"Absolutely delicious and the ambiance matches the food perfectly.I dragged my mom here the other day when P&P was closed, and I was reminded of why this place is so well love here in Tucson. My chai was spiced and like a warm hug.My chicken was perfectly fried and everything on the plate made sense and was delicious. And I will have dreams about their chocolate cake Not a single complaint. Our meal was amazing."
"Manager was fantastic with helping secure a reservation and then changing the time for us. The service was amazing. Our server so so nice and friendly and knowledgeable. We came in with a large group and he offered to separate all of the bills. The food was GREAT also! The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend."

"Let's talk food - that's what we go out to dinner for, right? We ordered: Cadillac margaritas Quesabirria & Ramen soup Ouesabirria taco with caldo Street tacos - beer battered shrimp and Jass (asada, green chili & cheese) The food was AMAZING! Our margaritas on the rocks were perfect - with house made mix that's not too sweet or tart. I can't begin to say how good their Birria caldo & ramen soup were! I always think the Birria I'm eating is the best. Well, I was dead wrong because the Birria here is the best. My husband's Birria ramen soup was loaded with juicy beef Birria, consommé, and ramen noodles. My taco was stuffed with meat & cheese and came with a cup of consommé for dipping I also had two street tacos and the shrimp were huge! Our server was Martha and she was so friendly & attentive. We sat on the patio and it was a bit chilly outside, but we were under cover and it was pretty cozy. We come to Tucson every year and we will be back here. We were also very impressed with their breakfast menu which has a bunch of Mexican breakfast/brunch entrees that looked and sounded delicious. We'll be back!"
"My friend recommended that I head here and man, talk about the best rec ever! The first time I had their bacon honey Brussel sprouts was June and now I've been there once a month for that dish alone! I always eat at the bar and the staff is so friendly. They are very attentive and generally leave me to enjoy my food and whatever drink/cocktail I am getting. I don't drink beer but their selection there is insane! If I had to guess maybe over 40 different types of beer/ales. It's not a quiet place but it's also not extremely loud so to me, it's just perfect!"
"Food was amazing, service was attentive, and the ambiance was great. We were outside in January, so it wasn't too warm out. We were visiting from out of state, and I can confidently say that my partner and I will be coming back next time we're in Tucson."
"Having traveled to Italy and very in step with good Italian food, I was very happy with this visit here with a friend colleague. The place is gorgeous and when we arrived for dinner at 6:45pm, the place was swarming with lot of people! That's a good sign.We made reservations and were seated in a booth in the middle of the restaurant. This place is huge and also with a nice bar area and big TVs.We had a lovely waiter and my dining mate was interested in a glass of wine and since it's the summer, we went with a sparkling rose and my friend wanted a new bottle opened. Sparkling rose was great! We both also opted for the branzino and that was just delicious, reminded me of the summer I was in Sardinia and plenty of meals I had in NYC.There was a squid ink pasta on the menu and I would've loved to try that and I'll be back to have that next time. What was the cherry on top of this dining experience was the tiramisu. I'm not a fan of the typical tiramisu but this was made more like a pudding and that worked really for me! I loved this dessert and would come back just for this!Overall, an amazing dining experience, excellent service, solid meal and lovely company! I will be back!"
"Mojo Cuban in Tucson offers a vibrant and authentic dining experience. I had the vaca frita--crispy yet tender with a smoky depth--paired with rich black beans, perfectly textured rice, and crispy yuca fries with a bright cilantro sauce. The bar is a highlight. Service is top notch, offering an impressive rum selection and a fun flight option. I requested a double caipirinha, which was full of flavor and made with love. After making my somewhat laborious drink without a wince, Alyssa gracefully shared insights that deepened my appreciation for the food on the menu. The bar experience was refreshingly engaging, and watching her hustle to share a menu she loves was a pleasure. After a perfect meal, a Cafecita, made with local Decibel coffee and some sugar, was a delicious send off. With a welcoming, bilingual atmosphere that takes care with their offerings, Mojo Cuban is perfect for any event from family brunch to an adventurous night out."
"What absolutely delicious gem of a restaurant! We stopped in for lunch today and got the quesabirria tacos and the chilaquiles with green sauce and carne asada. We shared, and both dishes were fantastic! The sauce on the chilaquiles was very rich and flavorful, standing up well against the eggs and carne asada. The quesabirria tacos were really excellent too -- and I say that as someone who's gotten quesabirria tacos at easily two dozen different restaurants in Tucson. The tortillas were really strong, and had crisped up nicely along the edges. The birria and consommé were both packed with flavor! I savored absolutely every bite. I was also impressed by the beans; I'm usually not a fan of refried beans in general, but these were really well-cooked and well-seasoned. I finished every bit! We sat outside, but I will also say I really liked the decor inside. The colorful paintings on the walls and bright blue and white tiles make for a really charmingly happy vibe!"
"I used to come here when it was Chaffin's Diner and I was so pleased to not only see they honored the old layout but revamped it in a 50s inspired decor which made my heart sing! The powdered blue bar stools and benches were paired with chrome and blonde wood. I also loved that the menus' stay on the tables and it removes an air of pretentiousness this place could have. If for no other reason, you should come here for the decor alone. So many revamped places get gentrified and the charm and history bleached out to a horrifying blandness. Ugh. Anyway! Onto the food. I started with an Old Fashion which was $5 on happy hour. I always find this the best and quickest way to test a bartender's skills. I was not disappointed! It was actually one of the best I've had in Tucson. It was perfectly balanced and not too strong on the whiskey flavor or orange. My friend and I split the Cauliflower Poppers and Three Sisters Burrito. Both vegan! I was slightly annoyed that they came out at the same time, seeing how the poppers were an appetizer. I soon forgot my annoyance as I tasted the poppers first. Seriously, how is this vegan!? The batter was light, very crispy and the buffalo sauce a perfect blend of spices and vinegar. It was listed as vegan but I didn't know the ranch was too AND made in house. It was very good too. The Three Sisters Burrito was phenomenal. I was blown away again. It comes with tempura battered squash. It was again very flavorful, perfectly cook and it was a miracle I didn't eat the whole thing in one bite! Oh happy tears!! They truly understood vegan does not mean bland and I'm so thankful for that. They have other vegan options too! I cannot wait to come back. One last note, THANK YOU so much for labeling V for vegan AND VEG for vegetarian. It gets frustrating trying to find vegan food with its lumped in with with vegetarian offerings."
"We love this place. Sophia K is our favorite server, she always takes great care of us and is very friendly and helpful. This is our favorite place for breakfast, I just wish they would bring back the pasta breakfast dishes."
"Food, service and atmosphere all EXCELLENT!!!!We both highly recommend Mariscos Chihuahua !!!! Don't miss it!"
"10/10! My husband and I came for the first time around 10 am on a Sunday. We barely beat the rush but are so grateful that we came. The staff greet you with friendly faces & you can tell they all work very hard to accommodate the flow of traffic. It can seem a little crowded but my husband and I both agreed it makes the experience "homey." We tried the divorced Benedict (to DIE for) and the breakfast burrito (that came out straight from the stove) We immediately fell in love with this place and have told ourselves we'll come here over any other breakfast place nearby. :) Thanks!!"

"Brunch goes with drinking culture like peanut butter goes with jelly. Not only did brunch popularize day-drinking, but it's also the genesis of several popular daytime cocktails, including the Mimosa and Bloody Mary. It is actually attributed with spreading the practice of mixing alcohol with juices. In the early to mid-1900s brunch offered a platform for socially acceptable day-drinking." ― boredwalk.comWhere else can you buy a quartz crystal, a cactus Christmas tree ornament, and a strawberry hair clip with your brunch?Flowers for Alvernon ($10 - Agave tequila, grapefruit, fresh mint, lemon, agave hibiscus syrup with a Tajin rim): The perfect drink to start your summer's day. It's been a while since I've had a well-balanced cocktail and who would have thought that this cozy eclectic brunch spot in Tucson would have me enthusiastically cheersing with everyone at the table? The flavors worked and kept me cool while we dined al fresco under a giant yellow umbrella. Blackened Shrimp and Grits ($15 - Buttery country-style grits with blackened shrimp and creole sauce): Who wouldn't want a plate of crusted seared shrimp and buttery grits? I saw plenty of things that are perfect for gift giving.

We were staying at Ventana Canyon Resort and wanted to experience something near by for dinner. After looking at options near by, this seemed like an obvious choice. Made a reservation on Open Table for 6:30pm on a Sunday night and there was hardly anyone there when we arrived. Reservations were not needed. The host was friendly and seated us right away. Our server was Alex and he was extremely polite and attentive. He gave great recommendations and guided us to our choices.I started with a glass of wine, the Carmel Road Cabernet Sauvignon that had a decent rating of 3.7 out of 5 on the Vivino app which didn't disappoint. We chose to not have an appetizer and ordered our entrees. I had the orchiette crab pasta which was delicious. He had the meatloaf that came with mashed potatoes and carrots, which he thoroughly enjoyed although it was more than he wanted to eat, he definitely recommendeds. We finished off our meal with the olive oil cake dessert. When he initially mentioned the two options I wasn't particularly swayed either way, but he wanted a piece of cake and when I tell you I was surprised at how moist and delicious it was.During our time here the restaurant filled up with other patrons, but it was never uncomfortable. He did mention that he agreed with other reviewers as far as the noise level and the acoustics, I didn't even notice.Overall, it was a great experience with exceptional service. I would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Wow wow wowMy Wife and I have driven by this place probably 100 times however, never stopped in. We stopped in last night and we were so pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the food. The place is only eight tables inside maybe five outside so it's very small so expect to wait but the wait is worth it. We got the mini Chimi platter and it was so so good. We also got a few of the street tacos a must.Go try this place.

Not sure how I haven't written a review sooner, because I love, love, LOVE this restaurant. The price is higher than what you would expect in Tucson, but trust me it is worth the quality.First off, the ambience fits the 4th avenue vibe. A little dark, with some cool back lit mood lighting and they have booth seating which I appreciate. The menu has food items you won't find anywhere else in Tucson, plus a rotating weekend special. I'm also obsessed with their reverse happy hour, which is after 10pm, and you can find both their signature drinks and bestselling food items on there at discounted price. If I could change one thing, it's the staffing. I've never had an issue with the folks working there, but DANG are they consistently understaffed. I've been there during lunch on a Sunday, and it's a full house, with only two people working front. Ermanos, please staff better and don't overwork your folks!

Not all Snooze locations are the same. This one had great service and music. The bartender had a gracious sense of humor while a party let their kids run around screaming that definitely felt made things much more tolerable. Menu suggestions from the staff were on point and led me to getting the Bella Benny with sauce on the side. Very delicious and poached eggs were perfect! The morning marg was a little too sweet but the mimosa with crab berry made up for it. The open atmosphere with lots of windows and natural light was def better than the oracle location. Would come again!

Decided to pick up from North as I was in the area. I had a $20 bonus card from a gift card I bought a couple months earlier. Unfortunately I found out that it expires shortly after the date the original gift card is purchased. L. I ordered the crushed meatball wagu. Tasty yes, but oh my, I wish they didn't list the amount of calories on the menu next to this one. North is generally delicious every time, but next time I'd likely go with another dish.

If you're looking for amazing Cuban food with top-tier service, look no further than Mojo's! Our visit was unforgettable, thanks to Sarah, who went above and beyond to make the experience special. From the moment we sat down, Sarah greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She knows the menu inside and out, offering fantastic recommendations with passion and expertise. We took her advice and ordered the Valentine's Day specials which was a great deal too. We asked about the regular menu and she suggested the vaca frita and Palomilla plate so we will be coming back to try those out. Our meal was absolutely incredible, full of rich flavors and cooked to perfection. The hamachi was something unique and different than we are used to and everything on the Taste of Havana plate was seasoned just right, and don't even get me started on the mango tres leches pure heaven! Even though it looked like a very busy night, what truly set this visit apart was Sarah's exceptional attention to detail. She checked in at just the right moments, prepared us for a little longer wait times due to the holiday, made sure our drinks were always full, and even took a moment to chat with us about the restaurant's history and Cuban cuisine. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Mojo's Cuban Kitchen is already a gem, but Sarah makes it shine even brighter. If you're dining here, ask for Sarah--you won't regret it! She's a true asset to the restaurant, and we can't wait to return. (If I could give more stars, I would!)

First of all, the food was really great! Food was 5 Stars! I had the Birria ramen and taco. Great value and great food. My husband enjoyed his meal completely as well. My margarita was delicious but had very little alcohol in it. There are some restaurants I will order mixed drinks in and some that I won't. Based on my first fixed drink, I won't be ordering more here. It's too expensive to not have much alcohol in it. The service was a 4 star experience. It was good but definitely not great. The bathroom, while fairly clean, had no toilet paper which brought the restaurant itself down to a 3 for me. The food was worth it, but I would stick to beer or wine and avoid the weak drinks. And make sure you have tissues in your purse when you use the restroom!

"While staying at Casino Del Sol for a conference, we tried PY Steakhouse for dinner. Despite being near a loud area, the restaurant isn't very noisy. The ambiance is very nice - low lights, linen tablecloths, and comfy booths. We were greeted promptly and offered a choice of drink. Then came fresh bread and gruyère breadsticks. The bread had a crusty outside and soft inside that you could slather with butter and salt. The breadsticks had a nice crisp to them and the cheese flavor was definitely noticeable. We were given an amuse bouche of raw tuna on a crisp cracker. I'm not a huge raw tuna fan, but tried a bite and the flavor was mild and fresh. We selected the NY strip, ribeye special, with brussel sprouts and splitting a baked potato. Shortly before our meal arrived, someone came to char a sprig of rosemary and snip little bits into a melted ramekin of butter and beef tallow. Our steaks arrived cooked correctly with a nice sear. We both enjoyed the flavor of the beef and tried some of the infused butter. The staff sliced the potato in half serving each of us one half in a dish with our own plate of toppings - that was very nice of them. I love a good baked potato and this one was cooked nicely and made better with butter and sour cream. The sprouts were roasted beautifully and had no bitterness. They were served with chunks of Tasso ham, roasted pecans in a not overly sweet glaze. It was definitely a hit.We were brought a small caramel truffle each and it was a delicious piece of candy. The chocolate had a nice snap and the caramel was thin and had the right balance of sweet and salt. I would have bought an entire box. We were stuffed but ordered a chocolate lava cake to go. It was packed up along with our leftovers and our server brought over a small coffee cake as an extra treat for the next morning. The ambiance was lovely, the food was tasty and as expected from a nice steakhouse, but the service was just wonderful. All of the staff were friendly, efficient, and wanted to make sure we had a fabulous meal."
"$8.00 Old Fashioned rivals $30 Old fashion's drinks you won't find anything close downtown Tucson! Smooth rich and right on point!"
"Food. Amazing. Drinks. Amazing. WE LOVE THIS BAR!! Get the shrimp toritos appetizer and street tacos, just SO good."
"To toast my 900th review on Yelp, I knew I needed to do something a little special and go with someone to celebrate. Who better than my Yelp Bestie/Cousin Chelsey H.?! This location has been bookmarked to try as I saw a Yelp friend review and saw they had Caprese. If you know me, you know I'm a Caprese aficionado and always looking to see who locally has the best Caprese! When you pull into the very large parking lot, you will want to enter from the right side labeled patio. It can be a little confusing as we walked to the left as it was labeled restaurant, but it was the golf resort side. Once we entered, the hostess was very friendly and asked if we wanted a window view which was a nice touch. Genuinely amazing how beautiful the view was as we both witnessed a sunset and the rolling in of a monsoon storm. The beauty of Arizona in the summer! To start the meal, we began with Caprese which despite the menu I didn't realize didn't come with balsamic. Shame on me for not reading it fully lol. I personally love balsamic glaze and/or balsamic vinegar, so we asked the waitress (receipt says Serena - we didn't catch her name sorry!) who grabbed a bottle which added the little something I felt it missing (personal preference). Before we could even finish the caprese salad, the beautiful vegetariana pizza came out. Pictures do not do it justice as this pizza was perfectly crunchy and the vegetables cooked perfectly! Since we were on a roll, we ended the night with the brownie that's topped with vanilla gelato and whipped cream. Though the texture didn't seem quite brownie-like, it was incredibly rich and delicious! Ended the meal on a sweet note.Definitely recommend this location if you are in the area, and when I have a craving for good pizza then I'll drive the 10 miles from my house to try this place again!"
"Corbett's in Tucson is definitely worth checking out. They've got indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, which is awesome if you're into pickleball (or want to try something new). The beer garden is massive, and perfect for hanging out - lots of seating, good vibes, and plenty of space to relax. The food is classic bar food; decent but nothing to write home about. Totally fine for what it is, but it wasn't the best bar food I've ever had. However, their tater tots were amazing so definitely try those out! Service was mediocre at best, so don't expect anything extraordinary. Overall, Corbett's is a cool, laid-back place and I'd recommend if you're looking to play some pickleball and relax with friends!"
"Great bar and hangout location in downtown Tucson great music, friendly staff amazing drinks had an amazing time on St. Patrick's Day with family and friends. The music was beating and the drinks were flowing. Enjoy coming to hang out here. It's always a blast.Perfect place for a group of friends always plenty of room in the courtyard. With the variety of music being played, it's great for all to enjoy from old school to new school.."
"Visited this spot a handful of times & never disappoints. Staff is always so kind & attentive. The vibe is always great & they even have live music some days! I come for mainly the wine and the food & to unwind. Every time I visit I have to order the Apple fig bruschetta & my most recent visit I finally tried the homemade chicken pot pie which was recommended by staff and so filling and yummy. Can't wait to be back!"
"I had an amazing experience here! Lunch special sushi and nigiri, and a squid dish. Super delicious, super pretty, very clean atmosphere. I felt comfortable and satisfied at the end of the meal."
"Very good food! I love their Mariscos and other food choices. Prices are reasonable and the location is well kept and safe. I highly recommend it. Their service was very courteous. :). The ambiance was happy and welcoming."
"Taco Giro is one of the places we look forward to coming to when we're in Tucson! The food is something we can't get in Mesa!Service is great when we got there but it did take a little while to get the check when we were ready to leave. But Right when we walked in we were seated and the chips great salsa and beans were brought right out to us very quickly. We ordered the #1 and bacon wrapped shrimp with rice and beans.I have to say the shrimp plate is our favorite!!The drinks are great here too!Highly recommend this restaurant!"
"Just an update to my review. I just got wings for lunch, and they informed me that they reduced the 10 for $10 menu because they could not get several items done in ten minutes. The items are still available, but cost more and will take more time. The remaining items on the lunch $10 menu are Chicken Tortilla Soup, Wings and fries, Chicken Tenders and Fries, Burger Bowl and Hood Nachos.(Hope it wasn't my review that pushed the burger, tacos and burro off the menu)"
"Came here on a weekday evening for a hang night with my ladies. We ordered a bunch of drinks and apps and had a great time! My favorites were the Wings and the Dakota's Nachos. The chorizo was a nice spicy add, but nothing too crazy. Our server Autumn was personable and funny. She let our group really kick back and have a fun night! Will be back again!"
"I've visited twice and absolutely enjoyed the experience both times. Tasty cocktails, great atmosphere, attentive staff, and fantastic music. Not really more you can ask for when out enjoying live music. Absolutely recommended if you're a fan of live music, particularly jazz or blues."
"Some of the best tacos I've ever had amazing salsa bar and some of the hottest habenero salsa on the planet which will make your head sweat but super good. The only knocks was the water didn't taste filtered. Chips and salsa are not offered on the menu which I've never seen at any Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. Last nachos were not offered on the menu. The dessert was amazing to end the dinner. If your visiting or from tucson and you haven't been its a must. Have to have it on your bucket list and if you miss it something is definitely wrong with you. Your missing out on amazing sonaran mexican food. You'll be in tears it's so good could be from the taste could be from the salsa."
"Cool spot. The sound could be better, you can hear parts of the building rattle when the music is loud. The food and drink were pretty good. I got the Mexican Chocolate Old Fashioned and this twist on a classic cocktail was great. The chocolate wasn't too sweet and everything else went well together. The elote had good flavor, but was over cooked. Some of the parts were mushy. This could have been due to being a slow night or still working out their kitchen."
"The service is always very friendly. We usually go in a large group and order many different dishes and share everything. My favorite is the calamari and the yellow curry with chicken. They have a drink special 2/$5 highnoons. The portion sizes are large and there's usually plenty of food to also take home."
"Excellent food, patio is dog friendly and great service! Tasty margaritas. Stopped in from out of town and would definitely return."
"This place was an absolute blast!! My friends and I were visiting from out of town for three weeks. We visited this place every weekend. We reserved the couch area and had the most amazing service. The drinks are so good and your getting your money's worth. Spinning the wheels is so much fun and I highly suggest you do. If you're in town this is a must visit place."
"Ojos Locos Sports Cantina was packed with happy patrons on the night we vsited. It was lingerie night, so all of the waitresses were dressed in pretty revealing outfits. But I guess that is the whole point. Kinda like Hooters on steroids! Interesting to say the least. The food was pretty good, but it was hard to focus on taking pictures for this review. We ordered a barril of Dos Equis amber, but somehow got Modelo Especial. No worries - it was beer, right? The chips and guac was nice, although a little more guac is always a bonus. Mostly, I enjoyed the boistruous atmosphere at Ojos Locos, and can see myself coming back next time I am in town. It was fun!"
"A group of us came here last night for my birthday dinner. We started early at 5:30 and the place was already full. Service was excellent. It's a casual restaurant/bar with tvs and a shot wheel. We all liked our food. The steak was really flavorful. I just wish it had been medium rare instead of coming out as well done. The beans, fries and side salad were all good. One person thought the Mac and cheese was good the other thought theirs was just ok. My friends loved the bourbon balls and burger. I loved the margarita."
"Have been twice now and loved it both times. The service is great, every staff member we encounter was friendly. The vibes are on point. Now the food is sooo good! Poutine is our favorite way to start. My husband loves the wings and Cubano. I enjoy the burgers."
"With over 2K positive reviews, I hate to give this popular brunch spot a 3-star rating.I will just cut to the chase...- very dense French Toast- artificial tasting strawberry jam- terrible Blueberry Matcha Latte (very watery even though it is made with oat milk)- can't really taste the duck in the Cast Iron Duck ConfitService was friendly."
