"This is our go-to spot for Spices for over 20 years. It's in a Tiny Village named Tumacacori About ten minutes south of Tubac. All of this on a side road parallel to the Freeway leading to Nogales,Mexico. This is a store and a producing factory. There is nothing else but this place when you pull into a dirt parking lot scattered with vintage equipment. In the store the smells grab your imagination immediately. Like what is that and what can I make with it. There are testers of small shakers for about half of things. I brought home chipotle powder and a half dozen other treasures. The powder is for my crock pot chili. This time I picked up a $2.00 xeroxed spice and cooking directory , maybe I ll learn something. They have lots of kitchen accessories in cloth, hot pads n towels. Even Postcards at 20 cents each. This place is a shopping experience for your senses. There is a whole shelf of hot sauces and another shelf of off the scale hot spices. This is where they rate hot in a scale of One million. Pretty sure that's enough for my eggs. They are closed Sunday's, church day."
"After watching a Wild West reenactment, we saw the sign for the Audie Murphy Museum. The building is a little off the beaten path but the sign gets your attention. I love watching his old movies and thought it would be fun to see the memorabilia of times gone past. I was not disappointed. There was plenty to see especially his military awards and other documentation. My only suggestion would be to lower the entrance fee a little. Other than that, a thoroughly enjoyable time!"
"Super fun place, friendly staff, and it's in a great location. Just a hosh posh of really cool item!"
"Very cool saloon with over 600,000 dollar bills stapled everywhere in the establishment. The inside has fantastic views with whimsical paintings and some rested out antiques, Full bar as well a good food can be had here as well as great employees "funny too, see pictures""
"This is one more cute shop among many. Mainly you go in and out of the stores. But they gave unique pottery and glass. Special things for the kitchen and art cards. Very nice Ambiance. Carlos Nakai flute music in the background. Special shop."
"This is a terrific stop along the way, follow the signs is easy to find if you do. I loved the options for snacks and treats. I found several edibles for family members. They have neat gifts, bees, Americana, apples, towels, signs, tumblers, you name it. They had fudge options. A place to sit inside and eat. And my favorite, jars filled with jam, veggies and pickles! You should try and visit. They had accessible parking, and pleasant staff. I'll be back for Christmas gifts."
"When opening a shop on Tombstone's historic Allen Street, you better BRING It, whether or not you're going hot-and-heavy on the Wyatt Earp/Doc Holliday/and OK Corral gear. Superstition Sue Gifts has found a way to balance a little bit of the Old West with a little bit more of Arizona's other history--from Native American to Arizona's famed gemstones. First, the place is unique. I mean, where else will you find a turquoise-encrusted cow skull? Native American headdresses adorned with beads, furs, as well as horns or antlers? An animatronic Wyatt Earp that'll tell your fortune? Ladies, if you like necklaces, this is the place for you. If you like big, if you like multi-necklaces that'll make you look like a classy co-ed on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras, if you like lots of Turquoise, SSG is a must to visit. Dreamcatchers are big in Arizona gift shops ... SSG has the best selection I've seen. And you'll find the selection of tourist town knick-knacks: post-cards, humorous license plates, cowboy boots, and, yes, movie posters fro the Val Kilmer/Kurt Russell classic, "Tombstone". And don't forget to drop some coinage in the Wyatt Earp Fortune Teller!"
"This cafe is at the back of a gift shop. Very flavorful recipes and homemade cooking. You can eat in or get your meal to go. The red chile served on fry bread is delicious. Their salsa is very good (it has a nice smoky flavor). Days open sometimes vary, call ahead to verify they'll be open when you visit."
"I love See ' s Candy! It is so nice to have a place in the Mall where you can go and have a piece of really good choclate! Tonight we went in while we were walking around the mall after eating. It was fun too look at all the choices through the glass of the counter to decide. Candy comes in "trays" everything we picked tonight had 2 pieces of candy in each tray....perfect for sharing! It was hard, but we decided on just 3 trays!Usually you get a sample, but tonight we were not offered one. Maybe that is something that doesn't happen all the time.If you are in Tucson Mall & you want a sweet treat - Seems is a good choice!"
"Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2022The Pandemic Chronicles Pop-Cycle is located in the Downton Tucson area. Our friends took us on a tour of Tucson and they raved about Pop-Cycle. There is so much to see at Pop-Cycle. Many different items from local artisans. You can find magnets, jewelry, clothes, framed art, vintage style aprons, the list of items they sell is endless. Be careful when navigating this shop as there are so many items packed into a small space. The customer service is amazing- friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a souvenir this is a great spot. Noelle's NotesFun spot to shopSupport local businesses"
"Love this shop! Truly a great local business. I first discovered Sonoran Rosie last year at the start of the pandemic through Instagram! Her feed is so colorful and lively! I finally decided to bite the bullet and treat myself to some gifts from her online store. I was able to pick up locally in Tucson which was a nice bonus! She had an amazing garden of native plants leading up to her cute little shop. I've since bought many more products from Rosie for myself and gifts for friends. Their products make lovely gifts especially for those missing the desert. 10/10 would highly recommend!!"
"A must for any visitor, local... this small cafe has a little of everything for anyone. From small personal size pizzas to quiche, to wonderfully handcrafted sandwiches and salads. (GF/Vegan options) HDC also has three small areas for shopping... from chips/wine to beautifully handmade Mexican pottery to a small specialty store. This place has it all. It's very laid back. The ladies who run the cafe are all wonderful and accommodating. The patio has 4-5 small tables so that you can enjoy "what makes Bisbee" unique. Swing bye and just chill. Relax. Enjoy."

Just passing through and found this spot. Immediately when walking up, he could smell the aroma of chili's and spices. Upon entering, there is a huge selection of spices available for everything. I almost picked up an Italian seasoning to make a dressing. I tried a few of their salsas on display and really liked the mild picante and hot green sauce. Definately a good spot for local spices, chilies, jellies, and of course salsa!

Decided to escape town for the day and dragged my kid and mom along for the adventure--destination: Tortilla Flat! The drive was like a rollercoaster (minus the screaming... mostly), but the scenery made up for it. When we got there, it was packed, but we entertained ourselves with live music while waiting 30 minutes for a table--not too shabby! I ordered a pastrami sandwich the size of my head, and yes, it was bomb! Our server was the sweetest, and honestly, I'd 100% do it all over again (windy roads and all)!

This place was a hidden gem. We got off of the freeway (I-10) on our way back from New Mexico to grab some food and stretch our legs in Wilcox, AZ.As we were exiting, we saw a sign guiding us toward Apple Annie's Country Store.Immediately, we knew we had to stop and check it out. We love finding homey little shopping locations when we are on the road because they always have something for us or for a gift for our friends or family. We were not disappointed. This place is great. So much to see it is a bit overwhelming at first. They have an active bakery, and you can order a piece of pie and sit down at one of their many tables and enjoy it. They also have breads and sandwiches, etc. This adds to the atmosphere as the place smells fantastic. The rest of the shop is full of bottled preserves, jams, olives, etc. These make excellent gifts. There are also knickknacks, signs, paintings, stuffed animals, and other items which make great gifts or decorations for your own space. Finally, as you approach the cashier with your selections - there is a counter full of fudge. Talk about placement. It is the ultimate impulse purchase temptation having that there while you wait in line to check out. We'll definitely be back for some pie and gifts the next time we are in the area.

"This was a treat for the car lover. A personal car collection in about 40000 sf of museum and gift store. There were volunteers that actually had cars there and the owner and his wife and a son. All with story and an obvious Car affection. We did about 3 hours and I know I missed some things. I Better plan to go back. They offer a Senior and military discount Perfect For us. I would have paid double. A new self owned museum. So much to see. A winner."
"Stumbled on this store in the Tucson Mall. They are a local shop and have some handmade items. The owner is from Nepal. They have a nice variety of clothing, gifts, jewelry, singing bowls, crystals, sage, etc. The women's clothing was pants and shirts made of cotton and looked very comfortable and light- great for summer. They have a lot of purses, scarves and some cute umbrellas. It's a nice shop for gifts or light clothing."
"One of my go to locations when I want to find a nice, quality gift with substance behind it, or a gift that reflects Tucson's cultural heritage. The jewelry in here is delightful and I can hardly keep money from flying out of my pocket when I see it--lots of unique, substantial pieces. This is a clean store staffed by attentive volunteers located in the Monterey Plaza (between Bookman's and Beyond Bread). They have a good selection of Oaxacan wood carvings in several grades, Peruvian clay figures, day of the dead skeletons, clothing, home decor, meditation aides, Asian art, incense... It's a store jam-packed with treasures. As a UNICEF store you know your purchase are for a good cause. Prices are reasonable for the type of goods here and often cheaper or comparable to online (remember, though, this is retail and they save you the effort of flying to a street market somewhere and haggling). Occasionally they have excellent sales and will do sidewalk rummage sale benefits for a specific cause. Tip: probably not the sort of place the average husband enjoys spending time. Send your man elsewhere as you gaze at all the lovely baubles!"
"Stopped in here and just received weird looks as if I was not welcome. I peeked around a bit and while I saw some cool items, everything seemed a little overpriced. For instance, there were a lot of Fred and Friends items. Fred and Friends makes some really cool ice molds and such that can be found on amazon for between 5-8 bucks. They were about double in this shop.Note: Had it not been for the bad looks I probably would have bought something. They really do have some cool things for a last minute gift.2nd Note: I am a fan of Fors' architectural works."
"One of only two gift shops in Terminal B at the Tucson International Airport. Desert House Gifts is your best bet for a last minute Arizona souvenir as the other store is mainly a PGA Tour golf shop. The store is clean, bright, organized - and best of all, well stocked! On my last few visits- the employees are always friendly, kind and patient. If they see a line forming, they open a second register. Great customer service! Especially if you're in a hurry! Good place to find tshirts, candies, magnets, shot glasses, magazines, even a few Christmas ornaments (even though it's April now.) They just have a lot of different choices. Be warned though - the cheapest "gift candy" I found was still $4.99. It goes up from there. But can you really put a price on the joy of eating Arizona Prickly Pear Candy? Yes, aparhently you can."
"I worked with Gift Basket Creations to create an Arizona-themed Gift Basket for a corporate event. They customized our basket perfectly and shipped it to us--it arrived on-time, and lovely!"
"To me, having a zero waste store for each town is necessary.Simply the existence of it offers an alternative processing to the community and ways to decrease our waste daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Owner Val, is a busy local mama running this business so beautifully and supporting the local community in doing so. Here are some things available here: -Refillable station: shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent and more. -toiletries -household items -decor -locally crafted sustainable items-reusable items -recycled items -makeup -moreAnd one of the best things about this store is the FREE clothing exchange, swap and drop off. Bring in unwanted clothing, accessories and shoes to leave for another community member to find. Stop by the shop and find a new item for your wardrobe. Note: you don't need to bring something in to take something, you can just come and take something home!"
"Love love love this shop! Arizona Poppy is a must! The shop is vibrant and packed with items items from tons of local makers, including handmade jewelry from Sigfús Designs, handcrafted lingerie, ceramics, herbal tinctures and so much more. The shop was founded by Rosie Crocker, who is also the founder of Sonoran Rosie Herbal. You can find her beautiful products in the store too. I've been a fan of her bath bombs over the years and recently purchased the rosemary creosote hand cream. It's rich and smells like our beautiful Sonoran desert. Arizona Poppy also has a space to host community events and workshops. Follow them on Instagram for updates on special releases on local artists work and restocks. Such a beautiful shop that makes it easier than ever to support local artisans and makers!"
"Good fudge. Lots of cute souvenirs. We come here every time, we visit My Lemmon. Their Salted Caramel Fudge is so delicious. I highly recommend it."
"Di Luna candles is one of my absolute favorite local businesses. It's women owned and family operated, their candles are all handmade in house, and they also stock an array of goods that are locally owned and many are also women owned. Another thing that I love about them is that they are so community oriented. They host a weekly vendor market on Saturdays with rotating vendors so that they can give opportunity to up and coming makers to connect with more locals in the area. The store is super colorful with plenty of candle and wax melt options. Maria Jose, Maria Ines and their mother, Josefina are absolute gems."
"I had a project completed by Sauguaro Laser and could not be more pleased. The staff was friendly and my project was completed in a very timely manner. Communication was as excellent, concise and understanding to my needs. I will definitely use them again in the future."
"What a great store! There is a large variety of items. When my friends and I visited, we were hat shopping. There were two ladies working here that provided the best experience we could ask for. They were friendly, helpful and fun. I highly recommend a stop in here whenever you are in Tombstone."
"Nice little souvenir shop. I picked up a few things here - and keep in mind, not everything here is a high quality piece of merchandise, but some of it is. There is a wide range of items, from belt buckles and hand held fans to tin badges to pocket knives to Native American crafts."
"Don't bother. Hours posted are inconsistent. Drove 40 minutes to get here at 11 on a Sunday and gates were locked, and phone calls were sent to voicemail."
"How convenient to have a See's Candy right next to Whole Foods, very good use of the space IMHO. If you haven't tried their candy, it always tastes fresh and has an added richness of flavor & texture -- due to their traditional use, of a little local butter, in their treats. Their quality is consistent as well as fair for the price. Always makes an excellent gift for am individual, a family, or an office. If chocolate isn't your thing, or even if it is, we recommend their peanut brittle -- it's scrumptious!!I stopped by on an early Friday Eve and was immediately greeted by a friendly atmosphere with a free chocolate in my palm before I'd even bought anything. Top notch service like this is common at See's stores (can you tell that I've shopped at these places a lot? lol), and the lone salesperson, Isabella, was no disappointment: compassionate, cheerful, and professional! I felt special despite only buying one small item of their new "Strawberry Medallions";(though it was a big deal for my family, since we're lactose-intolerant). Makes me want to look for excuses to come by and pick up more items. Thanks, See's Candies, and happy holidays!!"
"A great shopping experience for the whole family. Monica, one of the shops owners, made the kids feel at home by offering them pinball or 'free mystery gifts' from a basket while we shopped. We bought a really cool illuminated traffic light and Monica was kind enough to figure out how to ship it to us in Ohio. thanks for the kindness and we love our purchase!"
"I wanted to surprise my wife with gift baskets for her girl's getaway casino trip. I contacted bcuz on very short notice and they worked with me to create personalized baskets for each of the ladies, and they were absolutely perfect! They were on time, handled like newborn chicks, and delivered right to the hotel room. They even added in items I never thought of. We could not have been happier with the service, dedication, and care that bcuz provided. bcuz is my go-to for personalized gifts in AZ from now on.BTW, my wife won $20 on the lottery tickets :)"
"Referring to the number of men who died with their boots on, it is one of the best-known of the Boothill Graveyards and is one of the more popular tourist attractions in Tombstone. The cemetery was founded in 1878 and mostly stopped accepting new burials in 1883 after another cemetery was built in town. This is a must stop to see the final resting place of the men killed in the O.K. Corral shootout. As well, the humorous marker for "Lester Moore."Well worth the entrance fee which includes a brochure with a map of the burials. I suggest you go as soon as they open, before the heat of the day and before the dust gets kicked up by the shuffling feet. And while this is not an active cemetery, it is still a cemetery so be respectful. No shouting, no running, no animals.[Round number review 17500 overall - 86 in Arizona - 1018 of 2022.]"
"A variety of artists have their art on display and for sale. There is jewelry, paintings, clothing and many other types of interesting items!"
"OMG - Fantastic handmade caramels - ingredients unique to Arizona - perfect gift souvenirs for the family, friends & coworkers we left behind. We spent a fortune at this shop after sampling the unique flavors. We bought multiple bags of the four flavors of caramel that used ingredients I thought best represented Arizona - Carameleno Jalapeno, Desert Date Pecan, Orange Sunup & Desert Wildflower. (They have a bigger variety.) The Jalapeno version has just a snap of heat at the finish; the Wildflower a soft, sweet flavor, the Desert Date Pecan has a chewy bite - my favorite was the Orange Sunup. I love citrus flavors & this unexpected flavor combo is outstanding! The shop shipped them home for us so no worries there. Each bag had 20 caramels in them so I broke the bags down & did a smaller gift of an assortment for each person. The shop has an online store that I've ordered from since. I'm not a chocolate eater usually but I might just have to try some of their chocolate caramel combos next!"
"I stumbled on to this shop when parking for another store. I'm glad I went inside. There are a variety of things such as jewelry, glasses, socks, scarves, candles, food items and decorative objects. I especially liked the earrings options and bought a pair that I'm happy with. They were put into a nice little bag with tissue paper-would make for a nice gift package. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed at all. There is so much to see that you could walk around the store a couple of times and find something new. Prices were reasonable and you could find something unique for a gift."
"i have attended quite a few of their meetup events and haven't been disappointed. as soon as you enter their door, you feel a sense of warmth and welcome. last saturday i signed up for two reiki sessions which i've never had before. both, Lola & Canna, were great. they made me feel comfortable and i felt i was in a safe place. i would highly recommend them. Quynn is the founder of Web of Life Animists and i'd like to thank her for being out there. a lot of hard work and dedication goes into it. they also have a cute little thrift shop with many interesting stuff. i have found some great bargains. so when you get the chance, look up their schedule, on meetup.com. :)"
"Great selection of jewelry and souvenirs. Customer service is great and friendly. If you can't find it at Arlene's you aint lookin."
