This was a spur of the moment idea. I need a 6k mile tire rotation and high speed balance. But my tire dealer next door had 14 clients ahead of me and 4 hour wait. It is free there and pay here. But it is a normal rate and I ll get done in 45 minutes So, All good ..Nice waiting lobby.Update:My four tires were in perfect balance from 6000 miles ago. So they checked all four,Just fine Sir, we did a full rotation ,checked your brakes and air pressures. So , as a courtesy visit, no charge sir. Here are your keys. Great way to have my day go.

Called on a Friday to schedule an appointment gave the full details of the year make and model only to come in the next day and be told they didn't have the oil filter and would have to order it which would take 2-hours. While there I rescheduled the appointment for the following day only to get there and wait an hour before my car was even taken in to the car bay. To top it off the price I was quoted on the phone was DOUBLE once I got there. Never going supporting this business again.

These guys are wonderful. I had someone at an auto parts store tell me my alternator was shot. I took it to Big Brand Tire to further check it out. A representative called me a few hours later to say that they checked it when I dropped it off, then took it for a ride and checked again, then let it sit for an hour, took it for another ride and checked it again. I went to pay for the service and was told, "no charge. We only charge you if we fix something." The last time I was here with a flat tire, they took it off, said it could not be fixed , and when I asked if they could replace it, they told me that the tire looked fairly new ( it was six months old) and suggested I just go to wherever I bought it and it should be under warranty (it was). That's why they are my "go to" place for repairs!

I needed two new tires for my van. These guys did a great job. They were pTimothy and professional. They had the best prices out the door. I couldn't remember if I had the van aligned recently so they did an alignment check. it had been so there was nothing more to be done. just appreciate their honesty and good work. Will continue to do business with these guys and recommend them to family and friends.

Damaged a trailer tire while working in Tucson. I am from Albuquerque and did not want to chance a blow out. Big Brand Tire and Service replaced my tireOn the scheduled time for the quoted price. I would definitely recommend them in the future. If I live here they would get all my business.

I would highly recommend this tire shop over any other tire shop in the area. They were able to fit me in get my tire fixed and get me back on the road within a couple hours. The service was spectacular considering stores were unable to assist with minor tire repair.
