Bicycle Ranch - Tucson

I was looking for bike rentals. They do not offer these, but they kindly went to the computer and looked up two local shops: one for road bikes and one for mountain bikes. They didn't have to do that, but I greatly appreciated their courtesy!! If service counts, this is a great place to shop!!

We came in for an estimate for some bike maintenance issues. Friendly staff with plenty of items on the shelfs. Things were priced out my comfort level but good quality items require a fair price. Free parking and not too far off the main roadway.

I'm a Portland snowbird who visits Tucson most winters. I took my Ibis in to this shop to get a new chain and to get my brakes checked out, and the service was exceptional, and the price was great, too.On future visits to Tucson, this will be my go-to shop, and I recommend it to others.

I wanted to come here in my search for mountain bike shoes. But they only carry the Giant Brand. I m sure it's fine but l can't go there with only one choice unless it s a last resort. They were very nice on the phone. I had the same problem at another shop I called. I need multiple options for fit and performance. Even shoe materials vary. Every rider comes with a history and preferences.

I freakin LOVE me some Bicycle Ranch! I would put it all over my pizza if I could! But seriously, I almost moved to Tucson just so I could make this my local shop. Im the kind of cyclist who rides a ton but doesnt know how to fix a flat or wash my bike, and these guys have always been awesome. For whatever reason, its hard to find sales staff who know what they're talking about and service crew who know how to actually fix things, but Bicycle Ranch nails it every time. Plus, Steve and his team are super involved the local race and event scene and put a lot of work into growing and maintaining it. Spend your money here!

I'd been dealing with saddle pain for YEARS, tried dozens of saddles, and could still barely ride for more than an hour. I went in for a saddle fit on my lunch break, we tried a bunch of alterations to my setup, and like MAGIC we hit on the perfect combination of saddle + bike geometry! I could cry, I was so happy to be riding without pain! God bless Steve!

Kudos for good safe environment and speedy service for my friend's bicycle tires today!

Been in the shop for 5 minutes and not even a, "hello" or, "I'll be with you." Two customers, three employees. Why aren't I being helped? No bueno...

A great store for both sales and service. The staff are knowledgeable and nice. They also carry great brands.

I just want to express my gratidue to Tyler for helping me find a bike that fits my needs and that stayed within my budget. It's been some time since I had ridden a bike. He was very patient with me and he ansered all of my questions, which there were quite a few. I would definitely recommend to others to go to Bike Ranch if you're looking for a bike for practically any purpose. Thanks again!John
