Buena Health Fitness Center

I finally feel at home! I have been faithfully attending Buena Health Fitness for 6 weeks now and all I can say is "woo hoo!" This place has such a variety of gym goers that it doesn't matter your fitness level you feel welcome. I also love the fact that they have a room for the kids to hangout while parents exercise. They have plenty of equipment, clean bathrooms, the facility plays nice non obscene music at a normal volume, and the hours are awesome!

WOW. Customer Service is terrible. The old guy at the desk is a disgusting person. With new clients asking questions he snaps at them. Does he know this gym is severely outdated and has broken and unsafe equipment? Safety was optional. And the whole building SMELLS like a greasy fast food restaurant! Who wants to work out in that? Makes my stomach turn. And NO early release from a contract if a situation arises. Get a clue Sir. Your gym is unsafe

Great gym and great equipment. Im from Tucson and the owner made me feel at home.

Hank and Danny have established an amazing facility! Friendly staff, clean facility, and all of the equipment necessary for a great workout.

filty gym so i decided not to join up...and the reviews are terrible...so next..on to the next gym ...looking for something cleaner and more modern..

RUN!! We quit a YEAR ago and they won't stop charging us. Total rip off. Called them multiple times, still getting charged. Called my bank, still getting charged. When I called, first the guy blamed his Dad, then told me he couldn't stop it, I had to call my bank. DO NOT give them your credit card unless you want to sign up for life.

Very simple lots of iron and mirrors on one side and machines on the other. Makes it very easy as there's about 4 flat benches and around 3 squat racks so you're usually not waiting for something to long. Two complete sets of dumbbells and lots of adjustable/ flat free weight benches. Even with all of that has there's a variety of classes. One of if not the best gym I've gone too.

Keep your eyes on your bank statement, they may try to charge your account years after you have canceled.I left this gym because it was filthy. The bathrooms weren't cleaned on a regular basis. They have since introduced new equipment but I'm not sure if their cleaning practices have improved.One month before my 2-year contract ended, I called to cancel my subscription and I received confirmation that October 2019 would be my last charge. They charged me in November 2019. I sent them a message through FB asking for a refund and requesting my financial information be removed from their system, they confirmed it had been done.Two years later (Oct 2021), they billed my account. I sent them a message through FB and a message through their website asking them to refund my money and remove my financial information from their system. I have not heard back. I finally submitted a claim through my bank to block any future charges.Pay attention to your bank statement once you cancel your membership.

Best gym in town for sure. They have everything you need to get in amazing shape, deadlift platform, squat racks, all the good stuff. Not only that but you get your first three visits there free, and afterwards the price is more than fair for the use of the facility. They also have a male personal trainer there who really knows his stuff, and does his first session and consultation free also.
