Very attentive and asked the right questions about my bike. Tune up completed very quickly.Checked in after a couple of days to make sure everything went smoothly.

A really great local bike shop. There are many to choice from in this town, however this is the place to go. Brian owner/operator is knowledgeable and friendly. At no point did he make us feel uncomfortable about not knowing everything about biking. The Miss's bike was in need of a tune up and new tires. Brian did an outstanding job on it. The price was reasonable and my gal was happy about her tuned up bike.

Fixed a flat tire on my bike. Fast, reasonable price, friendly! Thank you Brian. Didn't have an appointment. Dropped it off; it was ready the next day.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!Great owner operated, modern bike shop. With online scheduling, easy access from Oracle Road OR the OV bike path!!! So nice to have a place to stop, refill water bottles, say hi and get some quality nutrition.Brian did a quick fix for me and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. Brian's Bike is first rate. I've had various bike shops work on my bikes over the years, and Brian's is by far the best! Super knowledgeable, fast, and great prices. Highly recommend!

My wife and I dropped in on a Sunday morning with an electric trike. Wethought the rear left wheel and or axle was bent. We weren't sure if Brian would even look at an electric trike. He offered to take a quick look since he had some time to determine if the problem was wheel or axle. Typical of problems like this they get more involved than you would imagine with one thing leading to another. Our wheel didn't really fit Brian's wheel fixture but he found a way to mount it and quickly determined the problem was a bent wheel caused by some loose spokes. Brian quickly fixed the wheel and reassembled the trike. We were so pleased with his desire to help us and fix the problem while we waited. You may not be so fortunate to have Brian jump right into your problem, but he will try his best to help you. As he said, "I work on anything with tires and wheels just not electrical wires and motors," We are fortunate to have Brian's Bike Shop here in Oro Valley.

I took in two mountain bikes that I had not ridden in a while to Brian's Bike Shop. Brian was very courteous and let me know his schedule. The app he uses Hubtiger is very convenient. Brian checks with you first before going ahead with recommended repairs. My bikes feel like new.

Popped in while on a bike ride with my daughter because her shifters were being wonky. Brian took us right in, investigated the problem, explained it very well, and ultimately replaced both shifters. He also adjusted both brakes. He finished sooner than promised, and charged less than his estimate. If you need a bicycle fixed or adjusted, I highly recommend Brian. Located next to QT and Baggins just off The Loop trail - take the ramp down just north of Steam Pump Ranch.
