Just got off the Phone with Sheri.I left a message earlier and she promptly returned my call.A Very professional and hospitable lady.They have a nice website, and they actually had the several items in stock that I was looking for.It was a really nice call.We might drive down there to check out their showroom and save a few bucks on shipping.We plan on spending some $$$$ there, that's for sure.

This was a drive for us but an awesome place with great prices. We bought several pieces and they wrapped them well for our travel home.

I love this store, it's one of my favorites. I like Mexican, rustic and western style decor. This is now my go to place to find beautiful items to decorate my yard and home. Affordable prices compared to other places that carry the same or similar items.

I sent my Mom in NJ a Talavera planter from the Direct from Mexico site. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, she could not get over how carefully it was packed. I was concerned about it making it there safely, and that should not have been a worry! Plus, it shipped so quickly. Thank you, we will look forward to visiting the store in Tucson!

I've visited this store three or four times and purchased merchandise twice. Each time the staff have treated me with distain. While waiting in line to pay I noticed the staff were friendly and chatty with the two customers ahead of me. When I stepped up, their demeanor and faces changed immediately, and the look was like they had just tasted or smelt something disgusting. I usually don't jump to this, but I'm pretty sure it's because I'm mixed race. So no more trips to this KKK outlet.

My favorite store to visit! I get furniture decor day of the dead things glass hearts Milagros on a heart cross All their things are unique and well priced. The Christmas things are so fun too. It's a good hour for me to drive there but so worth it. The staff are so helpful and friendly too

Fantastic selection of imported mexican home goods and decor. Reasonable prices. Wanted to renovate our condo but keep the southwestern/mexican charm that it had (just needing major updates) and found a great selection of tiles, lights, and even a sink here.

My husband and I went here to get a coffee table and tv stand. We found pieces that were close, but not what we needed. The snotty ladies that work here made no effort to help us even though we circled the store twice looking at large pieces of furniture. We finally had to go to the cash register and get someone's attention - as in, we walked up to the register and they STILL did not look at us. We asked about what different pieces they get and when and we got a irritated explanation that you get what you get. You can buy off the floor or go to their website. Want two pieces to match? Good luck, according to them. The whole experience felt like they have no cares and if we didn't like the options, so could screw off. We went to Lost Barrio the next day and found a place that would custom make the pieces we needed for 25% less than Borderlands.
