I don't typically review fast food restaurants, but I have to give credit when appropriate. This group came through on service, efficiency, taste and value. The order-taker (young tall thin black dude) was helpful with our order of wraps (spicy and honey mustard, Whopper Duo, Whopper Jr w/Cheese, Value Onion Rings and Medium Fries. I don't think even 60 seconds passed before my order number was called. The food was hot and as good as advertised. The restaurant was clean and organized inside. $22.01 out the door for both of us. We'll be back.

If this is the one at St. Mary's and the freeway, I advise people to go somewhere else at 6:30 PM. I sat in the drive-through lane for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer to take my order. She said I'll be with you in a minute and never answered, I drove straight through look in through the drive-in window and everybody was laughing us hanging around the drinking fountain. I warned the next customer as I left, went to the one on River Rd at La Cholla, and received excellent service. I can only eat certain things that I need to have an impossible burger to keep my meat meat intake down.

They are friendly and make the food well!The people who work here are MUCH nicer than the ones who work at the nearest location on Grant.

First off, it is fast food. Second off, it is near the highway and downtown. So these type of places tend to have more traffic, more turnover in staff and questionable peeps around. Me, I don't really mind because Chain Fast Food is about quick in and out and consistent menu. I can come to this BK about twice per month or less to grab food before my evening, I primarily drive thru but I will stay if I want to wait out the worst of rush hour. Cleanliness is always poor. Trash in and out (esp drive thru) are full or ready to be full. Self-serve drink area is always messy with spills, trash and needs wiping. Ketchup is always a mess, broken and or empty. (get packets at the counter) The staff are usually quick and not any major issues. If I order at the counter or drive thru it is usually with no issues. I currently use the BK app to get the best deals or to order ahead. I love ordering ahead because I can just pickup and go. I also like that inside you can use a drink machine with flavorings to your fountain drinks.Food is consistent and just like any other BK. People in the area can range from homeless, day workers and teens. Never had a major issue, but people watching can be interesting. Just giving you a taste...Anyway, it is what it is, so I will continue coming here for convenience, but it would not be my first choice.

This place is horrible. I went today on September 19th, 2024 and they spat in my food and I found multiple hairs. The worker argued with me and scammed me and stole my food despite me paying. I don't think I've ever been treated this badly before. I didn't get his nametag because he wasn't wearing one.

Why does their RanCh taste like it's from the 1754!?!it taste like I'm chewing on rocks :( refried beans at that . Actually my nuggets were so cold I could knock someone out with them . My burger taste like they fished it from the river next door . Or the dennys closed down across the street ...

This people suck every time I go here my order is wrong even after I specify what not to put on it if I could negative 10 stars every time I go there it's a mess up

My intent is to warn others. Unprofessionalism and poor food quality led me to their terrible automated customer service website that game me "sorry for your experience" as a quick solution. The incident happened at the drive-thru. I was given incorrect items and after trying to figure it out with the worker the manager steps in and starts shouting "THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY". I was not going to let her upset me with her rude attitude so I made sure I got my correct order and left. When I got home I began to sort the food but the quality of the food was terrible. It was as if the food had been left out and I was the unlucky customer they hoped wouldn't notice. With rude behavior AND poor food quality I decided to call and complain. From there I was directed by an automated system to go to their online support website. After using the website I was instructed to wait for an email while they investigate the my issue. This email apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a $5 coupon. I would receive the coupon only after I "signed up" for their app and website. After this whole ordeal they really think I am just going to sign up for anything they offer. NOPE. There are times when sure the customer is wrong but there are also times when the service is wrong and ever worse, uncalled for. I'd suggest you not go here and find out.

I went through the drive to last night and I bought a lots of Whoppers chicken nuggets and fries. I paid $47 for our meal last night and I never got my chicken nuggets and when I went back through the front door to get my nugget she locked the front door on me that's the girl with the pink hair. I'm going to talk to a supervisor today because that was unacceptable
