Expansive indoor and outdoor space to hangout was a huge plus! Dog friendly patio. Great chill ambiance for getting together with friends or passing thru for a drink. I enjoyed the beers I tried. Yummy stout here!Service was average but the environment put this place over the top :)

Great beer selection on tap plus other options like wine and ciders. There is a food truck on the side. I got the carne asada tacos and they were very yummy! There is seating inside and outside. The outside court is very spacious and pretty. My only critique is that the bathrooms were not very clean.

My recent visit to this craft beer brewery and food truck joint was quite an experience! While I didn't indulge in the brewery's beer offerings, I must say their prickly pear margaritas were exceptional. The blend was spot on, though they tended to get a tad too sweet towards the end.As for the food, Ponches, the food truck adjacent to the bar, served up a mixed bag. The crispy shrimp taco was a highlight, boasting a perfect crunch and delightful flavor profile. However, the veggie taco left much to be desired. Soggy and lacking in both taste and presentation, it felt like a mere afterthought rather than a carefully planned dish. Perhaps it's time for Ponches to revisit their veggie taco recipe and give it the attention it deserves. On the bright side, the patio area was a real gem. Spacious and adorned with trees and tarp coverings, it provided ample room for gatherings of all sizes. The live band performances on weekends added to the vibrant atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for socializing and enjoying good music.Overall, while there were some hits and misses, the craft beer brewery and food truck combo offered a unique and enjoyable experience. I'd certainly return for the drinks and ambiance, but might think twice about the veggie taco next time.

Great beer choices (collabs too) plus wine, margarita, and NA beer in a beautiful location with the industrial factory brick look. The staff is super happy and it's just off Congress and on Toole Ave. Perfect spot if you want to grab a drink before heading to 191 Toole. They also have a very large front patio with pit fireplaces, plenty of seating, sun shades, and sometimes live music. When there isn't music, they have speakers outside where they play popular songs.Parking is a bit of a problem on a busy weekend but during daytime hours , I've found street parking or parked in a lot nearby.

Trivia on Fridays at 9pm!I'd say flavor is more 4.5/5, prices 3/5 and ambiance 3.5 thus the 4/5 stars rating. They offer a good variety of beers and cocktails on tap. They do offer some specials with out of town breweries on tap. What surprised me was the cost, which I'm not sure is because of an out of town brewery or just because prices are going up everywhere...so that's the major downside. We got two blueberry wheat beers and it cost us almost $20...They have a taco truck they work with and you have to order at the bar. I had their nachos and it is HUGE! Comes with a lot of meat (ground beef) and jalapeños. Downside is that I wish they used more melted cheese rather than nacho cheese, since it was super smothered and chips got soggy quick. They have a lot of space, both indoor and outdoor. Be warned though, it is BUSY FRIDAY nights due to trivia, so come before 8pm to beat the crowd. They host other events throughout the week, so check out their website.

A nice brewery with indoor and outdoor space. The string lights over the patio make for a great a nice nighttime ambience. There are heaters available outside for when it gets colder. They offer more than just beers. The prickly pear cider is my favorite. Trivia on Fridays!

I hadn't been here in a while and stopped by for a little sip and bite. Wow - I'm glad I returned! Wonderful beertender let me try a few before settling in my mini-mug of brew, which paired marvelously with the very scrumptious ranchero taco. I could keep eating those... anyway they've always had a great space and good beer, and I'm happy to report that it's still a solid act.

We were exploring the murals downtown when we decided to stop by this place for a refresher. It was super hot outside. Nothing that a cold beer couldn't fix. It was midday, and there was only one other patron. We were given samples of some of the beer, but the One in a melon blonde was the star. It is a perfect summer beer with a hint of watermelon. I also tried the Noche dulce porter. The Porter was not heavy are overly sweet. They offer different size pours and flights I snacked on the shrimp tacos. They were delicious. They were more of a quesadilla. Great flavor. The order comes with three tacos. You order at the bar and pick up outside. They are pet friendly inside and out. They even have self served dog beer. They have inside and outside seating. The place is big with plenty of seating. The outside patio has shade. Parking is tough. There's only a few spots and since they were full when we arrived, I assume the other businesses share the spots. The barkeep working that day was friendly. She gave us great recommendations. The place has a very laid back atmosphere. The decor is fun.

I had to make a second visit to the RIver/Craycroft location of Borderland Brewing. My first visit was 5 star excellent. Tonight was even better. I had the Tacos Dorado and a Mexican style beer. What can I say but WOW! The tacos were crunchie, the filling excellent and the beer was terrific. If you live in the Catalina foothills this is a must stop place to visit. The atmosphere is casual, the employees are informative and helpful. You not only enjoy their food but have fun! Corn hole, pool and many more games if you wish. Please support these folks and this location, I want it to stay around!Thank you!

I've been several times over the years. Went on a Sunday right as it opened. The facility is looking a little unkempt these days & doesn't seem to have the personality it used to. The beer selections were more limited than I remembered but they had several guest taps, as well. Never could tell if the food was open that day .
