Big Brand Tire & Service

Great service at Big Brand. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Junior and Santos for their hard work and for taking the time to explain everything to me !

I went in for an oil change, tire and bumper service , Big Brand on Kolb gave me an estimate for brakes, telling me they needed to be replaced (front and rear). The estimate was over 1k. I received a second opinion from another auto repair shop, because Big Brand had not fixed my bumper and told me to come in the next day and they'd attach it for free. The manager told me this. I did as they said and was told the person who could reattach the bumper didn't work until Tuesday. I wasted gas and my tine traveling 1.5 hours to that location. The second opinion told me that my brakes did NOT need replacing! Big Brand on Kolb is filled with liars and scammers. Do not get your vehicle serviced here! I would rate zero stars, but unfortunately Yelp won't allow it.

Picked up a nail or screw Saturday night. Discovered it Sunday morning before Labor Day. This place had a Sunday opening, took less than 30 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! The manager, Santos, was super friendly and professional. Great experience for a poorly timed inconvenience.

Always fast and efficient! The best at repairing tires when needed. Mike and his crew always take care of my vehicles problems and are the most helpful and reliable.

I was impressed with the cordialness of service I received . The manager Santos and assistant manager Desirae made me feel like a valued client. i was happy with the tire replacements they recommended. They kept informed with the status of my vehicle. Last minute stop to fix my tire (nail pierced right through it). Both of the gentleman that serviced my car were professional and kind. Not only did I receive good service, it was free of charge! I'm glad to have found a decent tire business in Tucson. I know where I'll be going when it's time to replace my tires.

Very nice and relatable staff. Young lady Desiree who assisted me at the front desk was very respectful and attentive to each customer even when there were a lot of people in line she patiently treated every individual the same making each experience personable and not just as if we were just another customer. She understood my situation, was able to relate and get me the service I needed. It's hard to find quality customer service these days so I try to give recognition every opportunity. She definitely deserves a shout out for her customer service

The service was efficient. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The price was great for an oil change.
