranty and you can purchase an additional warranty that I'm rethinking as I type! If I remember, for $29 extra you get screen replacement for life, with no deductible. Whaaat?! I like that there are three of these establishments in Tucson as that gives me comfort that they stand behind their name and warranty. There is easy parking in this small strip mall with Quick Fix located in between Peach Skin and an Army Recruiting office. The lobby is airy, clean, and inviting."
"J.R. is about as good as you can get when it comes to helping on computer problems. He and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. They explain things so anyone can be able to understand what the problem is. I have been using their services and advise for two years now and will always be a happy customer. Thank you J.R. for all you and your company has to offer!"
"I'm paying less than the big box stores and getting more. What's not to like."

I took my 5-year-old laptop to them for clean-up. It was taking over 5 minutes to start-up and almost that long to shut down every day. The friendly folks at Computers Etc had it in and out of there in less time than they promised and it's like a new computer. They charged a fair price, actually less than I had expected, and even repaired the strap on my charger cord at no cost. When I picked it up the young man took the time to make a file on my desktop for me outlining the steps to take on using the new (free) software they put on there for virus and malware protection. They've certainly earned my trust and respect.

The NOS quote for a custom PC was cheaper than the one from Best Buy and several services were included. Colin and Joseph transferred all my old files on to the new computer in addition to getting rid of the "bloat ware" all new computers unfortunately come with. They also promise to take care of any minor issues should they arise in the future. When I had difficulty adjusting to the new wireless mouse, they allowed me to take a couple home to "play with" until I found one that was comfortable. I can't imagine a big box store giving as much attention and help as NOS routinely does. I highly recommend them!

Easy, fast, reasonably priced. After a tragic dropping of my iPhone I could not muster the energy to go to the Apple store for repairs. Quikfix was a breeze. I used the $25 off any service with yelp check in so my iPhone 6 Plus screen was only $65 to repair. The check in offer is only listed on one of their other locations yelps, they will still honor it! Hopefully they can get that check in offer added to all their locations soon. I called ahead to make sure they had my screen in stock and they said to walk in anytime. Took them less than 30 minutes to make the repair. My phone is good as new, I've had it repaired for about a week now and have had no issues. The staff I worked with, Dustin I think, was professional and friendly. He offered and explained their insurance plan to me, when I declined he did not push or make me feel uncomfortable about saying no. I will definitely return to these guys for any future repairs that come up!!

Tim Wagner at Lightwave is an incredible source of useful and practical information. As someone new to the Tucson area he gave me a ton of helpful advice about how to sift through the maze of advertisements about ISP providers and pointed me in the right direction so that I can make an educated and informed decision. At no time did he try to sell me anything, although I kinda wish I were looking for something to buy from him as a show of my appreciation for his help. If you need practical advice, help or are looking for services related to IT, contact Tim at Lightwave.

"My IT-tuner required an AV expert (bench fee) or shipping charge (authorized service center) or Desert Sky Technology.I heard David's service was free. Billing only started after diagnostic fixing was called for. DS clarified on review its position on 1MAR2016 as "free." So now I'm a fan again."
"The guys here are phenomenal and very reasonable. They have helped me recover accounts as well set up new computers. Have had them make house calls, 89.00 an hour for great help."
"We have got here a couple times for problems with our computers/external hard drives and they have been very courteous and prompt. For our external drive they were able to retrieve the lost data. For our computer that would not boot up, they found the problem, and fixed it. In both cases the work was completed that day."
"Over the years I have tried three other computer repair shops in the area and there is no doubt in my mind that this is the best. They have always fixed my issues in a reasonable time and a fair cost."
"Aaron is awesome. I had an old laptop with a balky hard drive containing a bunch of malware. Now I have no malware, a new operating system, and an SSD, all for an extremely reasonable price. Aaron also followed up with me to see if I needed any additional help. Couldn't be happier."
"These guys are great! My mobile wi-fi adapter for my laptop from Verizon broke after owning it for only 3 months. When Verizon refused to fix/replace something that was clearly a manufacturer defect (instead insisting I buy a new one for $200), I brought it to Hi-Tech computers to see if they could fix it. They determined they couldn't, but the guys there firmly felt I would be getting ripped off if the manufacturer or Verizon wouldn't replace it, due to the defect. The technician took it upon himself to call Verizon on my behalf, and then after being shuffled off to the manufacturer, in NYC, he stayed on the phone and helped convince the manufacturer to repair the part at no charge to me. The technician then helped me package up my adapter and arrange a UPS shipment to NYC to get things fixed ASAP. Since I was only visiting Tucson, I wouldn't be in town when the part was returned, so Hi-Tech offered to call me when the part returned and ship it to me at my home in Seattle. Even though the part is not yet back (not for any reason due to Hi-Tech), and this whole process is a bit tedious, I am grateful for the guys at Hi-Tech for taking so much time to help me out. They're not even making any money on this! Just helping someone out. If that isn't a sign of a business worthy of our patronage, I don't know what is. I thought I would give them a shout out and highly recommend them to anyone in Tucson who is looking for great customer service."
"My GO TO local place for computer parts. They are one of the few Tucson places to have all the essential computer parts that I need without having to order or wait to arrive. They have fully custom computers, networking and technical assistance including installation services.SWS also carries accessories like mice, sd drives, keyboards, modems, joysticks, ups. The essentials include power supplies, motherboards, cpu, ram, harddrives and more. They also have a lot of used parts and components at very reasonable prices. If you don't need new cables or parts then this is an awesome place to pick up parts."
"I really appreciate this place! I had a broken external hard drive, and although it was beyond repair, I really appreciate their very friendly customer service. They thoroughly explained everything they did to try and retrieve the data and answered all my questions. The turn around was quick, and best of all, they had the best prices in town. Everywhere else I called had nothing cheaper than a $100 diagnostic fee, but it was only $45 at Tucson Computer. I was so relieved because I knew it would be a toss up if my device was salvageable, really glad I didn't end up paying double the amount just to know it was truly broken!I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for honest work, friendly people, and the best prices."
"Geeks 2 You is still my go to for IT support and I'm still happy with their services. I've gone to them 3 or 4 times now, each time I've called them, they're able to help me same day or the next, pretty amazing. I'm sure there are times that they aren't available that quickly, but I've yet to have a long wait time. Fox came out to my house this most recent visit and helped do some cleaning up of my computer that was moving like a snail. He was very professional and patient with my questions. He also taught me about the things I should consider when selecting my next computer, as I'm due for an upgrade. Pricing has gone up from my first review to $125/hour. I still think it's fair, their service is great, they come to you! I've never felt like they're trying to sell me anything I don't need. I trust them to steer me in the right direction."
"Just moved to this area and needed help transferring data from older iMac to MacBook Pro. Called and they were helpful and I decided to take both mine and my daughters in. What a friendly, professional staff, especially Sam, the greeter! There was an issue with mine and they worked around it. Today we have our laptops all ready to go. And I think their prices are very reasonable. Thank you guys."
"This place is always a win. I've been going over 5 years. Jackson helped me today, he is up to date and incredibly knowledgeable. So much better than the Genius Bar at an Apple store!! I learned more about the cutting edge of the M1 chip, how they lept light years ahead of Intel and I have been researching online for months! I am proud to be an Apple shareholder again! If Mac comes out with the new M2laptop this year, or if they don't, I'll be going to Simutek next year to buy my new laptop. Support local business, but more importantly, support businesses like this with folks like Jackson!!"
