I found flower bee on yelp and couldn't be happier! We need a flower arrangement for my father's celebration of life and they put the most gorgeous sunflower basket together with love and care!We loved it so much that we ordered another arrangement for an benefit event and again it was beautiful!I highly recommend Flower Bee!

From their website: "In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will." I don't really get this when I see how the flowers arrive. That is the only reason I have to take off any stars. It is not to say that they are not nice arrangements, but it feels like flower Russian roulette. I never know what's actually going to show up.For a small business, the price point is to be expected, especially when I include the price of delivery and tipping the driver. I have never had any issues with their delivery at all and the bouquets have always made them to their intended audience. They have called me and asked for further clarification; I appreciated them going the extra mile instead of returning it to the store as a failed delivery. Seeing as how this is the only customer service I have needed, I would say they excel in this area. I will continue to order from Eric's as long as I have a need for Tucson flower delivery, but if anything above would stress you out, look elsewhere.

My beloved passed away and I was in Tucson for his Celebration of Life and meeting his family for the first time. Yoshi's put together two floral arrangements that were beautiful and elegant in about 30 minutes and within my budget. They also helped to write the notes of sympathy for my loved one as well as his Mother. I can't say enough about how wonderful and professional they were at a time when I was really stressed out. Gorgeous flowers, wonderful staff. Thank you!!

I received a bouquet of flowers yesterday that was delivered from this shop. There was no water in it and some of the flowers were already wilting. If they hadn't been wilting the arrangement would have been beautiful.As a side note, I hope flower shops including this one in the future ask people who are ordering for others if they have pets in the house so they can order pet friendly (not poisonous flowers).

My Mom became ill and I wanted to send her some get well wishes. I'm across the country in NY so I used an online flower service to order flowers. J&J happened to be the local company servicing the area where my Mom lives in Tucson. The flowers my Mom received came on time and was an absolutely beautiful arrangement of fresh and bright blossoms. They put her in a very good mood.

I ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet for my mother-in-law from ProFlowers. Unfortunately this is the company that they used. I paid for the high-end bouquet along with a specialty card and mylar balloon. What was received was quite different...A handful of flowers shoved into a jar. There was no specialty card and no Mylar balloon. The flowers were tired, open and scrawny with leaves on the stems all the way through the waterline. I contacted proflowers.com. They will have another florist redeliver the flowers. Overall, I have been very happy with ProFlowers customer service handling issues like this in the past as well.However, from what I could see from the pictures the quality the bouquet was so horrific that I decided to contact the local company as well.That's I called directly and spoke to Walt at this business in Tucson. Walt was dismissive and rude. He also said things that didn't make sense and were inconsistent. First he said that I should not have gone through ProFlowers because they were not a reputable company. ?? He said that he was surprised there was no ballon as it was supposed to be Included one. Walt the went on to say he remembered preparing the order himself and he did exactly what was requested describing the number and type of flowers in the bouquet. This was a lie because I had pictures.Walt then went on to say he didn't understand why I was calling him directly because he Apparently received some communication already with ProFlowers re the order but looked forward to my yelp review because "clearly the quality of people who post yelp reviews is very poor." Wow! This is a horrible local company in Tucson with bad service. I would give them no stars if I could.

"Want to send flowers to the one you love? Or Is your loved one feeling sick or possibly in the hospital God for bid. If so, you may be like so many people wanting to send them a beautiful bouquet of flowers to cheer them up or let them know you're thinking about them. Well in my opinion, don't use this place for your bouquet. I can't speak to the events, but I certainly can speak to the flowers. It all began when I was heading out to go to the hospital to do a "window visit" with my loved one, When my doorbell rang. Oh not once, but multiple times like somebody was having a major emergency. (Granted I'm already in an anxious state of mind and heart); when suddenly someone is banging --frantically mind you -- on my door. So now I'm really freaked out running to the door all the way from the back bathroom. I opened the door unsure of what was happening, only to see the backside of a lady running back to her car saying: I didn't want the flowers to sit outside. No. She didn't hand them to me gently and graciously. She never thought about the fact that I'm about to possibly lose somebody in my life that I dearly love. Instead she scared me to death and ran off and left me flowers that are half dead already. I took photos later when I got home of the flowers that were already beginning to brown and turn wilted. I called the shop and explained it to the owner. She replied: oh well I can't send anybody out today it's way too late! But I will have somebody call you before noon tomorrow. Lest I say, that never happened now it's day two and all of the greens that came with the bouquet are totally wilted and hanging down lifeless. I even checked to make sure there's enough water and realized this is the first time I've gotten a bouquet with that one of those little "food " packets. I called again but nobody answers the phone. I don't really have time to deal with this but I would certainly never bring these to the hospital. What is more, I will certainly not tell the caring friends that sent this bouquet and probably spent a good penny."
