I went to get my brake pads changed and when I left my traction control light came on. This is a 2018 car and this happened in 2021. I've had the light on for a while until I got some techs to look at it and what do you know? A clean cut right to the cable along with the bracket that holds the cable not even connected. Big o' Tires is a big o' joke.DO NOT GO TO BIG O' TIRES ON MIDVALE AND VALENCIA.

Have taken two vehicles here for balance and both were significantly off afterwards. They do not give you info on what the state of your tires were before they supposedly balance them. Shady "let's make a deal" pricing. Take a couple hours and go to Discount Tire to get it done right. Will never come back to this place. No wonder there is little to no wait...

I had to change my review because after getting the alignment done and asking if there was any other problems, we had serious problems. A bent stabilizing bar and busted stabilizing shock. Had to get it fixed and pay for another alignment. REALLY, how do you miss that and say everything looked fine.

I wish I could give them negative stars!!! They were involved in an accident with my husband's vehicle!!!! They refused to take ANY responsibility for what happened. Beware according to them when you give them your keys you are giving them permission to drive your vehicle wherever. Absolutely disgusting!!! Go somewhere else or don't turn over your keys. What a fantastic loop hole for them!!!

They like selling you the tires and other services, but hate doing any free tire rotation,rebalance, or flat repair. They put you on the "Back Burner" Twice, the location on 7th st, neat Camelback, Phoenix, didn't have my appointment on their computer, when I got there, they did take care of me, but acted, like I was one confused.

I went n early for a slow leak in one of my tires. The desk person told me it would be 2 to 3 hours because there were 2 people on from my of me. I decided to wait, believing that it could not take that long. I felt very unwanted. I have the gentleman my information them he started talking to the next person in line. I wasn't sure I was done. I sat down and had to listen to Fox News which was extremely irritating. Then I heard the same gentleman say "she says she has a leak, but it's probably just the change in weather. Now I am getting irritated for a reason. 45 minutes later he said there is no leak. Great. I guess in refilling my tire every week because there is no leak. Worthless.

bought brand new tites still under warranty and the guy refused to replace because he was getting off ten minutes later . They will never get my business again!!!
