Big O Tire Stores

Poor staffing, called yesterday 10/22/24 around noon, made an appointment for the next day at 9amSo i get there, right before 9amI had my 5 year old daughter with me so i ask whats the ETA, they said "theres one vehicle in front of you so give it 30 min to an hour do you want to wait?" I could've waited there, (glad i didnt) so i told them no, so I walk with my daughter somewhere close to kill time. Went to iHop & had breakfast thereWe took our sweet time, since i was in no rush, (they said the'd call or text when the vehicle is ready)After about an hour or so, I noticed they still hadnt called. Either way, we started our way back to the shop, my daughter had to use the restroom so we stopped at taco bell, then we went to walgreens to kill more time. Then, we make it back to the shop nearly 2 hours later and i find my SUV exactly where i had parked it. On top of that, I noticed they were working on a different car, it wasn't the car that was in front of me when I left!!! Smh!!! Then I ask this lady at the front desk if my vehicle is ready and she went to find out. Turns out it hadn't even been looked at yet. So they pull it in and i ask this gentleman who i believe is the manager, older male, grey hair. Anyway, he said it can take up to an hour. At this point, I was not only disappointed, but pissed off because I had my daughter with me and they WASTED MY TIME!!!! He offered me $20 off for the inconvenience but I told him I appreciate the offer but we are talking about time here. So i decided to just take my vehicle and leave. This was my very first time at this location/any Big O Tire store and boy was it a huge disappointed. Not only that, the "manager" asked if I knew who I checked in with, then the guy came out to speak to me and made bunch or BS excuses. He even had the audacity to say I was a walk-in. That's when I raised my voice and said I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SIR!!! A 9am APPOINTMENT and its almost 11am and now you're telling me I have to wait till noon or maybe longer!!! Shame on them, never returning!!! Im sure I'm not the first disappointed customer and wont be the last. Dont go there people they suck!!!!

I had a pancake-flat tire before work one day. I got help and there was a nail in my tire. Surprisingly it held air, so I rushed to Big O before it went flat again.They told me my tire could be fixed but they recommended new tires because mine were 7 years old. My next question was whether they could get tires for my ancient car. I was thrilled they had my tires in the Tucson warehouse so I could get things done the same day. Overall it was under 3 hours from the flat at home to all 4 new tires. That was including the searching for and retrieving the tires.There were people coming in looking for service on their cars. Not just wheel services, but oil changes and diagnosing the weird noise kinds of things. Most people hadn't called first. They take walk-ins!It was expensive, but a good value. Tires just cost money.The waiting area was decent. They had a Keurig and a water dispenser. The restroom was clean and easily accessible.The man running the shop was nice. He knew some of the oil change customers by name. The mechanic came to talk to me about additional services and explained what those were and why I wanted them and what the costs were. At checkout I was invited back for any kind of service my car needed and told a bunch of tire-related services were included and to bring my car by any time. The car drove better afterward!A couple days after all this, I got a text from the folks at the local Big O asking if things were good. It wasn't an ad from the corporate office. When I texted back that things are fine, I got a human response right away saying they were glad to help.It was a pretty bad start to a morning, but it worked out because of the help I got!

I ordered a tire on June 8th 2024. I was never notified that it was in, so I called on June 13th 2024. I was told it was in and made an appointment for 8 a.m. June 15th. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was told it was not in. I waited until 8:40 a.m. for the tire to arrive. I was told they would get right on it. I look out to the parking lot around 9:30a.m to see my car in the same spot. It wasn't even being worked on. I calmy asked for my keys and was on my way. This was the last Big O I had faith in. I will never be back to any Big O Tires in the Tucson area. Not one sorry from the staff. I showed up early because I respect people's time. I wish this Big O had that same respect for mine. *UPDATE* After the bad service I got at this Big O. I went to Discount Tire on Kino. They fixed the tire I was told here was unrepairable. The whole reason I went through all this was because I was told my tire needed to be replaced. In my opinion this place is practicing fraud. If they ever tell you they can't fix a tire, please take it to Discount Tire on Kino for a second opinion.

Oh! Big O.Today I had my tires rotated and balanced. It only took them 30 min and to my suprise, there was no charge.Thank you Big O. We need more businesses with that kind of customer care!

My dad said it best, "you just want to do business with someone who appreciates your business" and I felt that Even called me, we worked out details, Butch, the shop manager treated me like family. I didn't price shop because I wanted to give Chris' guy a shot and I am happy I did. (It was a bit of a hike but I drive for a living so it was fine)

My car was old. I had a few problems. They said they fixed it charged me $600. Car was cutting off after they said they fixed. Took to another mechanic same day and I was told my catalytic convertor was cut off and replaced with a muffler. Out of a car and out of $600

We were on our way to Texas and realized we had a nail in our tire. When we got there they took care of us immediately and it was free of charge. Excellent costumer service.

While my car was with this company awaiting repair, my catalytic convertor was stolen off the vehicle. Cut out and replaced with a webbed device to quiet my vehicle. Jesus was in charge , on duty, the person I spoke with to assure me that he would be able to get my vehicle running properly. Unfortunately my car was killed and the engine failed.

Great store overall 10 out 10. Great service. Thank you for everything big o tires. Rosie and Jesus are the great worker to talk to their. Overall great.
