Poor quality of service, READ THE REVIEWS!Went in Friday for a basic alignment, they have the cheapest rates in the area... now I see why. After the alignment, had to drive to Phoenix Saturday and noticed severe pulling to one side, which shouldn't be possible if they just aligned the car. Took the car to Jack Furrier Tire/Auto on Ina and turns out Big O didn't do the job! Thankfully Jack comped some of the cost since clearly the alignment hadn't been done properly, definitely should've read the reviews for this shop prior to using them!

I have used this location exclusively for servicing 2 vehicles. Tires, alignments, LOF and general service work and have always been reasonably satisfied with cost, timelines and professionalism. It has been a great convenience making appointments online prior especially since i live out of town about 30 miles away. Was not able to use the Big O website to make an appointment we drove to the dealer first thing this morning but were told it would be a 5-8 hour wait just to begin LOF!? "We are so busy we terminated online scheduling "!?? What a pathetic way to treat regulars and business as a whole. Don't worry i dont think you're going to be so busy if you keep this policy and attitude towards your customers. Will not be returning, plenty of other options available nearby.

I was in town to visit my sister in hospice when my tire went flat. I limped to a gas station and refilled it, but as I drove around town, the tire lost air again. Asking for help at another gas station, the attendant recommended Big O. I made it to their Thornydale shop with 20 psi and dropping. When I arrived, I fully expected I'd have to buy a new tire. Dan was very reassuring. The service was excellent and the cost was only $20. The tire was repaired and took me safely home 350 miles away. Dan's kindness and the shop's competence meant a lot to me at that sad time. Thank you.

The worst customer service EVER called up today to ask for Shawn and Mr. Danny Nichols proceeded he not here can I help I said yes please have Shawn call me to say oh you're the one with the rusty 4ruuner I said no I no I am the one who you bent and scraped down my camper and caster dial so if you're reading the Shawn , can you please call me? I gave him my number and I highly doubt it. He relays the message. Thank you for attention in this matter.

This is for the Thornydale location. I have used them for a few years, and have been happy with the service, but this last time, they tried to scam me. My tire had a slow leak. They came out and showed me a damaged valve stem with the large monitor attached, saying it was broken and that they couldn't even get the air out of the tire, they had to remove the valve to get the air out. I was confused because i had just put air in the day before and the car has been sitting at my place, then there at Big O. They explained more, and said this part needs to be replaced. I was VERY confused about how this could have happened. I check the air in my tires regularly, and i know how my valves look and they all look and work perfectly. So i asked what my options were and the front desk person said they were out of this part (lucky for me!). I asked if they found a nail in the tire. This is what usually is the cause of a slow leak in my tires. This guy said he didn't know. So I said do what you can, and in a short time, they said my car was ready. I asked if the tire is holding air. They said it seemed to be. I asked if there was a nail in the tire and they said yes. So I go out and my valve is not the one they showed me, the broken mangled one, but a new looking valve, obviously the same valve that was in the tire when I brought it in. It has been holding air. I don't know why this happened, if they are under new management or because i had on a pink dress that day, but I will not go back to this store again. They showed their true colors. :-(

Big O made an appt. for me at 1 p.m. for tire rotation. I got there before 1 and told them I would have to wait for the car. They said it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. At 2:30 I went to front desk and saw them just pulling my car back to the bays. I asked why and guy at desk said they were at lunch. I asked him why set an appt. for 1 p.m. if that's their lunchtime and he said he didn't make the appointment. I also had a $10 off coupon and somehow the 79.99 alignment cost 89.99 before the discount. There was another couple there waiting for a tire repair and that took over 1 1/2 hours. If you've got nothing better to do than sit around sniffing tire fumes for hours on end, this is the place for you.

Last night, I was in trouble. I am in town for the weekend and a long way from home. Late last night I ran over a nasty pothole that blew out two of my tires. I had no idea where to go. I found that I was near a Big O Tire shop but had never used them before. I parked my car outside the shop and got a ride back to my hotel. All night I worried if this shop would help me the next day knowing that if they couldn't, I'd be in big trouble, stranded a long ways from home until at least Monday. So this morning I show up at the shop where I had left my car and was greeted by Danny. I told him what happened and honestly was expecting to hear the worst. Danny immediately put me at ease that he could help me. I was still worried that it would take a couple days or even all day today. But instead he tells me that he'll call me in a couple hours. I can't tell you how relieved I was. Within a couple hours I was driving away reflecting how Danny could have been annoyed that I laid by emergency on him, could have given me the "standard" response for a tire shop or any number of other things that were part of my worst case scenarios. Instead his calm, professional approach made my day. Danny and the team at Big O were awesome. I don't live here but if I did, he'd have made a customer for life. Thanks Danny. I owe you big time!

Waited about 2 hours after my appointment to be advised at closing they could not assist. I asked the front desk why if I was still on the premise they wouldn't have shared that they could not get to my vehicle and then went on to ask how I didn't notice their worker running out of the building. I asked again if they knew they were backed up why they wouldn't take a few steps over to the waiting area to advise and was told the guy ran out and there's nothing they can do. Another customer was also there with an appointment who came in well before me and was told the same, also this customer was told an hour prior that they would get to her car in no less than an hour but as we understand they ended up saying to leave the car overnight and they would possibly try again the next day. If you are in a management position and can't gauge how much volume you have and whether or not you can service a customer please do not provide false information. We bring cars in for service and schedule in advance to attempt to nullify these concerns but yet Big O seems to always drop the ball.

I've come here for years. Disappointed that it's not the same. At this time the website and calling shop says it opens at 730am. Arriving the door sign says 800am. Surprised someone arrived at 8:20am to open the doors for service. There is a new team here and the rest of the customers in waiting room agreed. Hoping for the better in the future.

went to big O tires to purchase two tires and have them mounted. Tire price was fair. Made me wait three hours. No air tire when I left. Damaged digital stems on tire. They were an hour and a half away took them two days to call back to apologize. We weren't going to drive an hour and a half each way to make it right. Very poor service.
