We stopped in to get our tires rotated and an alignment. They were unable to do the alignment due to the size of our vehicle, so they told us the tire rotation was complimentary. They were super nice and fast. Highly recommend!

We had a quickly failing tire on a Sunday morning. They were open, friendly and worked us in within an hour even though they were short handed. We recommend this shop any day! So respectful and the bathroom for customers was clean. Safe place for kids to wait with parents.

We came here because of the previous positive reviews, and were not disappointed. Our truck needed two new tires and it was a last minute decision on our part to get them right away. I called in the morning and told them exactly what we needed. The tires were in stock, they got us in that afternoon, and the cost was exactly what they told me it would be - no surprises. Gabriel was professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Not only will we happily come back here, we have already recommended this Big Brand location to a couple of other people.

Went to well respected shop in Tucson they could not find the knocking issue with my car . They told me to sell my car not worth it. Went to Brand Tire first time, they found issue right away. It needed oil sending unit(busted). The knocking was no oil in car. They replaced oil sending unit top off oil, car runs like a champ again. Thank you Kamilo and Angel top notch crew.

A disappointing experience. The store manager is a nice fellow. I spoke only to him, and, without exception, conversations were cordial and respectful. I visited the store weeks early to ask how much lead time Big Brand Tire would need to order five (5) tires and to schedule a tire change for any particular date. Then, I visited the store 12 days before I wished service, ordered five trailer tires offered on the BB website (and on the in-store system), and scheduled my tire change for March 11. My trailer is on the truck only twice each year: Careful planning would have me and my trailer leave Tucson for appointments in Yuma on the same day my tires were serviced. But, more than 48 hours after ordering 5 tires at the BB store counter, my wife received a call from the store manager advising that the ordered tires were not available. Having received his telephone message, at my first opportunity I called the store manager by telephone. A more expensive tire suitable for my purpose was available, but, even in all the circumstances, I was not offered a discount. I remarked that I was disappointed that my much-less-expensive, initial tire choice wasn't available. The manager said that someone else had reserved the tires that were once offered to and ordered by me, and that no more of these tires would be available. I reminded the manager that the Big Brand website promises, "We sell and stock what we advertise. No "bait and switch" tactics." The manager asked if I wished the more expensive tires be ordered. "Not at that price" ($212), I replied. Still, no discounted price was offered. I had believed that BB would recognize that these circumstances had the appearance of a bait and switch, even if not intended. I thought to myself, "I shouldn't need to beg a discount on these more expensive tires. I can't do business in this way". I told the manager that, in all the circumstances, I must make other arrangements. I asked to cancel my service appointment. Now, I'm stuck. I've too little time to make suitable arrangements at a new shop. On March 11, I leave Tucson bound for Yuma (on aged-out tires and with a blown-out spare tire).
