Burdick Residential Appraisals

I wish I could give a detailed review but this appraiser never even bothered to call me back. She came recommended so I called her office a couple times, spoke to the receptionist and was told she would call me back. Two weeks later still waiting. If this is how she runs her business I can only imagine what her appraisals must look like.

An absolute joke of an appraisal! It is noted that the residential sales contract was reviewed prior to the appraisal. Surprisingly, the noted appraisal was identical to the sales price. The appraiser/owner of this company obviously does little to no work and just goes off the sales contract, offering nothing of real value. All at an inflated cost of $700. What a racket!
