Big Daddy

Had Big Daddy BBq ( catering service) as part of the Bluegrass and BBQ event at the Lavender Farm in Oracle.Went with friends and loved the catered meal. The BBQ meat was nice and smoky. Sauce was a mix of vinegar and sweet. Needed a bit more mix of spices but still delicious. Potato salad was fresh, cornbread was quite dry. Would try again at the next catered event.
