Bisbee Olive Oil

I wandered in here the Saturday after Thanksgiving to check out the olive oils and discovered they had a pretty good selection of vinyl! Who would've thought? I found a couple of albums my dad's been searching for! Nice owner, too. I recommend it.

This shop is here and in Tubac, Az. I have a pepper infused olive oil from Italy that I am almost done with. I want to match it. BOO has 3 to choose from. I ll take my bottle from home and go to the closer store. I ll do a taste test. They also have a olive oil that has a hint of celery. Wonderful on Salads. I ll get both. Very nice shopkeeper. Excellent price.

The Shop is so amazing, and I happen to walk in yesterday and the rudest shop keeper I have ever encountered in my well respected shopper life....lolI made inquiries about some products....crickets and he walked to back of the store and when he re appeared still very dismissive and never even looked our way, I became aware that we were interrupting him while he was on his computer and my husband unaware of this proceeded to ask him if there was a good place to eat around Bisbee: OMG F^%ING A*&^%$ Bisbee Olive Oil Co you need to fire that person, this was yesterday around 1;00 PM because you have an awesome store !!!!

We stopped in here with our kids today and tasted the most DELICIOUS olive oils and balsamic vinegars we've ever had! The owner was very friendly and told us a little bit about the history of Bisbee. The shop is beautiful and boasts old brick walls, tin ceilings, and the owners collection of music and art. My family (kids included) were encouraged to taste all the different products. We purchased the white strawberry peach balsamic vinegar, chocolate raspberry balsamic vinegar, and the sun dried tomato parmesan olive oil. Wow. They are all unique and incredible. We've been to a few different olive oil shops and this one takes the cake.

I am a sucker for oil and balsamic vinegar places. Found one in Bisbee, Arizona that was delitefull ( I don't use that term too often for some reason). Started going through the shelves and two bottles caught my eye. One was cinnamon and fig. The other was a raspberry and cinnamon. Great for a sauteed reduction or marrinade, I hope!

Love this place. Tons of options for oils, vinegars, and hot sauce. Owner was really friendly and helpful. You can sample anything in the store. Took home a box of goodies that I'm excited to use.

Was in Bisbee for the weekend and stopped in at Bisbee Olive Oil, what a cool little find on the street! They have well over 60 different varieties of Oils and Vinegars. After checking them out I went with a Citrus Habanero and Spicy Mango Olive Oil. OMG they are amazing! The Citrus Habanero adds that perfect touch of heat to your dish and the Spicy Mango is great with chicken! Thank gawd you can order online because I will be needed some more!If you are in Bisbee, go check them out you wont be disappointed!

Such a vibe when you first walk in. Robert will definitely treat you like family immediately. Great sauces, oils, breads yummmm and music. Please stop in and say HI to Robert and sample the many options. My #1 stop whenever I'm in Bisbee.

Only shop in Brisbee that was rude to me. The shop had a sign out front offering free olive oil tastings. With anticipation, I popped in and asked for a taste. The proprietor couldn't have been more annoyed that I disturbed his time on his screen. Looking up from his phone, he asked me if I was buying. Taken back, I said I might but I didn't know for sure and just wanted to taste it for now. He said he only gives tastes to people who are buying. I pointed out that is not what the sign said and I walked out. Too bad for him because I had just spent over $350 in Brisbee after being in town for less than an hour. I likely would've bought a bottle had he simply been welcoming and treated us with respect.
