"Being in the market for an E-bike I checked this location out and find the staff every helpful. I told the staff I was just fact finding and gathering information. There was no sales pressure and helped me get what I was looking for. A nice showroom, clean and well stocked with bikes/racks/accessories for what you are looking for your biking needs."
"I came today to get Thornproof tubes for one of the mountain bikes. I hate flats. Trek opens in the afternoon at 3. With covid precautions no one goes in except to pay .I wanted 3 tubes but only two avail. I wanted a spare. I m still in the computer, & there is a military discount but only on bikeservice. This is the only shop that carries Bondrager tubes and tires. I think it's a better brand. Trek is a nice bike. I don't have one but I like Trek."
"The owners are really great people and very accommodating. We rented regular bikes one day and e-bikes two days later. Both days were great but the e-bike experience was really amazing. On their recommendation, we biked to Saguaro National Park. The bikes took us easily through the hills. It was a beautiful experience. The trails along the river are also very fun."
"I recently purchased a bike from Copper Spoke Cycles and had an exceptional experience. Ryan was incredibly helpful, patient, and flexible in finding the perfect bike for my needs. Despite being out of state, he went above and beyond to coordinate shipping and make the process seamless. His expertise and customer service skills are top-notch. I highly recommend Copper Spoke Cycles to anyone in the market for a new bike or equipment. Thanks again, Ryan and your team, and I look forward to many happy miles on my new bike!"
"Bicycle enthusiasts- this one's for you! This shop is more of a collection of vintage bicycles than a traditional shop with modern items and apparel. There are modern bikes....but the majority of the store is really more a historical experience. The owner loves Bisbee and bicycles, so either way, this is a great spot to check out. He's full of fun facts and chats with everyone. Tons of beautiful old bikes, historical memorabilia and great conversation. A Bisbee classic."
"This is the only bicycle mechanic I take my bike to. Mario has created an expert shop that is efficient, above and beyond helpful and overall welcoming. His passion for his work shines through in everything he does, he is amazing!"
"Amazing service, timely repairs, reasonable prices. Chris is easy to deal with and a superb technician. I would not trust anyone else with my bikes."
"This is where to go to get your bike repaired! I called with a question about a problem and was invited to come in same day. After Chris looked the bike over, he gave me the 'diagnosis' and his suggestion. I didn't feel as if he was stuffing additional services just for profit, but was suggesting what was necessary. To my surprise, the bike was ready same day, just a few hours after dropping it off. The price quoted was the price paid plus military discount. For everything bike related, I know where to go and I suggest you do the same."
"This place fixed my bike within ten minutes and we're very reasonablly priced. The workers were very kind and quick with their work. Would definitely reccomend if you need anything bike-related."

This store is awesome! With some bike stores knowing they have the upper hand because of inventory shortage , The Trek team at this store provides amazing service and hasn't forgotten how to make a customer feel like they are a priority. Thank you guys for not 1 but 4 amazing purchase experiences.

I've been to this shop many times over the last 5 years for simple cycling supplies. They are not the cheapest in town, and as a matter of fact, is a little on the pricey side. That's what I expect from the Trek brand name, though. It mostly is a convenience because they are only 4 minutes away. That's alright for an inner tube or a kick stand. My son bought his bike from them and received good service. It's a good shop, one that I would recommend to check out if Trek is for you.

My beloved 1994 Cannondale F500 has been in storage for a couple of years and went to ride it, but the shifters were gummed up, brake pads have hardened up, etc - ugh. I've known Ryan since 2009 and now that he fired up his store it was time to give him some business. Turned out he was not at the shop but everyone there were warm, friendly and helpful!I made an appointment for a tune up. My Cannondale feels like it has a new LX group installed on it, not a cleaned, oiled and tuned LX?!?! What cycle black magic has happened?!?!

If you're a bike enthusiast, you should check this place out. The owner, Ken, is friendly and chatty. He has quite the collection of bikes and memorabilia. We thought there'd be more apparel and accessories for shopping, but we just perused the store instead.

"Great place amazing owner. They helped me out with my wheelchair tires. If you need any bike or tire adjustments and repairs, check them out."
"I've taken both of my bicycles here several times for service and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price.I recently took my Gary Fisher hybrid in for bottom bracket service, and the tech caught the stretched chain and I had them replace that as well. The people are very friendly and helpful - I actually enjoy going to this business.Their turn around times on service are a bit stretched out right now, but they are good at what they do which causes them to get pretty busy.I wish I needed to buy a bike from them - someday!!"
"Look no further for outstanding service and the best in knowledge and service of bikes. Our household recently purchased a high end bike and it was smooth and we were well supported. The entire crew is top of the line with Scott, Bruce and Tim. This is your neighborhood resource and support for all things bikes. This is our fourth bike over the last ten years and nothing but the best experience can be expected. STAY LOCAL you need look no further than Broadway Bicycles!"
"I wasn't sure what to expect, but my husband had been there before. We went in for a banana seat. We bought a black sparkly one!It looks great. We noticed there were dice tube caps, but not clear red ones....person at shop said he was going to put it on order form. Wow- that's customer service! We'll be back!"

"Update Jan 2021I ve been looking for a mountain bike shoe that is just right. I think I found a pair of leather Shimanos. They fit my feet but will they go with the kind of pedal set up I have. I ll have to sit on the bike with the shoes on and connect to the pedals. I hope it's good. I m tired of hunting. Hank , the sales guy, was patient, measured my feet in the socks I wear. Thanks And they offer a military discount. All good.Later :Came home and tried the new shoes withMy cage pedals. They fit right. Think I'm In the Clear.Later:When you have a Shimano Shoe that will accept step in clips, "but " you won't be using the clips , Shimano has a adapter called a clip cap. I didn't want to call the factory if they are in stock. So not in stock , but he will order for me. They don't have many riders that read the instructions and Warranty. I ll never use step in clips on the Mountain Bike. Just the Road bike. & I ll need new shoes for Road later this year. Another good reason to come back here. Inventory and Service. Thanks Hank!"
"For years I have drove past here but never stoped, but when I ran into a problem trying to put together my daughters bike that I ordered online separate from here, they were immediately willing to help me. I called ahead to see if it was something they can do and they were very helpful over the phone and said they totally can help and quoted me a price of what it would be. I brought in the bike and I was blown away by how many awesome bikes are here. The staff were friendly and immediately assisted with fixing the handlebars. They ended up doing it free of charge for me which was extremely kind. I definitely recommend them for bicycle repairs or questions you may have as well as a great place to shop for a high-end bicycle! I can see why they have been around for such a long time!"
"So... I'm a noob... but I tend to get very into whatever hobby I attach to. In my recent quest to change my lifestyle and overall health, I have picked up cycling with the eventual goal of competing in some triathlons. Initially, I decided to Just go cruise the local bike shops and ask general Questions. I just wanted to get a 'feel' for the places. A few shops were complete and totalDicks to me... I mean, I'm a 6' 4" brown dude with a neck tattoo... I am used to some initial hesitance in certain places... but some spots were just downright rude to me. When I finally went into Tucson Endurance, I was delighted by the 20-30 minutes conversation I had with one of their staff about his experiences, and how he got into cycling. He was very aware that I was just trying to garner some knowledge and was no where near ready to purchase a bike yet, and he didn't pressure a sale of any kind. He just HELPED me and educated me. In the last few months, I've purchased two bikes, and one was a cervelo... I am a tattoo artist, so I wanted to customize it... they happily stripped it to bare bones for me and seemed excited to see what I planned on doing with it... and when I finished, I brought the bike back and they flawlessly assembled and dialed it in for me. I wasn't expecting it to be cheap, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of custom work they did. My bike is beautiful and runs flawlessly... not to mention they stayed open late so I could go pick it up... I'd give the gentleman at TEC 6 stars if I could. Thank you all for helping me get my bike better than I could have ever asked for! And yes, I'll be back!"
"So excited to have found this coffee shop ( and bike repair shop) today. Cozy indoor and outdoor space. The serve Yellow Brick coffee and our lattes were delicious. The outdoor space has a beautiful little garden and the sunflowers brightened my day. Got to chat with the guy who helped design/ create the garden space and it was a delight to see the labor of love and use of native plants in the space. Extra bonus- puppers friendly."
"Kudos for good safe environment and speedy service for my friend's bicycle tires today!"
"One of Tucson's best local bike shops with a nice collection of mountain, gravel, and touring bikes. They carry some of the familiar brands like Surly and Salsa but also cater to harder to find bikes like Esker. Saw a lot of unique handle bar and frame bags, water bottles, and hats along the wall that you can't pick up at a store like REI. Jenna and her staff are super friendly and ready to answer all your questions and offer helpful advice for your repair or purchase. It also doesn't hurt that they are located in the MSA annex, so you'll be near good coffee, drinks, and food when you stop by."
"A really great local bike shop. There are many to choice from in this town, however this is the place to go. Brian owner/operator is knowledgeable and friendly. At no point did he make us feel uncomfortable about not knowing everything about biking. The Miss's bike was in need of a tune up and new tires. Brian did an outstanding job on it. The price was reasonable and my gal was happy about her tuned up bike."
"I rented a bike for El Tour de Tucson from Roadrunner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating in delivery and pick up. Everything went very smooth. 3rd year in a row I've rented from them and I'll be back next year, great service and value!"
"I hadn't ridden in awhile so I decided to take my bike in for a tune-up. I wasn't disappointed as the staff fixed a problem with my rear derailleur and the bike was ready for pickup the next day as promised. Excellent service at a reasonable price."
