Brillé Mead Company

This was a very welcoming place - walked I. And was told about their better selection and offered sample before we ordered . Owner came and spoke with us - had an awesome conversation They brew their own beer and mead - so many good options !

Wow, what a great experience this was. I tried both of their options, Addis and Rosé, and was truly blown away by the smoothness and intricately blended flavors of each. I found the Rosé to be my favorite of the two. I prefer dry wines and this was the less sweet of the two. The flavor profile of this was truly magnificent. By no means an overstatement when I say this was one of the most memorable alcoholic drink experiences I've had in years. I am now a fan of mead and look forward to trying more of their flavors as they come out!10/10 would go back and would recommend

I love this meadery! The mead is so unique and the flavors are amazing. I particularly love the Addis Ababa traditional Tej. The service is also wonderful.

First time trying Brillé Mead and it was sooo tasty! Great service by David! I had the Rosé and Addis Ababá. Both were light and refreshing!

Never had mead before. I don't have anything to compare it to, but this stuff was incredible. That Rosé is dangerously good. Put me by a pool and I could drink that all day!
