Pending: Bronco Trading had reached out to fix this issue. I will revise and update review once its settled. One of the best shops on Allen Street for selection. With that said, buyer beware! Sales staff is super friendly until you try to return an item. Bought great pair of boots that don't match :( They were not marked "irregular" or anything to warn the buyer. I'm just the sucker in a tourist town that didn't look close enough until 20 mins later. Staff wouldn't even discuss a return of the unworn boots and were very hateful.

I walked in and right away I felt comfortable - the store was clean, great prices on everything Western Wear. I spent time trying in hats and the owners were so nice and upbeat. This was the best experience I had in Tombstone. So happy to have my first traditional Tombstone Cowboy hat. I would recommend this place any day if the week. Stop by and show them some love

Not very friendly to customers that come in. Did not acknowledge us nor ask if we needed and help. Sad that store employees have no sense in customer service. Nice store though. Great selection at top retail prices. Picture taking not allowed.

Great store with quality selection of western wear and boots. Staff is friendly and helpful and the place was immaculate. Will definitely return

First Impressions speak loudly! Bronco Trading is second to none in "all things Western!" I have never had a bad experience in this shop. Each and every customer service rep takes pride in their job, better yet the store. Come in. Look around. Ask questions! You will be amazed at their knowledge in western gear and history. Plus, I love the fact that they are selling the largest selection of boots made in the USA! ... Now, if I can only save enough money for those Luccheses!

I had to come back and write another review of Bronco Trading. Once again, I am very pleased with the service. I purchased a vest that turned out to have a flaw in it. One of the button holes freyed when we washed it. We took it back and they replaced it without question. We couldn't even find the receipt, but they took a look in their computer and found our purchase for us. Great customer service, and we couldn't be happier with our purchases.

I have been in this clothing store several times in the past week in the event that my first time was just an off day, I gave them 3 visits I must say that these folks are the Most miserable people I have ever ran into. You will not likely run into a ruder group of staff from the owner down to the cashier which I think is the owners wife. Even if I had found something that I liked I wouldn't have bought from this place based on principle. Be Forewarned. RUDE & MISERABLE
