They always comfort people and tell them optimistically to keep going and don't stop. Please get Stacie or Lindsay they are the best PTs ever. They have a lot of equipment to use to make you feel better! Please go to this physical therapy!

I really liked this place during my first initial visit. That's why I wrote a good first review. But after my 3rd visit I started to realize they didn't know what they were doing. I only saw the actually PT the first visit the 2nd visit I saw a PT assistant who was an ex massage therapist, but she didn't even fix the problem, and then the third visit I saw the tech, and never saw the actually PT. And I was still in a lot of pain after each visit.I also find that they over book themselves so you don't get a one on one with any of the people I mentioned above, the longest time they spend with you a 5 minutes and then they are off to the next person, and you get ice on your foot for 15 minutes.Needless to say I went to another PT office who found and treated my problem promptly and correctly in 2 visits. I feel that, that is a horrible way to have a practice you are there to see a Physical therapist not an assistant or a tech.

I've been going regularly for almost 6 months because of age-related stability and the potential not only to fall but be faced with a knee replacement. Eeech!I'm not a fan of exercising but working with Tom Dawson has been an eye-opener. He's worked with my uncoordinated body with the utmost sincere care & my positive results reflect the whole team here. One quick example in real time. I was there yesterday & was going through a week of discomfort from a case of Plantar fascia. Tom took the time, explained the physiology, recommended 2 quick exercises & the next day total relief from the pain. He has a breadth of knowledge & an added sense of compassion to my plight & that extends to the wide range of folks needing PT. Without reservation I would recommend any of these professionals from this location.

I was referred to Body Central by my physician at the Tucson V.A. My doctor of physical therapy was Marija Zaruba & I saw her for fifteen appointments to address balance, plus my hip & back pain. I understood her instructions & all procedures which she put together specifically to meet my needs. I must say that she pushed me in a kind yet authoritative way, & I improved greatly in my level of pain management & mobility. Marija is a professional & thoughtful physical therapist; she was outstanding. She is one of the best physical therapist whom I have ever seen.

I've been going to Body Central for just about 10 years. I have a chronic low back and pelvic pain due to a car accident. This is the only place I will go for Physical Therapy and I have been to many of their locations and have had great experiences each time. From the people running the front desk, to scheduling, the Techs to the Therapists. Everyone really seems to like what they do, which makes it easier when I'm not feeling my best. Thank you for everyone at Body Central for always helping put me back together, whether it's my broken wrist, sprained ankle, bulging disc, pelvic floor/hip pain or just needing access to hi tech treatments. They also have direct access to a Pain Specialist, in some of the Body Central locations. And guess what folks? Sometimes it takes more that 2 visits to properly fix you. It's science, not magic. :o)

I'm so disappointed, my therapist and his assistant were amazing. The entire billing department needs to be fired. Horrendous. Disgusting customer service. You would be better off hiring a classroom of Kindergarteners to do your finances. Answer your phone, check your voicemail, call people back, check your email, respond once in a while, I don't know TRY ONE OF THOSE THINGS EVEN. You are criminals! Even people that work for you have told me I have a lawsuit! Do not go here!!

Don't waste your time or money here. I went to the : 1640 E River Rd Suite 110, Tucson, AZ 85718 location where the therapists didn't help at all, they just giggled and talked amongst each other. Then I got a no show bill. Apparently you are not allowed to cancel? When I spoke to billing she was awful, not listening to a word I said. Honestly, I wish I stopped going sooner, they made my pain worse.

After 2 visits I could barely walk! They told me to get "better shoes" and I went to Fleet Feet as suggested. The lady at Fleet Feet thought my shoe were great as did I. When I stated the exercise was hurting my knee, I was told do it less. Quit going, knee back to where I started, complete waste of time and money.

It is rare for me to voice my opinion about any business on-line, however after reading the other review, I feel I need to. It seems it is still poorly run after 3yrs. later.I agree that the PT spends no more time with you that absolutely necessary. I injured my calf muscle and her only real concern was the way I walked in the boot. I was handed a photo copy of exercises to do (5min) with an assistant. She then came in to ice it an didn't even remember where the injury was. I walked in the boot 4-5 steps and was sent on my way. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling at all. Then comes the bill. When you call to ask what each item on it means, you are told "I don't know, I only do the billing". I had 5 items with 15 min each which never happened. The billing clerk was to get back to me which she never did. Please read your bills carefully. I have never gone back, and left feeling like it was a joke. They stated they wanted me to come back twice a wk. Of course. Big money ($approx. $300) for exercise and ice I can do at home. I am sure there are other PT offices which show concern and actually do something to treat the patient. This is not one of them.

Have to agree with Jennifer on all counts. I did get a really good therapist named Eric. He was able to spend more time with me even though they were over booked. Oh yeah... I,m almost totally deaf. Not one person there had training in working with deaf elderly folks! A month ago Eric resigned and left for greener pastures. Before he left I asked him to offload me to whom he thought best. It was a PT with another company..that says a lot. Other compny didnt take my insurance. Body Central on Oracle RD fixed me up with Leigh. Leigh never even showed up for my appt. and the poor gal Sara who heads office their came out almost in tears. She had tried to reach Leigh and none of her calls were returned. Leigh did not return my call asking for explanation. BC on Cortaro set me an appt. there with Ethan whose skill sets are far less than Erics. On day of appt, early AM I,m informed that Eric would not be in that morning. I have a retired medical license, and Federal first Responder training. I wouldnt send my cat there. I notified BC that they were dismissed(read, Fired) as my PTplace. Lost over 3 weeks of time finding a new PT. Hes great ! No BS, no foo-foo, no assistants. Full time hands on with therapist!!! and he compensates for my hearing and talks slowly. Good bye BC, hello competant professional !!!! HB
