Burger King

The chicken was soggy and it took like 50 min to arive and I ain't seven order a chicken sandwich I ordered a cheeseburger so we went in to correct the order. And they gave us another chicken sandwich

I'm going to only address one particular Burger King. It is located on the north east corner of Broadway and Wilmont. If you aren't absolutely starving to the point you have to eat right then don't go there. The manager that I dealt with. Sorry I don't have her name had an attitude and a half. I placed an online order, there late by 5 min when it would be ready, drive-through told me to pull around and park in the parking lot and they would bring it out, I waited almost 30 minutes and went inside, there were so many people waiting for their orders. It was crazy when I was ask what I needed I explained to the person and out of nowhere comes this big boss lady and she says "look around, you aren't the only one waiting", I explained I had placed my order online and it was now 35 minutes after the time it was to be ready., she gives me a look that would kill and said "you need to be patient lady". I stood back before I called her everything in the book, a few people that were standing around, said to me that they would never be back. They had been waiting a long time also, 15 minutes went by and this big boss lady had a meek little girl bring my order over to the counter where I was and I thanked the young lady and left promising myself I would never ever go back to that one.

We go to this location often bc it's convenient & our grandchild likes it. The service is usually unfriendly but we don't worry too much about it. We figure times are tough and people are having a difficult time right now so whatever. Today the service was EXCELLENT. The first person who helped us, at the speaker & then at the window, (named Isabel) had SUCH a great attitude and put out such a nice vibe. We pulled around front to wait for our order & the person who brought the food out to us (named Al) was warm and friendly and just plain lovely. Those two folks gave exceptional service & left us with such a nice feeling.

Yah I know this is Burger King, but I had to leave a review because of the best service and the most fresh food I have eaten at a Burger King. Thank you very much. Keep up the great work!!

Won't be back. Place was filthy. Every table was dirty. But the cashier girl was too busy to notice because she was busy hanging out in lobby with her boyfriend most of our visit. I asked if we could get a table clean. She did end up wiping down tables. While my daughter and I were eating, we saw another employee by ice cream machine eating chocolate with a spoon and cone. Then the cashier girl started rudely stacking chairs on top tables even her boyfriend said she was being loud. Sign says store closes at 9pm . Then she took her boyfriend over by the bathrooms and starting making out with him my young daughter was even disgusted. The woman working drive thru and the man making food were the only employees actually working.

The Mamager Al at this location treats costumers and employees very rudely and like they are beneath him. There are two ladies that also always have a rude disposition, all the time. Seems they're focused on putting food out in order to win contests more then building relations with costumers so they'll come back and be happy with the food and service.This is the nice and short version of my actual experience

They ALWAYS get orders wrong. Staff turnover is high, which probably explains the messed up orders. Bad manager(s) probably explains the high staff turnover. The only good thing about this BK is that they allow homeless people to sit and eat inside.

Absolutely disgusting. They will be crediting back my last two orders where this idiot has given me burned food and charged me for extra cheese and lettuce and NOT ADDED EITHER.

Paid for a bacon king with no bacon store number ripped off the top so you can't make a review on their site. May I add iv been calling for the last ten minutes and they aren't answering however open. Will be calling tomorrow . Definitely don't recommend coming at night
