They have a beautiful variety of goodies, even for your pup. I love the wall display that shows you when your order is ready. Whenever I stop through Tucson this is my spot!

Being in my 70s, but having grandchildren here, they have guided me towards this establishment and these employees very kind very very knowledgeable have not steered me in the wrong direction. I'm very pleased.

Place sucks. The worst employees at any dispensary around. I don't know where dispensary employees or coffee store employees got their false sense of superiority but it's very off putting. The best thing about this condition they suffer from is that I don't have to put up with it. Much better places to do drug deals than her

I used to love this place. That all changed the day we had someone hit us and run in thier extremely small parking lot. This company has not helped us at all. They told us to make a policy report because they have footage of the ahold who it us. We made the report and tried to call botanica 4 times with no answer to the phone. So long story short, you better hope you don't get hit in the small parking lot because they will not be any help.. Shame on you Botanica. My husband was an extremely loyal customer that will never come back and neither will I. I also will be spreading the word on every social media platform possible. You people need to do better.

If you really need some "light" into the world of cannabis and edibles; then this is the place to come. These people know their products and can educate you on what exactly will be the best for your health. Come and check them out. The ambience is very boutique and upscale. I will certainly be there for my next visit.

I'm from WA and we have a ton of bud shops; however, none quite as bougie as Botanica.Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Cash only.ID cards must be presented before entering through the one-way passage door.Once inside, Botanica is a hybrid between the two retailers Verizon and Lush. One cannot simply browse the wares without the assistance of a budtender. I was on the fence about this characteristic; I want to browse without feeling pressured, yet, the budtender can narrow down the exact product one is seeking.Prices were fair. Overall, Botanica served our needs while vacationing in AZ; however, I prefer the grit of WA dispensaries.

Amazing customer service and they always have what I need which I can't find in many places. His name is either AJ/Arthur but he is amazing and is always so helpful! He has amazing recommendations for movies, shows, especially music. He always puts a smile on mine and others faces. He doesn't even make you feel like a customer but like a friend and that is truly rare to find. Ever need music, shows, or even music recommendation when he's checking you out he is your go to guy. He also helps me understand when I have questions and it's really helpful. Thankyou AJ and I will always be back because of you:)

Over priced and they never gave the pre roll they advertised for with my purchase. Won't be coming back here
