"Not sure how I feel about this place anymore. THEY DON'T SHOW PRICES ANYWHERE, why? Please post prices on the website or something. Also, I had about 5 drinks of my 20oz coffee because it's all ice. I'm all about supporting local businesses, and I get inflation, but I feel a little cheated."
"Reviewing The Oink Cafe Tucson Rating: 5 out of 5 Address: 7131 E Broadway Blvd Hours: Everyday 7am-2pm Happy Hour: Mon-Fri: 7-10am ($5 mimosas, bloody marys, specialty drinks, and draft beers.) Also, $2 off flights.Number of people eating: 2 adults and 2 children.Atmosphere: Very clean inside and inviting, wasn't busy at all for 12:30, few families eating. Music they had playing was at a comfortable volume. It was relaxing and AC worked well so it wasn't hot inside at all. They have a nice seating area outside as well if you choose. Staff: Got greeted right away, seated quickly, our waitress was Ciarra and she was absolutely lovely and checked on us frequently and was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. There was 2 other guys working and they were very friendly and nice as well. Even had couple small conversations with them as well. Food: 1. Carne Asada Benedict: Little spice to it, perfect eggs on top, very very delicious! Fries were fresh and hot and the ranch was very good with it! 2. Waffle with toast: Very tasty, waffle was nice and airy with a little crunch to it. Kiddo loved it and ate all her food which is rare 3. Veggie Omelet: Added mushrooms to it. Was tasty but needed salt, overall very tasty. The biscuit was fluffy and tasted really yummy! The hasbrowns were so-so. 4. Chicken strips and fries: Chicken strip were juicy and not dry at all, fries were hot and fresh as well. Total before tip for number 1 & 2 with drinks: $32 Total before tip for number 3 & 4 with drinks: $30"

"The food and service were great. The servers were friendly and courteous. Cute theme throughout the restaurant"
"We had such a wonderful breakfast here! The quiche was delightful and the granola was a spectacular. We will be back the next time we visit TorC."
"STAFF: Everyone is nice and welcoming!FOOD: Always a variety of options to choose from and always delicious!PRICING: Appropriate for the quality!AMBIANCE: Family friendly or for a quiet date night!PARKING: Ample"
"This rating is for breakfast only. Busy AJ and East Mesa favorite located on the North side of Apache Trail.Parking is largely an unmarked dirt lot on the east side of the building with a few paved Handicap spaces. Atmosphere is dated country kitchen with a fair sized dining area with tables. Unfortunately this place is crazy busy for good reason so expect 30+ minutes waits during peak hours.Group and large parties can reserve the party room in the rear. This area is staffed separately including bar service which is where our Red Friday's group used to meet. Menu is breakfast, lunch and dinner with all day breakfast. My pick and their patrons favorite is the Biscuits and Gravy. An order is all I can eat. Service is friendly and I've never seen servers hustling like here.Despite a long wait in the main dining area my score is for service and excellent country breakfast!$$"
"A truly neighborhood place. Great for breakfast. They also serve lunch but I've never been. I love the French toast with some fresh fruit. Yummy! The waitresses are extremely busy but very nice. The ambience is simple. It's not a large dining room so it's designed to hold as many guests as possible, but it has a great energy!I wouldn't suggest to drive from across town, but if you're relatively close, give it a try. Doubt you'll be disappointed! Might even see you there!"

Barista Del Barrio is simply the BEST burrito in Tucson! Their coffee is very high quality as well (I love the peanut butter flavor!) I always go here post Tumamoc Hill and it hits the spot every time. The owners truly care about the community of Tucson and I love that it is a family-run business. Also the outdoor seating area is so cute, really captures the eclectic vibe of Tucson!

The Hostess seemed like she was interrupted or bothered by having guests enter your restaurant establishment. She continued her telephone conversation (4 or so minutes long) then decided to seat 2 of us (with an attitude I might add). The restaurant could potentially be a neighborhood gold mine- but YOUR initial contact person is killing your vibe!!Select a HOST(ess) who is willing to invite guests and build your Breakfast clientele NOT someone who doesn't want to be bothered. Food was soso-

Fun and colorful place. Lots of great food options. Crepes can be gluten free for $1! So cool! Have savory and sweet crepes, breakfast sandwiches, quiches, and waffles. They make their own cold brew and it was nice and smooth. Lots of fun coffee options too. Make all their own bakery items. They have some really cool flavors of tarts. Like red Chile cherry. Who knew? The service was great. Very friendly. Willing to answer questions and when I asked for a coffee to go when we left they made sure it was ready for me.

Best Breakfast in Tucson; although they should be serving gravy with their liver and onions dish.

Mickey D's is an Apache Junction institution. Known for their great service and awesome breakfast (and lunch) and they do not disappoint. The place is much larger than it appears from the street so even with a full parking lot they can accommodate. The decor is quaint, small town cafe as you would expect. Service is really exceptional. Plenty of staff to run the operation smoothly and efficiently and VERY friendly. Again, small town feel and refreshing. Lastly, the food. From omelettes to pancakes to biscuits and gravy it's all really good. And the prices are so reasonable. I had biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs, hash browns, 4 pieces of bacon - all for $12.99. Unheard of bargain! Definitely recommend.

In the last six months, I moved to a house that is nearby Bread and Butter Café. As a consequence, I go there quite a bit for breakfast. They open up early, so this spot is really convenient. The price point is good and during the week if you arrive early they have breakfast specials. I'm a big fan of their veggie omelette. I've also had many other items and I've never had any issues. I've always felt the food is reliably prepared quickly, and the staff provided reliable good service. I recommend Bread & Butter Cafe.

In town visit a friend and decided to continue my vegan/gluten free bakery hunt! So glad we stumbled upon this place. I love how they have gluten free flour, pancake mix, brownie batter, and more all sold in stores. I brought a bag of their GF Perfect Flour and GF Pancake Mix! I used the pancake mix so far and it was sooo delicious! I also got the oatmeal cream pie and a Nutella latte with oat milk while I was there. Both were pretty good. The oatmeal pie was a bit too sweet for me but still good!

"Cute shop, with lots of yummy looking items in their display case that were all Gluten Free!"
"Thank you for the great service, amazing food I just wanna thank the chefs again for making it with love . See you soon"
"My wife and I had an amazing time!!! Good food, awesome staff, reasonable prices, and crazy good music!!"
"This place has been on my TikTok bucket list for the past year! I am so glad I was finally able to make it here! My 16 year old son came with me. The waitress asked if we were familiar to which I quickly said no. She took her time answering any questions and explaining how it all works. Easy ordering right on your phone. The food came out in good time. The restaurant was very clean. The game area is meticulous! A man came and introduced himself as being the "Game librarian" and if we had questions to let him know! The games are alphabetical as well as by theme if you will. Its $5 per person to play unless you bring your own games.I have created my own tiktok on the place and spoke to all my friends about it--planning on doing a group of us one evening in the near future. This place is so neat!"
"Service was good, no complaints. The ambiance reminds me of a mid century Scottsdale vibe- cute. My friends said their food was good. I got the breakfast biscuit with one single egg (wasn't given option for how to prepare it), bacon and way too much cheese.Let me start by saying that the biscuit was so monstrous it definitely needed the option for multiple over easy or over medium eggs. My single over cooked egg didnt cut it and wasn't cooked well (in my opinion).I used hot sauce as a vehicle to add moisture. The bacon was good bc how could you ruin bacon, that's tough. There was wayyyy too much cheese in the sandwich though and I left the entire bottom of the biscuit bc it was too dry to get through.Add in the zero booze, I dunno, I just wasn't happy about that either. This place is fine. It's not horrible but it's not amazing. It's a solid three stars."
"Sweet little place with vegan sweets! I think it would be neat to have some paper menus since I felt a bit awkward staring at the one next to the register (maybe there was some though that I didn't see!) I can also see them doing well with a pay it forward program. (The bottom line in detroit did this- people would pay for plain black coffees that those who couldn't afford could have some caffeine. I know around this area there's a few homeless folks and i feel like that spirit of giving would fit the communist sort of thinking?) Very laid back atmosphere, lots of books to read. I really enjoyed reading a small segment of a queer punk / queercore history book. I may get it next time. I would hope post covid to see prison letter writing meet ups and more here. It seems like it would make a really neat leftist community space. More zines would also be pretty cool, like Quimbys bookstore. There's tons of zines on leftist revolution. Overall great shop. The vegan peanut butter blondie today tasted like raw PB cookie dough w chocolate chips. I can definitely see myself coming back here. Maybe to put a few introductory crime thinc zines up at the front flyers (where I'm told you can take them- there's newspapers and such too)"
"A hidden gem for sure! Loved the righteous rolls, especially the pepperoni and the breakfast one. Can't go wrong with either. The relaxed ambiance makes it a perfect spot for small group meetings, and the abundance of seating ensures a comfortable experience. QC Junction Cafe combines tasty treats with a welcoming setting, making it a top choice for a satisfying and enjoyable experience."
"We have had lunch her twice. Extremely clean facility including bathrooms. Fresh make food. Fresh baked breads and sandwiches. They have a Breakfast buffet and a lunch buffet and close I think at 3 pm. The ladies running the place are very nice and friendly. Desert is homemade cinnamon roll and they will heat and add butter for you. It would be hard to improve on their operation. Fresh made ice tea, lemonade and coffee comes with meal. Everything is included and no surprise added charges, Cash or check only no plastic. I never give 5 stars but they earn it. We were going to have lunch and I called to check the hours, was told they were not currently serving lunch but might in the future. Would have been a long drive for no food."
