Greta service. Went in for a free oil change which was fantastic and ended up with a shop for life. Very honest guys here.

A fairly new Pirelli tire had the sidewall cut entering a car was wash in Phoenix- was replaced with a non Pirelli tire because we were on our way to Tucson for a reunion and could not wait a week.The next day the tire was losing air so took it to a dealer in Tucson and was informed that the first dealer did not replace the valve stem and it was faulty. Day one took 4 hours and day two took 2 hours - NOT how we wanted to spend our time I have never put new tires on a car without also putting on new valve stems. My mistake for not ensuring that all new equipment was installed at the first dealer

Made appointment to have the starter replaced on my 2000 Toyota Tacoma as it was failing , was given an estimate at that time which I thought was high but went forward anyway. Brought it in and was greeted and it was in the shop within minutes job took 1 hour which seemed appropriate , so far so good. At payout looked at the invoice and noted the new starter was priced at $291.67 questioned clerk about the price and was told price depended on quality of the starter being installed. Got home and looked up starter on line PN R612695A and saw it listed at $139.99 at O Reilly auto parts up the street. So the in and out went well but was fleeced on the part over double the parts store retail price of which I'm sure was discounted when sold to Big Brand. place is friendly, clean and punctual but watch out !!!!!!!

The service manager Miguel was so nice and had the best customer service, compared to the multiple other shops I called prior. I was able to look into possible parts I needed and provided a rough estimate over the phone.

The immediate response to my repairs came in very handy. Knowing that it carries their guarantee makes it all the better.
