Beautiful presentation on his products. We bought the mini cochitos for $5 and the churro bolota $6. They were both very flavorful but way too sweet so make sure you grab a glass of milk!

The cookies are WOW! Just WOW they're amazing. First of all, they're called bolotas which I think means big clumps of yum. They're big and heavy, not like your typical cookies. I got the cookies and cream and churro bolotas. Both are chewy and gooey. There are melted chocolates and crunchy bits to give you different textures. So good. Can't wait to try other flavors.

We got some mini-cochito bags to try. I may or may not have told my kids that we lost a bag of the mini-cochitos to hide the fact I tried one and ended up eating all 3. These are good! They are soft and not overly sweet and they're so stinkin' cute and perfectly shaped. The minis are about 2 inches by 2.5 inches. Some cinnamon flavor to them as you'd expect from this traditional Mexican pastry.A fellow parent offered my kids the little treat bags from Bolita Bakery and I immediately started searching for them and gathering intel. It's a registered home baked good and I gather that they bake to order on weekends. My cochinos were baked a day before (bake date was written) and they held up beautifully. I can't wait to try other things from this place and I've already started hinting to my husband he should get me the Valentine's Day treat bag (bolsita de amor) so I can try more things.

Bolita Bakery made my Valentine's Day! Vegan heart shaped cochitos, choco chip cookies, double choco chip muffins. The textures and flavors were on point and the presentation was beautiful. So excited to have vegan cochitos available!! Highly recommended.

Purchased a chocolate chip and a dark chocolate cookie tonight at the annex. They were both amazing super moist and full of flavor!

The Agave Blondie is amazing! The true agave taste blew my mind!! Good amount of chewiness, the caramel was delicious and they top it with a Biscoff cookie! Perfection!(Chef's kiss). You have to try their Pan De Muerto, it's super soft with a subtle Orange taste, the best!

These are my new favorites cookies!!! The selection, taste, and texture is INCREDIBLE. My favorite are the cookies and cream! Absolutely amazing! I had to savor each bite. It is the most perfect amount of chewy ness and crunchiness. Definitely not like any other cookies I've tried, these are the real deal! 12/10 recommend!!!

Home-made deliciousness! The quality of the cowboy cookies are always superb. During covid, it is great that each is individually wrapped. Love feeling safe while I enjoy a yummy treat and even better that I get to give some to loved ones. Baker Chuy is extremely friendly and always on time with deliveries/pick ups. Perfect gift for birthday, holiday, or just a fun dessert to enjoy after dinner.

These treats are amazing! My wife and I had some cowboy cookies the other day and were looking at each other like WHAT THE FUCK THESE COOKIES ARE SO FUCKINGGGGGG GOOD!!! I legit asked my wife, "am I just really high?" BUT NO. Because last night we weren't very high AND THE COOKIES WERE STILL FUCKIN INCREDIBLEEEEEE. I'm not even just gassing this guy up, they were BOMBBBBBB. Like everything about them - they were soft but not too soft, they had chocolate chunks in every bite but it wasn't overbearing, they had just the right amount of nuts, the perfect balance of sweet and savory, honestly with every bite I fell more and more in love with a cookie. A cookie dawg. I've never had a treat that was so delicious.
