I came in to get my AC checked and recharged. Typically, at reputable shops and even big brands (apparently not anymore), a thorough inspection of the work area is standard practice before working on a car to ensure all parts are in proper working order. In this case, the inspection was overlooked, resulting in me paying $200+ for Freon I can't use because it was only noticed at the last minute that the clutch on the compressor was not engaging.To make matters worse, the tech/service manager called me, the customer, to ask how many pounds of Freon my car takes since it was converted from R12 to R134a. ALLDATA provides instructions and information on all cars, and when it doesn't, the tech should have properly researched the requirements before unprofessionally calling me for information. This is concerning and suggests that your techs are lacking the necessary skills and knowledge.The service at this BigBrand has deteriorated significantly. I used to recommend this company with confidence in the quality of work and customer service. However, if this is the level of service now provided, I will hesitate to advise others to use your services.

I noticed that I had a low air pressure warning on my right rear tire. I filled it but it was low again the next day, so I stopped in at Big Brand Tire. They checked it out and found that I had run over a screw. They put it on the lift and had it patched in less than 20 minutes...and they didn't even charge me for the repair!I will be coming back for new tires. Great service! Great employees!

Great service! Took my truck in to get an alignment. David and his crew took care of it quickly and efficiently even though it was a busy Saturday. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future.
