We had just started a road trip when the dust plate under our CRV started dragging. As soon as we pulled in, Greg and his fellow worker jumped right in to find a solution. Super helpful, friendly and great service!!!

Took my car there for a check engine light, they said it was airflow, problem or something like that and I needed to bring it in eight hours early. Didn't think anything of it, afterwards I googled it and having a cold engine ensured it would fail the smoke test. That was a $600 repair. Check engine light came on within a week and I took it to an auto parts store. They checked it and it was something completely different that didn't need to be fixed. I will never take it to them again!

Tried to get a price quote for new pads and rotors installed on a car through yelp's price quote system with Big Brand Tire on Ina Rd but all I got was the run around and smart ass comments from some guy named Nicolas who claims to be the owner. Refused to give any info and wanted to waste my time by me coming in to get a price quote so they could give me the hard sell. They know exactly what they charge for new high quality rotors and pads installed on my make and model but refuse to give any real estimate. I've been here before and they did pretty good work but this really pissed me off. No better way to run off your customers by wasting their time and being a smart azz.

I purchased 4 tires online with the Presidents' Day sale of buy 2 get 2 free. The tires were not in stock on the appointment day. Luke was able to find 4 tires for me quick and kept the same price as the sale price. The customer service was amazing, I'm definitely bringing my vehicles back for other future services. Thank You

Grey honest friendly service. I come in for flat repair and rotation I did not buy tires from them and no charge. They have a new customer with me will buy my next tires from them.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change using our maintenance plan that we've used for years. Got here and they said they couldn't do it. Wasted time and could've went somewhere that was competent. Apparently this place isn't.

Great customer service!! We had a tire sensor light cone on and they gladly checked all 4 tires and filled them. We were back on the road in no time.

Had an oil change done and they got me in right away and made sure I was aware of any and all aspects of my vehicle and the condition they are in. Huge shoutout to Rey and Devonte for getting my vehicle taken care of in a timely matter!!

Honest and helpful! Didn't try and sell me stuff I didn't need. Took me as a walk in bc car died. Very nice.
