I've worked on a project with someone who uses Betts and my experience with them was fantastic.I found them to do amazing design work with a concept we gave them. Matt's the designer we worked with, he's really good.Then Eric was able to rush through some last minute changes the morning of a print order on the proof I had ok'ed the evening before. I awoke realizing I needed to have something else added to the flyers and sent in an email early that morning and Eric was able to add the extra item I needed by running the 3000 flyers back through the printer - just in time for our deadline.

I love Betts. They printed some business cards for my husband and did a very good job-- and the cards were in English and Spanish.

Brought in an image I needed printed, they did it quickly and the quality is awesome. Super easy to stay in contact with them and they emailed me when they had completed the project. Reasonable cost for high quality work!

The people who work at Betts do not communicate well. I would not recommend them to anyone who has little to no experience with printers. If you have some experience, then perhaps you would know the specific questions to ask them that I didn't know. The final product turned out looking good, but the customer service is lacking.I would send them a pdf of what I wanted them to print and they would respond that the file looked good. To me that means it is printer ready and doesn't need any changes. When I went to look at the proof, I was told they had to fix up the file in order to print it, which they charge money for. I said I didn't want to have to pay extra for them to fix the file, I would have done it myself. So they told me what needed to be fixed, I fixed it thinking they wouldn't charge me the touch up fee and sent it back. Again, I was told the file looked good. I went back to look at the next proof which they didn't do on the paper I provided. The margins weren't even and I was told it was because they were uneven in the files I sent them. So I updated the file again and sent it back. In the end, they charged me for touching up my file anyway and when I asked about the charge, started whining at me about how they had to fix the file the first time and had spent a lot of time on my job. I received my final printed job 2 weeks later than I could have if they had just told me up front about the changes that needed to be made to the file or if, after they took it upon themselves to fix it without asking me about the fee, they told me they were going to charge me the extra fee regardless so i shouldn't waste my time trying to fix it myself. Another reason for the delay was because they only have one person who can run the printer and that person was out for 3 days right when I gave them the final file.
