Quite loud, manager has a bit of an attitude. Many bikers and loud music, they do have live music from time to time.

I've driven by this place plenty of times in the 18 years I've lived in the area, but didn't stop in until three weeks ago. I couldn't stay long, though, because this place only accepts cash.Today I came prepared. I met a friend there at 1pm. We sat outside on the spacious, covered patio while a local band was tuning their instruments, getting ready for showtime. We had our dogs with us, so we sat as far away as we could so that my dogs wouldn't start barking.On Sundays Buddy's Bar offers a potluck meal at 2pm. Dishes are prepared by locals and you pay with donations. Ham, red beans and rice, BBQ chicken wings, corn bread, various salads and desserts were available for several hours.A local band called the Quail Ridge Pickers provided the music.This is a full-service bar. There are five beers on draft here: Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Coors Lite, Dos Equis, all for $3. There are more craft beers in bottles for $3.75The interior is dark, but this is a popular local watering hole. The customers are regulars. A Christmas tree stood in one corner, ablaze in colorful lights.My one complaint? Whenever I went up to the bar for refills, I got my beer in a plastic cup. When my friend did the same, he came back with glass pints, The glass pints hold at least two extra ounces of beer.

This is just a bar so if you are looking to eat or anything fancy this is not for you, but if you want friendly service and a cold drink it is. Great biker stop on the way to or from tombstone. Just a fun local watering hole.

A local bar, teaming with local color, it's where the best and brightest of Whetstone meet! Good selection of beer, liquor and more liquor. The best are the bike runs in the summer, when Southern Arizona's climate draws bikers from all over the west, to take in the climate, the numerous bird species and delicate selection of wines of the region.. No, not really.. Buddies is cool, check it out if your around..

1045pm on a Saturday night.. pulled up for a cold one. No outside lights, very dark parking lot.. Rape status. However, very friendly company inside with great tunes. Jeanie took great care of us!! I will be back when I end up in this area again.
