Some things don't change-- have yet to meet Dr Wells but i had to complete an application to be accepted into her practice!!! I don't appreciate lack of follow up after a visit with a NP or any member of a medical team-- that's what I've come to expect. Seems to be high staff turnover. I resorted to driving to the office to get a form completed. they seem to like making referrals to specialists rather than just deal with a simple medical issue. Example: had a rash on the top of my feet. Was referred to a podiatrist. Get to that appointment where I'm told that it looks like contact dermatitis and that a simple cream could/should have been prescribed by my general doctor.

Dr Wells is amazing last weekend I was sick freezing, shaking and felt like I had been hit with a baseball bat. I couldn't move and had a video call with her, she took time out of her busy to help me and was excellent very caring and gave me antibiotics that worked in 30 mins letting me put pressure on my left leg as my shin had become very red and swollen.Dr Wells is amazing last weekend I was sick freezing, shaking and felt like I had been hit with a baseball bat. Horrendous experience!My primary care person is on medical leave, & Brenda Wells was supposed to be doing interim care. When I called, it was 6 weeks to get an appointment to approve the medications I have been on for 15 years. Instead of just approving them, she took me off an anti-depressant I have been on for 15 years 3 weeks before Christmas. The drug is supposed to be titrated down not stopped cold turkey. They couldnt find my records. They did not ASK me how I felt or what was going on with me, just told me what they were going to do. The MOST UNCARING doctor I have been to.When I told the receptionist the NP reminded me of a female dog they discharged me as a patient instead of caring about what they did to me & how to help me. SO GLAD I have found another doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr. Wells for over five years - maybe 7 or 8 years I think. I have seen her once. Apparently she's too busy to ever see her patients herself. I'm only given the option to see a nurse practitioner. I needed to see my doctor asap for an issue that was affecting my ability to work and drive. They would only schedule an appointment for almost two weeks out. I ended up in the emergency room. Was going to keep the appointment so I could follow up with my doctor today. I was turned away because of their late policy - three minutes meant more to them than their patient's care and well being. I have been having difficulty driving, constantly feel like I'm going to pass out. So, I was a few minutes late. I was told I had to reschedule - weeks out again. Even though there was not another person in the waiting room. She clearly doesn't care about her patients. THREE MINUTES that I was trying to pull myself together so I could walk and drive to get to my doctor for help. And I was sent away. I won't go back.

Update: I moved myself and my entire family to another physician and Dr Wells' office has yet to send my medical records over to the new office despite multiple requests on their part. Now I'm getting bills despite having a credit balance on my account, including late fees. The bills are addressed to my home but have someone else's name on them! Ridiculous!

I'm another one who was forced too Dr Wells because my doctor was on medical leave. I am currently going on day four without my prescriptions filled and have been lied too that they would be. Mind you I just dealt with this last month too. 0 Stars!!!!

I have been seen in this clinic since approximately 2008. I started with Dr. Wells but was passed off to NPs throughout my time in this clinic. I have seen 2 other NPs in this office, both of which have left now. I liked both the NPs more than I liked Dr. Wells. Then, I contacted the office for a medical letter for work and was told that the doctor didn't know me and she wasn't willing to write a letter for me. I was baffled because she owns the practice and is therefore responsible for all the patient records in that practice -or I thought??? I asked if I was supposed to leave with the NP who recently left. Ultimately, I received my answer because they "let me go" as a patient. I used to work for a medical provider for 10 years of my life and we NEVER treated patients like this. I DO NOT recommend visiting this practice.

Although busy, as there is a shortage of Family Med MD's, she is a caring Physician. I drifted to another MD, as Dr Wells was out of the country, but am coming back to her and her NP's in the next year, as practice I chose doesn't cut it..

This review is for Susanna Livingston, NP, only - whom I followed over to this office. Susanna is the very best, otherwise I won't schedule an appointment if she's not in the office. I had an appointment with another provider - once only - I was incorrectly diagnosed and left untreated until Susanna returned to the office. I'm a RN and have a chronic health condition, but the other provider didn't seem to be listening when I discussed my symptoms, past history, or concerns. No feedback to the information I shared was even acknowledged by the other provider, so I said nothing more. Oddly, I got the impression the other provider was angry or irritable from the moment she entered the room with me - I was eager to leave quickly.If you want good care here ask for NP Livingston - she's knowledgeable and kind - I am so grateful for the day my prior PCP advised me to select Susanna if he ever had to stop practicing. I'd follow Susanna to Alpha Centauri if I had to to keep her as my PCP.
