I'm here for my 6000 miles oil change. I have a 25.00 coupon if I come in January and this time the agent said he would not include my military discount. They Did last time. But I also have a 17.95 YELP CHECKI IN discount. We ll see if that is included. They also will shuttle you to work, wash the car and rotate the tires for free. Since there is no balance of tires , I don't rotate here. I'll take the wash done next door. On time , early appointment.Update my review: He did allow the coupon by email sent to me for Jan and My military service discount. I decided 2 discounts was enough and left out the Yelp check in 18.00 off discount on oil change. Still only came to 50.00That's good full synthetic b

I had received a coupon in the mail and decided to try someplace new for my most recent oil change. And I am definitely glad I did, I had a very pleasant experience! I did have to call and make an appointment (I'm usually a drop in girl) but they are busy which is great! The lobby was nice and clean and comfortable. Also hot and cold beverages available and fresh cookies ! The staff were polite and efficient. No upselling pressure but I did get a print out diagnostic of some future work I might need with price quotes.. which I actually quite appreciated. And I even ended up paying less than originally expected (just cuz of my car specifics) but definitely a bonus! Will definitely be back with future car needs!

This Rip Off Manager, Mark, should be quartered and hung by his Gonads!! Falsifying records and engine data analysis. Then lying to the Insurance company to make himself look good! A trained possum could do a more ethical and complete project then this unscrupulous make believe automotive center. I would not trust this over priced primate repair center to fix a flat on a matchbox truck; let alone an actual vehicle!

Very disappointed in my last experience with this company. I have taken my vehicle in before and thought I had gotten good service but now feel I was most likely ripped off right from the start. Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic and was charged $120 - told the repair would cost another $550 - could not afford that so I scheduled a new appointment beginning of the month. Turns out my issue was completely resolved. The blower motor on my truck was not fried and the relay as well working perfectly. Most likely a bad connection that was corrected when they took it apart and put it back together. An honest shop would have known that, and I would have gladly paid the labor to have it working again. When I canceled the appointment today, my concerns were completely dismissed. He couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Would never trust this place again and would never recommend anyone taking their vehicle there.

Shaun is a literal Godsend. We had something going on with our car that was super complicated. Shaun took the time to figure it out and within 48 hours we were driving off. Thank you to Shaun and team for your exceptional work!

This is my first time taking my car to Borst Automotive and in the future, this will be the only place I will take my car for service. My car was recently vandalized and once the incredible mechanics(Joshua) was done repairing it, you would never know it was damaged. I was completely happy with the work that was done!!!!!! (Check engine light) diagnostic testing Don't take your vehicle there for diagnostic testing, apparently the reviews were made up by anonymous people, lying... service was poor, not one qualified/experience mechanic there in this field. ...maybe they can change your oil within( time frame) the whole day it's there!

Two weeks ago I booked online, drove an hour and was told I did not have an appointment. Went home and called to book another appointment. Chose 9 a.m. and then got a confirmation email for 9:30. I decided to just accept it, don't have time to call again, etc. Showed up early for appointment today and was told it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours because there were many cars dropped off ahead of me. I reiterated I had a 9:30 appointment and was told that only meant I would get service sometime today. Was offered a shuttle - can't think of anything I'd like more than to spend 2 hours of my day riding back and forth in a shuttle. When I expressed displeasure the manager advised that even if I wanted only an oil change they check the whole vehicle and that takes at least 1 1/2 hours. Last time I got service here they advised that I needed some kind of additive to clean the injectors. Later discovered I could buy it for 3/4 the price they charged and add it myself - paid $30 in labor for them to dump it into my gas tank. I'll take responsibility for that - could have refused the additional service. I'm beginning to see that the checking the whole vehicle is the opportunity for them to drum up extra business. Today was the last straw. I'll not be back - ever.

Awesome service by borst..Shawn determined clunk sound after inspection to be worn out struts on Camry. Realign front end car drives great..thanks borst auto..thanks Shawn! Car drives great no more clunking. Fair price great service
