I see a lot of negative reviews here, and, while I can't speak for sales, I can throw a little love at their service. We have a '22 X5 (fantastic car!), which we took in because it threw a fault relating to the high pressure fuel pump - basically put the car into "limp" mode which was enough power to get us to the dealer. Turns out the problem was from another shop that broke off a fitting on the pump during an oil change service just a few days earlier. Bad news, it wasn't covered by warranty. We could have spent thousands of dollars fixing, but our service advisor (shout-out to Jake), really went to bat for us, located fittings and put a plan together to fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. Thanks to the entire team for all their help. They really were, genuinely, invested in fixing the problem that they didn't create, and at a very reasonable cost. That easily deserves 5-Stars!

Salespeople are liars and disrespectful to customers. Free ice cream and a car wash can't make up for low standards, bad ethics and lack of attention to detail. Really disappointing for a luxury dealership. GM hid in his office after specifically setting up a time to come in & speak with him.

Review for the Service Department...two stars is being rather generous actually. Wife recently scheduled an appointment online for 4:30pm for service of squealing brakes. Having to take a partial afternoon off work she arrived at the BMW Service Department. No one greets her upon arriving, has to introduce herself to the people just sitting at their desks. The girl there tells her that she has to drop off the car instead of it being serviced at the scheduled appointment time because there are no technicians after 3:30pm. My wife repeated she had an appointment that she made online for the time she had arrived. She received the confirmation email for the service appointment. Nowhere did it say that vehicles must be dropped off and there are no techs available after 3:30. The girl then says that the brakes can be "blown out" with air and should fix the problem. Also said that "those cars do that". Really? Find it hard to believe an expensive sports car has breaks that just squeal because. How is it possible to "blow out breaks" if there are no techs available? Are there just random untrained people working on vehicles. That seems sketchy to me. 10 mins later they give her the keys back and say it's good to now. It's not though, before even getting off the lot the breaks are still squealing. Apparently she was never checked in for the appointment either since later that night she gets an email stating she missed the appointment. Which is false. They offer appointments they cannot honor. Techs aren't available for offered appointment times but someone supposedly worked on our car anyways. Website states Service Hours are until 6:00pm weekdays. Apparently not true since techs leave at or before 3:30pm. Scheduling availability goes until 4:30 from what I can son their website but if there are no techs available to work 3:00/3:30 why are time slots offered that can't be honored? Also not the first time they've screwed up or deliberately messed up appointments. We needed new tires for another vehicle, called and asked if they had them in stock. Were Told that they did have them and would be waiting on day of appointment. Day of appointment comes and no tires, guy tells us they don't carry those in stock and need ordered. Also states he doesn't know why we were told that or who would have said it. We'd have to reschedule and come back when they get them in. We were supposed to get window tint done on a new car. Appointment was made and get confirmation and yet on day of appointment, no one knows anything about it and can't find it. Had to reschedule and come back.

Oh no. Don't go here. I took a test drive because my 2015 435i was totaled in an accident. I had yet to receive the insurance payout, and I wanted to hold off the buying process til the loss was processed. I looked unto afew used cars and took a test drive to get a feel for a suv type of vehicle. The sales rep ran some hypothetical numbers and swar not to run a credit report. Yep, the liar did just that. Needless to say that I got a new 2023 BMW at Chapman BMW in Phoenix where I got my last 3 German cars.

Tyson Kessler should be commended on the handling of my situation. A lot of businesses nowadays are operating short handed blame post COVID blame people not wanting to work whatever, it's there. Communication was good from him concerning my car. The issue was fixed and I walked away happy which could have gone the other way but Tyson made the situation much better.

This was the worst experience ever. We tried to make an offer. Two days of going back and forth. They are all about the AutoNation brand. We were already pre-approved at BMW Financial at 2.99%. They kept saying the best they could do was 6.99% through AutoNation. They were unresponsive. They kept saying they'd call back and didn't. I would RUN from this dealership. We did purchase a new x7 through a different dealer. I would drive right by this dealership. Totally unprofessional. We were interested in a 2024. They kept adding all kinds of additional warranties and costs. Just say NO

Sold me the Extended warranty and Tire warranty - in less than 24 hours later, I wanted to cancel and get the money put back on my credit card. The answer was NO. They had to send it to the Finance Company to lower the balance amount. Just say NO - or go somewhere else where the Finance Dept knows what they are doing and understand communications.

Sold us an extended warranty for $5k and when we had a problem with the engine burning oil we were told sorry not covered but not given any explanation or details showing why not covered Has been impossible to get any clarity other than trying to sell us another car and deduct cost of repair from our trade

Rachel Lopez was fantastic to work with. She was intentional to help my car buying experience and not her own car selling. She asked questions and did what was best for me. Many people are motivated by their goals but Rachel was genuinely interested in mine-getting the car I wanted and a price I was comfortable with. Rachel is warm and friendly. I'll definitely send friends and family to Rachel Lopez at BMW.
