Bisbee Royale

Bisbee is a small town, and because of that a lot of places aren't open really early. But thank my lucky stars 'Bisbee Royale' was the only spot I knew of that was open at 8am on a Saturday. The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I will say that I am glad I took at chance at trying their food at a time when I was seriously hungry.I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+?I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. A couple came in with three cute dogs, and that just made me super happy (not to mention, it WAS on my birthday too). I would come here again if I return to Bisbee.

Great service, full bar,Food and...a movie theater!! The inside is really cool, make sure you check out the dragon!

I walked in on a Sunday morning around 8:16.am. There were several tables of customers already enjoying breakfast. I asked the owner if I could order a chicken sandwich instead (the menu says burgers start at 11am) and he said he could make that happen, and he did.I ordered a Royale chicken, sliced white meat in a brioche bun, red peppers, onions, arugula and a sweet-spicy sauce that went well with the seasoned fries.The blue lighting is a bit odd when you first enter the place, but the colors change slowly, from blue to red to green. This place turns into a loud sports bar by late morning. I'm glad I came early for fast service,

It looks really cool inside and clean, but food was absolutely terrible. They also have two cats that live in there how does that work with a food, people cooking the food have long hair no pony tails no hair nets notta

Seated where we wanted not many people there got beer while we waited blew keg so not full glasses at all,,,,,,Ordered food waited over a hour to get our burger and chicken royal sandwich after such a wait I was sure it would so worth the wait Boy was I wrong!!!The waitress tried her best to make it a good stop but it wasnt at all!!

The ambiance was very retro cool. The waitress was very welcoming and took drink orders immediately upon seating. We made our breakfast orders and then....the wait begins. Our waitress comes back and asks us to repeat our order...eventually my husband is served his breakfast sandwich. He says it is very good. I watch him eat it. Time passes. We miss our check out time....then I am served a very sad looking savory crepe. It's ok, not thrilling, just ok. Sure, they said sorry about the wait but that's about it. It takes awhile to get the check as well. I will skip this place when we come back in the fall.

exceptional breakfast! Exceptional service! Highly recommend! Ambiance is pleasant. I would suspect lunch and dinner are equally good.we returned for lunch. Again we all enjoyed our food, service and ambiance.

Thanks for deleting my review. Your server Kristy or Kristen forged my signature & tip & left me unattended for 45 minutes. Food was great- service terrible. Tried calling to talk to manager & every time it's her....
