I picked Big Bird Cleaning because of the name and reviews.I was not disappointed!Michael came on time. He professionally cleaned all carpets and even some of the tiles that weren't even contracted.We paid in cash and we received an invoice per email.Michael was super friendly and did a good job plus he gives Military discount!

Super fair price and did an excellent job. The bedrooms with carpet smelled better than when I moved in. I'll use this business again.

Showed up right on time! Very inexpensive! I had 2 couches cleaned. They were EXTREMELY soiled from my dogs and the oil from their fur. The couches were 10 years old. After the guy finished, about an hour later, they looked good. After they dried, they looked BRAND NEW! Never did I think they would get that clean!Highly recommend!
