Tj, Jason and the team @ big brand tire on Campbell are the BEST. These guys saved me from having to end my road trip to a 600 mileTow home. They have a great selection of hard to find tire sizes which saved me. They're had my wallet in mind saving me a ton of money and still maintained a professional repair plan for my vehicle.

Overpriced oil change. i should have shopped around. With an air filter was $160! Will not be back.

Great and fast service! Went in Sunday at 4 and got it back next day. Ended up saving myself $100 compared to my dealer center.

This was my first time at Big Brand Tire (because let's be honest, the name sounds a little bit like a scam waiting to happen haha) but it was 10/10! I called to ask some clarifying questions before taking my vehicle in and they were quick to answer the phone and respond. Left my vehicle in the morning for an oil change, and when I told them I had a time commitment elsewhere, they got it done in time! Tony was very helpful and an absolute delight. I will be back!

Came in with a big nail through my run-flat tire. Two other places (including another Big Brand store) wouldn't even attempt to fix it. The Big Brand Tires at Campbell were prompt and professional and were able to fix my tire.I was so grateful! Will definitely return!

Good service. Hector was Explained what and why, then made it happen without charging me through the nose. It cost a little more than I thought it should, but it was short notice and I didn't shop around.

Came into town on a Friday morning a couple weeks back. I had a nail in my tire and had to stop every hundred miles or so to re-inflate the tire. Started making some phone calls and even stop by a couple shops and everybody was very busy with repairs. I called Big Brand Tire and although they were busy, they told me to come in, and they would see what they could do to help. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by one of the mechanics who soon took my keys and backed my truck into the shop. I felt bad because I knew they were busy. 30 minutes later, the mechanic walked in, handed me my keys and told me to have a good day. He said this one's on us ! I thought to myself how cool is this? This never happens to me. I convinced the mechanic to take a my tip for his efforts which I was incredibly grateful for. I would not hesitate for a moment to come back to the shop with any needs I may have with my vehicles. Good service is a hard thing to find nowadays. Thanks again.!
