My wife posted the 1st review and I never a got to post mine. While my wife was at work (Albertsons) at the time. I had just gotten off work and wanted to come home take a shower a relax. But nope ! Several times after working a 13 hour shift at Amazon I wasn't allowed to park my car in my own parking space or allowed to enter into my own apartment due to the SWAT team or police searching the peoples above us apartment. When I called management to ask if we could move unit's because in 1 months time SWAT was there 5 times. I was told we could move you units but your going to have to pay double for rent. Never live here.

This place will screw you while you're living there and then again after you move. Do not live here! I lived there 5 years and they're charging me to replace the carpets, even though you would normally replace the carpets for a new move in after that amount of time anyway. Screw this place.

Didn't have the decency to even contact me to let me know I was denied! Seriously? Not upset I was denied but, never contacted to tell me I was! After taking outrageous app fees and keeping them, you would think they could call or email a denial!

My daughter and I love it here. Up until a few months ago we detested it due to repeated demonstrations of incompetence on the part of management. That has changed markedly since Melissa took over as manager. She excels at her job and promptly addresses issues. She also has done a wonderful job cleaning up the mess she inherited. The maintenance folks do good work as well in a timely fashion. We look forward to renewing our lease.

If you have to live in an apartment, Brittany Court is a good choice! The cost of living is quite reasonable. The apartment community is quite friendly and safe and the apartments themselves, are cute and cozy! The office staff, Dani and Celest, are incredible! Not only are they personable and professional, but they work hard to make sure any concerns we have are seen to immediately. They are constantly striving to make everything better in our community, whether it be aesthetically or something more substantial. The maintenance crew, Anthony and Jon, are great as well. They are knowledgeable and quick to tackle any pesky maintenance snafoos.

I loved living here! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Loved having a wood burning fireplace and full sized washer and dryer. Management was always quick to get things fixed. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

So I had paid 150$ for the administrative fee and was told I would get that refunded back to me not on the payment method that I paid with but a check through mail back on March 30th. Was informed I would get it within 7-14 business days and I was like okay. Made a call on May 3rd and finally getting through since I was getting no response back just the run around and attitude and told me they would send it out again and would take 5-10 business days. It's now been almost 3 weeks going on another month and I have not received any of the money they owe me back. At this point I am very upset and feel like they just scammed me out of the money. Please don't go to this place the front office is very rude and they will give you attitude when there's a problem acting like it's a nuisance. Now I'm one of the most patient people I know I've been nice going about this from the start and for them to treat me like I'm the bottom of their shoe when they were supposed to refund my money back weeks ago I'm sure I have a very reasonable reason to put less of a star review on here and be honest with how they treat people. As an apartment complex you guys need to do better and get your shit together and get things done when it's supposed to get done. Please return the 150$ that I am legally owed thank you.

This place is a wonderful community to live at. The apartments here are well maintained and the property is always clean. The maintenance guys Chris and Matt are always friendly and just over all amazing. Whenever I had any issues with my apartment, Maintenance was always quick to respond and correct any issues I had. The new office staff are very friendly and would go the extra mile to assist me with any issues I had. I loved my time there and highly recommend these apartments, It is a safe and quiet place to live.

The manager connor evicted my 70 year old parents because my dad asked him to repair the leaking fridge. he was rude to my dad and things got escalated. he served them with an eviction and told them they had to be out of their apartment in 8 hours ! as my mom was sobbing , i contacted connor . he told me he was the manager but it was a corporate decision. i called corporate 2 times and never got a return call. its a good bet that we will be calling some agency in arizona that helps disabled people with tenants rights and the law. i would never rent here!! Brittany Court showed me how they treat disabled Veterans and disabled elderly people. these people are monsters , trying to throw my parents on the street in 100 degree weather.. i have never seen anything more horrible..

I lived here for years, great, clean, Danielle (the community director is the best). No better deal in Tucson than here, dollar for dollar (and Tucson is a value driven city).
