Quick service, reasonably priced, friendly staff, and more like an old style service place. Mechanics in the old vein.

Had an oil change appointment for 9am, couldn't pick up vehicle until 11:30am. Service was nice, but really slacked on wait times and generally scheduling appointments. 2 & 1/2 hours for a simple oil change is ridiculous.

Excellent service. Took my Honda accord in for oil change and check up. Mike was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and didn't try to deceivingly sell me anything. He explained things very simply and was very patient.

Great, fast, and professional service. I had a flat tire and they patched the tire (for free). In and out within 20 minutes!

really helpful guys, they did great work repairing my tire FREE (nail got me) and I was back on the road in no time.

Had tire on car we were towing shred itself on I10. Called tow truck first, then BB who asked for tire size, brand and when we would arrive. When I showed up they had it unloaded and started working on it almost immediately. The had the tires ready to install and I was on the road in short order. Great service when needed!

Took my car in because it kept dying, they said it was just an oil change. When I came to pick it up, my car was completely dead waiting for me. So they kept it overnight, and I ended up paying 600 dollars for a repair. Went to pick it up the next day, there is a receipt from in&out burger in my cup holder, as well as french fries all over the floor. I was so over the situation I drove my car home, next day it's dead again. I took it to the Kia dealership and they said my knock censor is unplugged, (which I have paid this company to fix THREE TIMES.) When I finally went back to BigBrandTires and asked about the receipt, the French fries, and the unplugged censor, I was yelled at. I was told it isn't disrespectful to leave french fries in my car. 3 men arguing with a 20 year old girl about how it's okay to take my car to in&out burger, (when I am being charged by the hour). So I left. They eventually offered a small portion of a refund, and said I could speak with a district manager, but it's been weeks. No refund, no manager has called. The disrespect was unreal. Don't come here at all, but especially if you're a woman.

They do puncture repair , had a hard time finding a place that did it The staff is professional, they are bilingual. They did it quickly and it was free!! Who does that anymore.
