"We ordered a custom couch over 4 months ago, probably closer to 5 months. We were told we would have it in October/November. We have had to chase around our salesperson (ironically named Chase), for status. He has been zero help, even after promising to get back to us by certain dates, virtually none of which he did. He even suggested a "loaner couch"( haven't heard back on that for over a month).Needless to say, we still have no couch, nor a delivery date, not to mention the loaner....:/ Do yourself a favor and shop a different store and save yourself the brain damage."

The owners are super friendly and often post featured items on their social media - so I recommend checking them out there to see what's in stock! "This review has been in the making for almost 2 years. After receiving my order I waited a couple of weeks so that I could write an honest review now that my anger is over. We all suffered through COVID restrictions they were not pleasant for any of us but none more so than the small businesses. We went out of our way to support small business through out Cochise County. We had a previous experience with City Creek through our son and were working on a re-do of our kitchen. We found the perfect dining set here. We understood that it could take 52 weeks or a full year to receive our merchandise. We were okay with that, we were supporting a local business and could complete our project before it arrived. We placed this order in March of 2021, we received our table in July and this is where everything went to hell. First of all this business uses and email address that will go directly to your spam filter. We were able to work that out. We were never told why the chairs didn't come with the table but hey we had the table so we assumed the chairs would be coming soon. We called to inquire in August if they had any status and were told that oh they should be here by the end of September. September came and went so we were in Seirra Vista in November and decided to stop in, oh no, the chairs would not be here until January. Oh okay, we are still with in the 52 weeks so it was a bit frustrating but we were okay. What transpired from there was just amazing, in January we were emailed a response after a phone call that said the chairs would not be here until March 19. Guess what, that put us officially over the 52 week mark and we had to spend the next 9 months continually emailing them for updates. This is not customer service and no customer deserves ever to be treated the way were when this company missed their deadline. We understand delays happen but it was up to this company to contact us when deadlines passed, that didn't happen. I have attached the email correspondence to show the epic disaster of this transaction. We were told they would provide us loaner chairs but had to return them in pristine condition or be charged for them as well. We were forwarded internal emails from the distribution company that they work with. The worst part of that is that at one point it completely disproved what we told in a previous email about where the chairs were. But wait it gets even worse the email they forward to us had been received 10 days before they sent it to us!! I have never worked with a business that went out of their way not to provide customer service. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to help us once they missed the 52 week deadline. I will say that they offered us a gift but honestly, I could not accept it at that point it would have solved nothing and would not have come close to compensating my husband or I for the time we had to take from our day and jobs to deal with this situation. The owner will surely respond to this review, and I don't expect he will be kind about it so that's why I included the full email thread, with the only redaction being done to protect everyone's email address. I sincerely hope that should this company find themselves in the same situation with another customer they will take the time to proactively contact their customer and show a sense of urgency in rectifying the issues."

There was a table with stuff people were picking over. I didn't stop to rummage with them. The style also seems average for the most part - nothing stood out as anything other them boxy, 1990s furniture. I didn't find a few pieces but you have to walk slowly to find them. Staff was friendly, no one offered to help me find anything or asked if I had any questions."

"We went to a good 20+ furniture stores around town to make sure we did our due diligence and saw "everything" there was to offer, and we ultimately bought the majority of our furniture from Latitudes. At first, I thought their furniture was limited to the front of store, but I was wrong. There's a large back showroom that houses most of their unique, trendy, and current pieces. There's always new items, which makes it fun to peruse but also dangerous on the pocketbook! ;-)The prices are pretty reasonable, after paying a visit to the ol' Pottery Barns and Crate & Barrels, but they're not at the expense of quality. The pieces are made of sturdy, heavy duty wood, leather, metals, the like. I'm incredibly pleased with the furniture we were able to find at Latitudes. Ricardo is very helpful and accommodating."

"Walking into this amazing little shop is like walking into a time capsule. Beautiful warm wooden pieces with a midcentury modern feel. Filled to the brim with unique pieces to love. From vintage lamps, art work, large furniture pieces, cool antique chairs, I even saw a wicker rocking horse! The vintage pieces are in nearly immaculate condition but the owner will point out any flaws or love marks on these items. No call no replacement. Called the Store, On Oracle Rd. and it had closed shortly after we purchased. Contacted Phoenix for service and they denied warranty and are rude and unprofessional. Do not purchase any item at any Levitz as you will be on your own and no avenue for recourse. I have notified BBB, AZ state for elder abuse and hope this saves someone else the headache from the lies and misrepresentation by Lounge by Levitz."

"We purchased some outdoor chairs and a custom wood coffee table from these folks a few months ago. Friendly staff and nice selection of quality outdoor patio furniture. Our sales person had a little trouble adding up the ticket, and after we got home I noticed the coffee table legs were attached with short self tapping sheet metal screws if you can believe that. Easy enough to fix and I'm not going to hold these issues against them. If you are looking for higher quality than what you'll find at the big national box stores, then definitely check out this locally owned shop. They have a decent selection of better quality furniture. Naturally it's priced a little higher than the cheap stuff, but in my experience I get a lot more enjoyment out of the higher end products. As for the one-star reviewer who was upset about some groupon issue - always read the fine print when dealing with Groupon and be absolutely sure you know what you are buying. If you fail to do that, don't take it out on the store. Give yourself one star for not paying attention."

"I stopped here to look at furniture. The place was very large with a large parking lot. The entrance was to the left (looking at the building). There were some other doors so a bit confusing. A person greeted me and told me to look around. That was the last time I talked to anyone which was okay. The furniture is on display but you have to wait to get the item-a few months typically. They had a wide variety of sofas, chairs, beds, dining tables etc. Some were grouped like a room but most were just scattered around. Some items were pretty close together. The quality of the products appeared to be very good. The costs were pricey. They have more options than many furniture stores if you don't mind waiting."

"ooked online for a recommendation for a local furniture repair and refinishing place and am happy to have found "Brett Interiors/Furniture Doctor!" The craftsman who came to see my furniture was obviously very knowledgeable, especially about antique furniture. He took photos and prepared an estimate that seemed reasonable to me (a far better option than replacing with quality bedroom furniture these days!). The furniture was picked up by their movers who were on time and also very polite, professional and tidy. Chris, the manager of Brett Interiors, was always available for questions about the service and a for a status of the job. Even at the height of the pandemic, he always provided a prompt response. My furniture was delivered yesterday by a different crew who were also right on time, professional, polite and did a great job moving and reassembling my kingsize 4 poster bed and other bedroom set pieces. The craftsmanship of the repairs to the antique chair and Captain's chest was superior as was the refinishing work. Definitely check out the Furniture Doctor for any job big or small. It's nice to have so many positive things to say about businesses in Tucson these days. And I cannot say enough about the work and employees here."

"This review is long overdue. My husband and I were desperate to replace some couches at my mother-in-laws home. The ones she had were old, smelly and her son had recently passed away on one. It was a terrible situation. Anyway, we stopped into Sparks Furniture - We were lucky enough to speak with Tim. He went above and beyond and once we found the set we wanted he allowed us to take the floor model. What a blessing! The quality of the couches we purchased was great, they still looks amazing and the prices were extremely reasonable. This was our third and final stop that day. The first two shops either didn't have the quality or the employees didn't seem to want to help us. If i was in the market to buy any furniture I would definitely shop at Sparks.I highly recommend and I want to apologize for not writing this review sooner. We really appreciated how Tim went the extra mile, was honest knowledgeable and friendly. Love this store!!!"
