We are so happy we found Bretts Interiors! We visited several stores, but the quality of the furniture at Bretts really impressed us. We bought the set July 2020 but the salesman was very honest about the pandemic slowing things down. So they gave us a "loaner " leather sofa until our set arrived. It was worth the wait!! The few family and friends that have been able to visit (still pandemic) all comment on how gorgeous it is. Even our housekeeper asked where we purchased the set. I heard a lot about this place and their furniture. I've been living in AZ for years and as a kid I would walk by and smell the leather. So today I decided to go in after returning from deployment to look at some sectionals after looking at an Ethan Allen couch that I loved just to compare the two stores as well as support a local company. They have some really nice couches and wonderful smelling leather. Unfortunately I was in the store walking around for about 10-15 minutes and no one ever said "hi" or "I'll be right with you". I gave them a two star because I like to think it's just because they were busy with the one other person in the store or something. I made eye contact with the person helping the lady there as well as I'm sure the owner saw me when they both were helping the lady there. I'm just hoping it was something other than what I feel or think right now.

I went on their website and ordered two recliners, same color at a special online price, was billed for them. After making multiple attempts to find out the status I was notified by the owner Josh that he was not be able to fulfill the order of two recliners. He would only sell me one at the agreed price and the color or I could pick another color or wait 4 months to order a new recliner at the color we wanted and to be charged full price. That didn't work he agreed to give me a refund and here it is 8 days later and still no refund . I would not recommend them or do business with them at all. Extremely hard to reach a person to talk to, not the way business should be handled.Gregg T

Joshua Brett....Can you please explain to me why I paid $200+ to have Brett Interiors Leather Furniture Gallery repair my leather couch that I bought in '21, which you yourself sold to me, and that I paid an additional $800 when I purchased the couch to cover said repairs! I got the run around from Serveco the company who you do business with that covers your repairs , numerous emails, photos, several phone calls by your employee Sarah. Oh, and your employee Chris is rude! He told your serviceman Richard to remove the motor he just installed, because I questioned the cost. Slimy business practices! Friends feel free to share this post! Buyer Beware!!! I'll be waiting for your response.Thank you, Joshua for addressing this issue with me. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.

my very expensive custom built table took 5 months to make. 3 months past the estimated time and a week past the 2nd promised date. The customer service is horrible. No one bothered to keep me apprised of the status of my new delivery date. I had to contact Brett Interiors twice to find out what was happening. Finally the table arrived without the leaf as it had a ding in it that needed. repair. I think it is underhanded to deliver the table and expect me to sign the papers declaring that the table arrived in good condition when it was being repaired. New expensive tables shouldn't need repairs. They should have called and let me decide if I wanted the table delivered in stages instead of just surprising me at my door. I will never take my business here again.

having purchased a number of pieces of furniture in the last 10 years, i have found their service to be non-existent. their affiliated business furniture doctor is just as bad. no service. no follow-up. doesn't return calls. doesn't acknowledge emails. avoid these businesses...take your money elsewhere.UPDATE: 9/23/22 - It took some doing, but we were finally able to speak with Josh Brett regarding the chair we were having issues with. Ultimately, he had his lead repair expert come to our home and make the repairs at no charge. We are pleased with the result. We always try to reach out to the business owner before writing a negative review. Once we were able to reach Josh, he was receptive and understood our issue. He further explained their internal problem as to why we were experiencing a break down in communications with Furniture Doctor. I trust that all has been resolved.
