We visited this spot at about 9:15 on a Sunday morning. There is only a few stools in the inside so we sat outside. It was an early morning but sunny day so it was ok.It was myself, my husband our friends and their two kids. The order was two cinnamon sugar bagels with plain cheese, one garlic bagel with chive cream cheese, avocado & red onion, an everything with egg, bacon, red onion, chive and green onion cream cheese. My husband and I both got an everything bagel toasted, I got plain cream cheese, and he got the Calabrian chili cream cheese, with pastrami and egg. All the bagels were toasted well and crispy and chewy on the outside and soft but still a bit of chew on the inside. When you pushed them together (ie eating like a sandwich) all the toppings stayed in plave and the bagel did get flat. The best thing, the Calabrian chili cream cheese with pastrami. Normally my husband gets a sausage Patty, but since they didn't have that, the pastrami provided a nice salt flavor. Service was quick and the crew was kind! Would visit again for sure!

I came in 9:15am on a Friday. It was pretty empty. The place is small and like previous reviewers have said there's seating outside and is really meant for a quick stop and go. Cashier was friendly and patient. I appreciated that.I decided on the sandwich with an everything bagel (6.75) with bacon (2.5). The egg was fluffy and amazing. One slice of thick bacon. It was very salty but it balanced the sandwich. It comes with cheese and you have the choice of cheddar or Monterey Jack. I went with the latter. The bagel was good. I liked the texture. It was perfectly seasoned and had good flavor. I also got a cup of coffee (2.45). I liked my coffee. A good strong cup. I didn't try one of their cream cheeses but this purchase ran me higher than I wanted to. I'm not sure I'd come back. It's indulgent and expensive. The sandwich was good but not $10 good. I'd give it 3.5

Line was long, but wait was tolerable. The bagels I chose (sesame with cream cheese) were excellent! At some point, I'd wondered if the line would be worth the wait. It was! No place to eat inside, but there are tables outside, which works as long as the weather is nice. I took mine home to eat so no problem there!

Good bagels with some interesting specials. Ordered two bagels with cream cheese to go. There is a cute area to sit outside (nothing inside). It took a little while but they brought my bagels out calling my name. Will return next time I'm in Tucson.

I tried Bubbe's Bagels for the first time recently. I'm not local to Tucson but I visit family there frequently. Everything on the menu looked delicious. I decided on a jalapeño cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese. They used the perfect amount of cream cheese for my taste. I appreciate that they cut the bagel in half. Service was friendly and quick. Little details added up to a great experience.

This place has the best bagels. Truly they deserve to be on some Top 100 lists in the nation. The outside has that perfect crunchiness while the inside is soft and chewy. Their flavors are amazing and the cream cheese is outstanding. Their monthly specials always hit the spot. We've tried multiple sandwiches here as well. The open face lox is fabulous and fully loaded with toppings. Even during peak hours they get you your food really fast. There's not a lot of room on the inside, but there's a lot of seating outside if it's a nice day.

I've never had a bagel I didn't love from Bubbe's. I drive clear across town for them because they're that good. Service is always fantastic, even when they're packed. Seating is limited but when you can find a spot outside, the vibes are immaculate on beautiful fall & winter mornings in Tucson.

This place gets 5 starts for their food, specifically their open faced lox sandwich! I've had many lox bagels in my day and Bubbe's might have been my favorite! The salmon was creamy, there was a perfect amount of cream cheese and fresh tomato, onions, and capers. I had mine on the spicy everything bagel. I also ordered an iced coffee which was very good and we took a dozen bagels to go. I unfortunately have to remove two stars because we ordered two lox sandwiches and only one came with all of the toppings so my husband and I had to divide the toppings between the two of us.

Bubble's makes the best bagels that I've come across so far. My family and I (6 total) all enjoy the various options they have!If your going in a weekend morning, be prepared to wait a little so their store are small but it's worth the wait.

Do better, Bubbe's!I'm a former New Yorker and you know what that means! I was so excited to learn that Bubbe's sells bialys on the weekends. What's a bialy, you might ask? It's like a bagel that has not been boiled before baking, so it's denser and chewier than a bagel, and it is (supposed to be) filled with caramelized onions and poppy seeds. I called in an order of a half dozen, I have purchased them before and been pleased... but this time (3/2/25) I was so disappointed to see barely any onions and just a scant smattering of poppyseeds. Of course, I did not discover this abomination until I was back home and did not want to drive all the way back and deal with the line of hungry Sunday bagel noshers, so I'll eat my sad little onionless bialys and cry while I read the New York Times. The world is hard enough these days, be generous with onions!
