"Great prices, finished the install of my new shell well ahead of schedule. Efficient and friendly business. Highly recommended."
"Updated 2-10-2025I returned and had a front bumper grille and rear step installed. Fast friendly service continued throughout the process. Greatly appreciated the professional installation.Fair and reasonable prices."
"As part of the Chapman Auto Group, Porsche Tucson referred me to the glass department at Chapman Acura to replace my cracked windshield. Every step of the process, from my first communication with Nicole, later communication with Camren, and the glass installation by David was handled professionally and well executed. The service was refreshing, particularly when service - automotive or otherwise - too often falls short of the the mark. Highly recommended."
"I purchased a new vehicle on line with minimal contact with the salesman, however Joe V did an outstanding job in processing the purchase. He was efficient and responsive to answer any and all questions I had.The whole process took less than 3 hours which is impressive considering the usual day long process of buying a vehicle. I recommend this dealership but learn the process."
"This is our fourth RV purchase and our second purchase from LaMesa RV (our trade in was from Quartzsite AZ and this purchase from Tucson AZ). We have also had work done at the La Mesa in Sanford FL. We are repeat buyers and customers with La Mesa for the simple reason that the level of service is BAR NONE! This particular purchase from La Mesa Tucson was unexpected. We went to their RV show at the Pima Co Fairgrounds just to see it and spend a day out. We were very happy with our Winnebago, and found it's only fault was it was a gas coach. We found a diesel coach and Greg in sales meticulously showed it off to us. We were given numbers and decided a trade wasn't necessary and left the show. We thought about it that night and came up with max numbers we could make work and returned the next day. Although the numbers weren't quite where we wanted, it was still a good purchase. Tony walked us through the process for the days to come. The next day, Ian the manager made financing happen and kept us in the loop. Leslie in financing assisted us with a warranty, matching the price of the warranty we had on our other coach. Zach gave us our orientation and walked us through every aspect of the rig, answering our many questions and assisting us with getting the coach to techs for small repairs on our due bill. Eric was also available to answer questions. Robert, Carlos, and Scott worked diligently to get our coach in near perfect shape. John had previously given Cindy a driving lesson to feel comfortable with a 40' coach. We will 100% recommend the amazing La Mesa Tucson team to anyone looking for a new or used RV. Thank you all so much we love our new rig and appreciate all you did to get us on the road!"
"Larry did the machine work for my Duramax build. Top notch work! Highly recommend them! They bored, decked, and cleaned the block, assembled and balanced rotating assembly, rebuilt the heads. Keyed the crank and cam. I had OCD while assembling this motor, Larry satisfied all my worries."
"The minute we walked in, the staff that helped us took my car right away, we were a few minutes late. But they didn't say anything. Nice waiting area. Love their coffee machine. But they have smaller inventory than where I got my car from."
"Great customer service and awesome value! Was able to get what I needed and quick . Thank you ABC!!"
"After using our trailer for the first time, we have seen the flaws which was overlooked by my husband and I before we took the trailer home. I guess we wereboth so trusting, that the people we were dealing with are trustworthy. We noticed that one of the blinds on the bunk beds is missing and the strip of LED lights for the recliner chair is missing. We tried contacting our salesman, Francisco, but he just directed us to the Service Department. And they are not very helpful, at all. It's been a few days since we have informed them about the issues, and nobody has contacted us, since. I think, they're just concerned about selling their units and not caring about their customers after they made their money. This is very disappointing. And I don't think I will do business with them next time. I don't recommend this place at all."

I have a 2003 Toyota and finding a camper shell on the internet was difficult. Many websites said they no longer made shells for the an older model like mine. I went to Custom Topper and talked to Daniel and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He helped me make my own custom camper shell to fit my needs. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary accessories and helped me get the most cost effective shell for my needs. Once the custom shell arrived the install process was painless and once again all of my questions were answered. I feel that I can call them in the future with any additional questions. I would definitely do business with them again.

Had Ruven at Quality in Tucson install a trailer hitch on my personal SUV. It was significantly less than I was quoted by U-Haul and done in an hour. Used Quality in Phx. for upfit needs on a fleet of 300 I managed for 2 decades; always great prices, quality work and good service.

Update to my previous reviews. Thank you to Justin and Brandon for getting us a much needed loaner vehicle while the RDX was in the shop for a week. Thank you for getting the better outcome for us considering the issues we have dealt with, from the vehicle.Long story short, we have gone through two rack and pinions for this car in under 50,000 miles. Due to the inability to get a loaner vehicle, we weren't able to get in for awhile. We do a lot of commuting, so this has been a huge disappointment. We bought the car trusting it would be a worthy investment for our family. It is now out of warranty, so I'm hoping it will be ok until we get another vehicle. My rating is high for Justin and Brandon. My rating is low for the car. I just don't trust it now considering major failures twice in a row.

Recommend: Really try to utilize any other dealership. This one gets it wrong more times than right.Purchasing a $65K vehicle, much less ANY other vehicle more or less in cost should bear NO difference on expectation, but even as much, this dealership literally fails at everything within their Service Department. The Service Department is certainly, one of the worst scenarios I've seen across this globe. The unmatched failure to communicate, call customers back, work delays, excuses, misdirection of faults, arguing warranties, poor UN-AIR CONDITIONED maintenance bays for the mechanics and the list just goes on and on. The Reviews are certainly indicators here that no one at this dealership is even looking at. Despite that, I've REALLY tried to keep positive views throughout the last three years of business here but in truth, the hard working Staff here are being hindered by the faulty ones causing this malevolent and magnanimous level of disfunction.I believe in an era where communication skills are needed, are at an all time high, it would be amazing the GM of this dealership would ACTIVELY take a look at this and start revitalizing this entire formula. It's way overdue.

Get rid of Mildred in the department that schedules repairs. Rude and hung up on me. She has been reported to corporate through email and tomorrow, I will be calling them about her. Never ever treat customers this way. She should be fired!

Best machine shop in North America, IMHO. I have lived in New York, Vancouver (Canada), and Tucson among other places and have had extensive machine work performed at various times. I have yet to come across such consistent quality machine work from any other place. A true and time tested Tucson shop, Larry and his crew are friendly, honest, and professional people with a lot of experience and success in building engines, among other things. Always willing to spend a minute discussing things and a shop so clean you could eat off the floor.

Lucky is my liaison and he's always a pleasure to work with. He's honest and professional. As long as I'm in Tucson I'll continue to work with him. He's not pushy and always has great advice! My last trip I also worked with Don, who checked me in, and was extremely courteous and professional. Great visit and look forward to getting any repairs and services done here.

"Honestly the service was amazing and Jennifer did a great job with assisting me. I called to check the availability of my part I paid over the phone went the next morning part wasn't ready however Jennifer said she could have it delivered same day to me So problem fixed great fast service"
"I have purchased many vehicles over the years. Over those many experiences, I have never had an easier and more pleasant buying experience than I did with Chapman Honda in Tucson! After a long and arduous search for my next vehicle, I found it online at their dealership. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday night... and Elizabeth Cota (Liz) from Chapman reached out to me shortly after they opened on Monday morning. We had a nice chat and then she went to work - taking and sending pictures and videos of the vehicle and getting me an acceptable price for my trade.I made the almost two-hour drive from the Phoenix area and she had the vehicle cleaned, charged, and ready for my test drive. An hour or a half later, all paperwork was completed and I was out the door with my the keys to my new vehicle! Some common pain points in the vehicle buying process are the length of time that it takes and the handoff to multiple dealership folks... but Chapman has solved those problems by cutting out the "finance guy" and training their salespeople to handle the entire transaction from front to back! Liz was my salesperson and would also have been my finance person too. I was fortunate that I did not need to finance my new vehicle, but based on how easily and quickly Liz worked through everything else, I am confident that it would have been painless (and maybe even fun)! And another shoutout to Liz for not being pushy or trying to sell me anything that I did not want.A five-star experience all around! Go see Liz and the folks at Chapman Honda when you're ready for your next ride!****FIVE STARS*****"
"Purchased a 2021 GMC 2500 HD from Trucks only in Tucson Oct 18 2024.While I know this is a used truck (84000 miles) and I did get a decent price on the truck, they only had one set of keys and remote. this was not disclosed to me till after all the paperwork had been completed. The manager gave me a card for a aftermarket company to get an additional key made, and that I would have to pay for the additional key. I took this matter up to Trucks only's Mesa store, which is their main store. and was told the same thing. and that it would cost me around $250 for the additional key with a remote. When I traded in my truck, they asked for both keys from me. Buyer beware when dealing with this company, if you do purchase a vehicle from them, make sure you get both sets of keys that are to come with any vehicle. It is also pretty obvious that this truck had been smoked in. After cleaning the indoor coils for the air conditioning, the smell is no longer noticeable. I am not one to do negative reviews for anyplace, but after spending $40000 on a truck, you would expect better customer care."
"We get the oil changed on our Sante Fe here. We bought the vehicle at a Larry H Miller dealership in the Phoenix area, but it's easier for us to do oil changes here in Tucson. There have been times in the past where I've waited at the service department while they did it, and that got pretty long. This time they offered to pay for an uber to take me back home and then pick me up when it was done. It took about 1.5 hours, but this time I was able to get some things done at home while waiting. That definitely made the entire experience much better. We bought a 3 oil change package for a reasonable price. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable."
"Paul is truly the best! We dealt with Paul in 2021 & he got us into a VW Tiguan R line, which we have loved. We just went in to see Paul again yesterday to either buyout our lease or swap out cars & we decided to swap for another Tiguan. We are so grateful for Paul, as he's truly salt of the earth & gives 110%... he is the epitome of customer service. Paul actually works for Chapman Honda, but sold us on another Tiguan after test driving the CRV sport AWD hybrid, which was also a great car, but ultimately the Tiguan won out. Thank you Paul & the Big Dog that met us halfway & made it happen"
"After we bought a place near Tucson, I took my Q5 in for an issue that occurred on the trip from Oregon. The service department seemed very thorough in investigating my intermittent problem. Billy, my advisor was very thoughtful and reassuring, and he was genuinely interested in following through on my service issue. I have confidence in Audi Tucson, and that is very important to me."
"Had a great experience getting my Tundra serviced. Worked with Dennis as my service advisor and he was excellent at explaining the service process and options. Never seemed rushed even at the peak drop off time. Quote he gave me for an alignment was fair and he was able to quickly find my pre-paid service agreement on the system as we are from out of town. He owns and knows Tundra's very well which was helpful. As typical for Toyota, the property is neat and clean and a nice place to hang out as you wait for service. Everyone there seems professional, friendly and happy to work there. Got a nice breakfast sandwich at their diner with the coupon."
"A little bit of mixed feelings on this review...hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. This will be a long one though, so be prepared for some reading.BF motorcycle and he dropped it on the side and broke the foot peg mount, so back to the shop it goes. He had some scratches on that side and a broken directional that we bought a replacement for and didn't put it on yet. We brought it to these guys, the only ones we trust that do the job right. The BF gave them a whole list of things to fix. The brake rotors, foot peg mount, paint all of the scrapes on the fairings and put in the directional and he wanted his wheels painted red now to match the rest of the bike. If I can get a picture of the bike, I will attach it later. It is a 1991 Kawasaki ZX-11 Ninja we had painted white with red accents and put a lot of work into it. That year was black and rose and he didn't like those colors. It took the shop weeks to find a foot peg mount. The cost for just the wheels to be painted was $600. Another $200 for the touch up painting. We put down $800. We got a call the fork seals were leaking, another $200 and they said the battery also needed replacing..grrrrrr that happens when it sits not running for months, the battery was less than 1-2 yrs old and was fine when we dropped it off..they should've disconnected it or put a trickle charger on it.. Weeks later, we came up with $1000 to put toward the total cost..the total after the $800 was another $2400 and change but he said "for cash price, it will be $2200 for you guys since you are such good customers". When I wanted to drive to pay the $1000 cash, my car starter went out. I called and made a cc/dc payment over the phone. I talked the owner into the cash price when I paid the remaining amount of $2200 cash. For some reason, we didn't get a receipt or ask for one. I guess we were too excited to get it back and I made sure they didn't charge for storage to get the full amt paid to get it out. Total price was $3000. That's a lot of money!...The day finally came...We went to pay for the bike not noticing it was outside by the front ready to go. Beautiful, perfect, OMG the wheels, etc.....wait..........OMG, the seat has a tear in the material...BF not good with confrontation. I ran inside and no one was at the front. I got the mechanic that worked on the bike to go outside. He shrugged it off, saying the cost cracked it since it is older material! Those cold frosty nights in the 30's temps must've did it. He tried to find me a place that would give us a good price on the upholstery, but couldn't find it, he just said the area on the other side of town where it is located.???Why didn't anyone call us as soon as they saw the tear to ask if they could get a quote on a price or at least let us know it happened????Couldn't they have prevented it by covering the seat and isn't it temp controlled in the shop or was it left outside? Aren't they partially responsible for the cost? We decided on an expensive future option of having it recovered in red instead of black anyway. Not happy at all about this though. WHY would a reputable shop that did such beautiful work and we spent so much money let this go without taking at least partial responsibility, even if they say it is old and act like it was just an "Act of God"??? If I were the owner, I wouldn't let this perfect experience become bitter sweet for my customer. I put duct tape over it and am still disappointed to this day. BF doesn't want me to call them to complain since he wants them to fix the transmission for the gear that sticks 2nd) and doesn't want to "ruffle feathers". If you read this whole story, let me know what you think."
"Brought my 2020 Elantra GT N Line in for service. Had an oil change, new tires installed, old/original tires had only 16K miles but had cracks all along the sidewalls. Also had an alignment completed, I had a blowout at 80mph that split the front rim a while back, and checked on a few other items.I worked with Jonny in the service department to setup, the appointment, the purchase of the tires and arranging for the other service needed. He was exceptional and extremely helpful. He came out to meet me when I drove up to the service department. Jonny completed all required information to get the work started very quickly. It took a little while to get everything completed, which was to be expected since I wasn't the only person having an appointment. Altogether it didn't take that long to get everything completed with all that had to be completed.I would strongly recommend Jim Click Hyundai and especially Jonny."
"Excellent service from Sam Rodriguez! Found us a great car within budget for our daughter! He also got us out in record time!!! Plus I received flowers!!!"
"My review is based solely off of a phone call. I called Catalina Auto Recycling to see if they had a specific hard-to-find part in stock for my car. The man who answered was super nice and helpful. After scouring his system for it, he told me they did not have it...and that would've been satisfactory enough for me...but he asked me to hold a moment, and after a few minutes, he came back and gave me the names and phone numbers of two places near me that actually have the part. Catalina Auto Recycling didn't have what I needed, but excellent customer service goes a LONG way, especially to a female caller who is used to men being dismissive of a woman who is calling around for car parts. I would definitely do business with Catalina!"
"I've been bringing my card in here for years and have never had an issue. Always quick turnaround times and the parts and labor they do is top of the line. Always satisfied with the things that they fix especially air conditioning, always a great job is done. The only "con" is pricing, I never really enjoy bringing my car into any shop, however, compared to other auto shops out there I have seen Quality Lube and Tune has the best pricing. Bringing my cars in for things that I am unable to fix makes life easy and despite the steep cost of labor nowadays they are still the most competitive out there."
"This is the first dealership I've been to where I felt right at home. The guys here are so welcoming and genuine. I just had my second maintenance for my Jetta and both times they had me in and out quickly! I love that the do a complimentary car wash with each service too. Great work to everyone who works there, you guys are awesome!"
"I am a very demanding customer, I have to say this service department is managed and operates perfectly. The service manager Mr. Bradley is excellent and accommodating, very very knowledgeable, he listens and puts his vast experience to making a great customer experience.I will be purchasing another cx 9 which is now CX -90. Thank you for your hard work and solving my cconcerns."
