Burger King

They need to through the whole restaurant away. I went to buy breakfast and this was on the bottom of my sandwich. BIG GREEN MOLD!!!Never going back again!

Writing this a 8:32am on 11/22/24 I went to this location and order 2 for 6 2xbacon breakfast sandwiches. (Dine in) When I received my food I opened it and noticed there was one piece of bacon I asked where the rest of the bacon was they said that's all the bacon you get and I proceeded to tell them that I paid for extra bacon where the cook proceeded to tell me that's all the bacon I get I asked for a full refund And will no longer be eating at this location if you guys do want a good breakfast for a good price or recommend Coronado's down the street. Recommend training employees better and having them Read orders before making food

Was at the ordering speaker for exactly 20 minutes and they still had me waiting without taking my order. So I bailed. Food at this Burger King location has been sub-par and overcooked during a couple of prior visits. Employees hanging outside with questionable looking friends. I've managed restaurants in the past, and it's obvious that the owner doesn't check on the quality of service, the food quality, or the perception and image of this establishment at Golf Links & Kolb. Definitely seek other restaurant options to spend your time and money. Yikes.

My recent trip at this BK location went well. My order was ready and made fresh. I easily ordered via the APP and picked up in the drive through. Burger King just doesn't taste anything like it did when I was a kid in the 90's. The whopper used to be King and now it's just a boring and tasteless let down. Even ordering other menu items is just sooo disappointing to thr tastebuds. My meal was very budget friendly, although it just made me want to bring lunch from home instead.

I was coming for a impossible burger yet waited in the drive through for 15 minutes got the worst attitude from this sir or woman as soon as I get home to eat my food is hard as a rock. What kind of person does this to other peoples food that are paying their hard earned money on. Why take you not liking your job on other peoples food literally now I have no dinner for the night and wasted money. My own dog wouldn't eat this shit. Horrible you don't like your job don't work.

Less than a year ago this location was remodeled. Now they just randomly close the dining room. For instance I was there Sunday night at 10 after 6:10 PM and there was a song on the door saying the dining room was closed. Location wasn't overwhelmed with business there was one car in the drive-thru and that was it. This has happened multiple times and there are a lot of customers in walking distance who wouldn't take their car to go there. Why are you guys randomly shutting down the dining room?

Since the remodel I've noticed that when ordering from the drive thru its the most absolute horrible experience. Firstly they take one order at a time, as in after waiting behind the person who is ordering they ask you to wait as that person pulls up to the window waits then pays. Then they'll take your order and do the same to you. They tell you to pull forward and then wait about 10 minutes more then the same person who takes your order brings your food swinging it and not saying any type of apology for the wait. Trash store never will spend money there again. This has happened 3 times.

I love Burger King but the location at Golf link and Kolb in Tucson is always running out of sweet tea

This place sucks always gets my order wrong -5 stars idk why I go here waste of time DONT GO HERE!

I waited in drive thru line approx 10 min. But when I got to the speaker to order I waited and waited. No one would answer to take my order. People behind me were getting impatient and one gentleman behind me said maybe just drive on up. So when I did manager Gabby would not take my order. Terrible customer service!
